you can breathe it,
sense it,
feel it,
shifting focus
to Be,
from do.
Does not nature help
you sense this –
sky with clouds,
the trees so green,
waves in ocean
beat a rhythm,
flowers blooming
bring you Peace.
May the song of bird
remind you
of Love’s song within
your heart,
You Are the Light
of every sunrise,
You shine as bright
as night’s twinkling
stars!

then know This Truth,
your loved ones are
always with you,
as souls connected
there is no other way,
your hearts as One
beat together always.
You love the signs,
but you also know This –
your vibrations harmonize
with All That Is,
you do not experience
all by yourself,
together as One
your souls know

This Truth soothes and
brings you Peace,
you miss their physical
presence so tenderly,
believe and trust
with your heart

all the world’s problems,

This Truth –
