Loved ones say
take my hand
we are together,
no doors are ever
closed.
Be it here or there
Love is Everywhere,
we know This in
our souls.
Yes you feel the
separation,
it is the human
way to be,
but with Faith
have Trust and
believe your heart,
when you sense me
so closely.
Let us bridge
this gap together,
it is only an
illusion, dear,
Love invites us
to carry on –
hearts together,
forever,
Here!

Love is Here,
precious child,
though sometimes
this is hard to see,
the world,
the body
is a lot,
sometimes it is difficult
to move with ease.
When you are weary,
Love is Here
to help you rest
and rearrange,
there are times
in ebb and flow
when you fly high
and then need
reprieve.
Release judgments
that you have,
you are doing the
best you can,
give Loving space to
check in with the body
that may need a hand.
Love is Here –
you are not
left behind,
in life,
you are part
of the Whole,
but in Truth
You Are never
separated,
All of Love
is Here within
your Soul!

give a hug,
remember you walk
together,
One below as
You Are above.
What you give
do you not
receive,
this is Love’s
Infinite Loop,
see your brother,
hear your sister,
All Are Love
and
This is You.
Be tender with
each other,
may compassion and
kindness flow,
in This Womb of
preciousness,
all sentient Beings
dance in Love’s flow!

in one another,
even if masked
in human pain,
All seek compassion
and Love’s solace,
you sing different notes
but All are the same.
See Love’s glory
in your Self,
this may be difficult
at first,
the human ego has
another purpose,
to keep you small,
questioning,
not heard.
See and hear Love’s
harmonic melody,
fill This out with notes
from All,
sing Love’s Song
as it bubbles up,
live from This Truth
answering Love’s call!

have you spinning around,
when the deepest Peace
cannot be found,
release, unclutch
from what you hold
so tight –
return with Love
to your infinite
heart.
Here is the flow
that helps you
to breathe,
you may uncover
so much more
to see,
with Grace and space
Here is clarity –
return with Love
to your expanding
heart.
You need not suppress
what is uncomfortable,
let it pass through
upon Love’s sweet
flow,
does not emotion invite
you to breathe –
returning with Love
to your compassionate
heart.
Your heart is Love doing
what it does best,
transmuting,
transforming what needs
to rest,
Here is your center,
This is Who You Are –
return dear child
to your Home,
your heart!

with arms out-stretched

A little willingness
is all it takes,
unconditional Love
will pave the way,

to you at first –

If there is struggle
that is ego’s way
to keep you small
battering you each
day,
open your heart and
breathe in Truth –
saying hello to the
Love in You.
Try on This Love,
it will always fit,
Love tailors Itself
to You, to This,
embrace your Strength
to see this through,
Love rejoices and says

know This is True,

together,
souls wholly united
are forever,
journeys may vary

Love is in your heart,

so near.

remind that Love
is never done,
a bright Light never

pattern of Love
that exists in everything
you see,
You Are an antenna that
can sense This,
but sometimes your filter
has other needs.
Do not wait for
the external
to reveal This Vibration
that exists,
Be it to see it,
believe then feel it,
You hold the key
to All of This.

sacred filter,

sense All Love that sings
