Your Infinite Heart

When thoughts and beliefs 
have you spinning around,
when the deepest Peace 
cannot be found,
release, unclutch
from what you hold 
so tight –
return with Love 
to your infinite 
heart.

Here is the flow 
that helps you 
to breathe,
you may uncover 
so much more 
to see,
with Grace and space
Here is clarity –
return with Love 
to your expanding 
heart.

You need not suppress 
what is uncomfortable,
let it pass through 
upon Love’s sweet 
flow,
does not emotion invite
you to breathe –
returning with Love 
to your compassionate
heart.

Your heart is Love doing
what it does best,
transmuting,
transforming what needs
to rest,
Here is your center,
This is Who You Are –
return dear child 
to your Home,
your heart!
