The One of You

Look beyond 
the forms before
you,
see with the clarity 
of your soul’s 
eyes,
what you look for 
is within,
and exists in All 
as eternal Lights.

Be the eyes 
of one who 
cannot see,
Be the heart 
of one so lost,
there are no 
separate ones
as You Are All 
This One 
who then forgot.

Human reactions 
will occur,
in a world that
makes no sense,
but see the bigger
picture,
every judgment 
erects a bigger
fence.

Love is the healing balm
to pain and hurt
that separates you all,
send Love with no 
strings to you,
then extend this to
any who have taken
a fall. 

You cannot change 
the outside world,
yet Truth is always 
Here with you,
return to your soul,
always connected
to One Love,
the One of You.

Love’s Tenderness

Receive Love’s tenderness,
Love assures they 
have not gone,
your loved one is 
always with you,
in times of struggle,
other times in fun.

May you experience 
together,
in linear time 
and eternally,
may you sense 
your loved one 
with you,
you walking on earth,
them flying free.

Discern,
awaken to their 
presence,
yes they are always 
in your heart,
you may sense beyond 
your vision,
their shining Light
of a thousand stars.

The human heart 
may feel in tatters,
but You Are Strength
at your core,
your tender heart 
hears this call,
and rises up,
ready to soar.

Believe the knowing 
in your heart,
beyond wishful thinking 
is This Truth –
your loved ones are 
always by your side,
eternally Here,
forever with you!

Listen,
do you hear it?
Love is whispering 
through the trees,
you and your loved ones
are connected,
much like tree’s branches
to the leaves.

Your perceived purposes 
may be different,
but you come from 
the same Source,
may you sense All Life’s
connectedness,
never separated 
and so close.

On walks,
in dreams,
when creating,
may you sense Love
is always Here,
your beloved 
is a part of 
all you hold 
so close,
so dear.

Breathe the air
and know what 
breathes you 
is the same 
beyond time and 
space,
Love knows no 
perceived boundaries,
your beloved is 
Here,
so close,
always.

flowing,
You Are an instrument 
of Love,
join with the joyful flow
that connects you – 
so below as you are 
above.

There is no-thing that 
you can lose,
all you need is Here,
within,
yes, human experiences 
may leave you wanting,
but You Are whole, 
complete, open.

Trust your connection,
breathe it with color,
let your vibrancy 
lead the way,
with Love’s support,
with your heart guiding,
may you Be as Peace 
throughout this day!

Being Helpful

Be helpful.
Be Love.

This may be the 
smallest act of 
kindness,
or extending Love 
to one you do not know,
join in the web 
of Divine creation,
Be helpful,
Be Love.

Does this not remind 
you are a collective,
intertwined as 
soul to soul,
as you face earthly
experiences,
Be helpful,
Be Love.

When you help another 
you help yourself,
and is not helping 
saying “I see you,”
seeing your sister and 
brother with your soul,
is Be-ing helpful,
Be-ing Love.

You ask for help 
when you feel 
you need it,
Be in this exchange 
the whole day through,
Be-ing open to Love’s 
sweet gifts,
is Be-ing helpful,
Be-ing Love.

Behold, You

Behold this moment,
does not Love join you 
in This space?
Here you let go of time,
your awareness is 
beyond any place. 

This is not emptiness,
are you not filled up 
with This Love?
Any parts that think 
of lack,
are remembering now 
what you are made of.

In linear life,
there are many moments,
but as Eternal Be-ing 
You Are but One,
hold these glimpses 
in your heart,
where Love shines 
stronger than the 
sun.

Behold You as Love’s
shining star,
may This Moment 
bring Grace and ease,
This is You,
your True Nature,
receive This knowing,
Be One with Peace. 

A Loving Gift

Be Love’s gift.
You Are a Gift 
of Love.

Is not gifting
giving, receiving,
is not the giving 
easier to do,
it may be harder 
to accept,
what someone else 
may give to you.

Open your heart,
receive gifts fully,
it does not mean 
there is any lack,
is not receiving
accepting,
allowing,
for what flows in 
is always given back.

Love spirals,
cycles wholly 
through you,
there is no struggle 
when Love truly flows,
You Are This stream 
of giving, receiving,
sense the Peace 
that is yours to 
know.

Be Love’s gift,
here is your purpose,
to receive Love,
making it your own,
as you share freely
with all others,
you lovingly remind,
All are always

Come with me,
Love says, smiling,
may you with Love 
walk with ease,
let your remembrance 
of a heart so full,
fill you up with 
eternal Peace.

May you embrace 
the magical essence
of Love that is 
always Here,
your loved ones 
whisper so softly,
to remind you they 
are always near.

May Love lift burdens
you may carry,
may Love fill you up 
with Peace,
feel the embrace of Love
so tender,
this Spark of Love shines 
eternally.

Love’s Innocence

There may be static
in the signal,
as life’s issues 
come to the fore,
you have the tools 
to realign,
to see more clearly
than you did before.

From this perspective 
of your True Be-ing,
might you gaze with 
eyes so soft,
with compassion,
with loving patience,
might you let go 
of what you once 
fought?

Let Love build a 
bridge to freedom,
you have already 
arrived,
it is Your own hand
that reaches for you,
to remind Love is
always by your side.

May you gaze upon 
your human self,
seeing Love’s innocence 
in you,
with loving eyes so clear 
with wonder,
All of Love perfectly 
aligns in you!
