do not both your
souls arise,
words are not needed
to speak Love’s language,
communication is of
Love’s Light.
Yes, you are a
loving vessel,
but as This Love
you are not a
shell,
Love lifts you in
every experience,
Love speaks to and
through you as
well.
Be experience,
Be Love’s blessing,
communicate with
fellow souls,
You Are One
in this together,
never separate,
sacred and whole!

You are connection
eternal,
as a drop of water
in an ocean vast,
this drop never loses
its Essence,
it is Home as ocean
or drop as its past.
You need not die
to Be this awareness,
death is but another
open door,
as You Are eternal,
always, forever,
you are always with
who you are missing
more.
No-thing can keep
Love from connecting,
indeed, This Bond
is forever, True,
rise above your
perception of time,
in This Eternal,
loved ones are always
with you.
Hearts together cannot
be separate,
Love beats as One
in this Eternal Truth,
open your heart,
Love is Here,
so present,
together, connected
and forever with you.

What makes you
uncomfortable?
It may not be
what you think,
as you look beneath
the story,
what beliefs do you
now see?
In early years of
trying to
make sense of this
oft-senseless world,
there may have been
choices made,
that helped deflect
feelings of hurt.
My dear,
compassion is the
answer
to all judgments that
come up,
what you judge in
another
may be what you
are fearful of.
You need not unravel
every detail,
or analyze every step
you take,
but being gentle
with you
is the best choice
you can make.
When compassion flows
within,
it cannot help but
be shared,
with loving kindness
to your self,
rejoice that Love
is Everywhere!

soften your gaze,
see with your
heart,
receive Love’s
waves.
You Are Love’s
blessing within,
you are never
without,
tune into This
Truth,
this is what
You Are about.
With this loving
perspective,
does not Love
appear,
it has never been
absent,
Love Is
forever,

You Are Loved
beyond measure,
beyond all space
and time,
you exist in
Love’s Moment,
forever Loved
and Divine!

Upon this day,
you may have
intentions set,
why not
be brave and
willing to forget?
Be comfortable
trying on the unknown,
there is great wonder
in saying, I don’t know.
Do not your guides,
sweet angels,
walk with you today,
may you allow each
moment to unfold
in its own way?
May your path
be lined
with Light,
with Love,
your heart is the bridge
to All you seek,
above,
you are gently birthed
in each moment, Here,
may you know
how sacred
and Loved
You Are, my dear!

in the trees,
that sway softly
in the breeze,
is there not more
than you can see,
surrounding you
so gently?
We Are You,
yes, You Are Us,
your angels,
guides and loved ones
too,
these connections
are as real,
as the sacred breath
that breathes you.
Love is Eternal,
what does this mean –
eternity exists beyond
time,
there is no place that
you are not,
You Are Everywhere
with All Divine.
May your heart,
with Love,
be full,
may you sense
Love’s comfort Here,
beyond skies of blue,
yet as close as breath,

as Love,
You Are Everywhere.

last forever,
as notes are played
or even hummed,
do you not bring
it back to life,
when you are inspired
to sing along.
As music resides
within your heart,
with its vibration a
part of you,
is it not surprising
that a song,
is often how loved ones
communicate with you.
So flow with Love’s
Eternal Song,
sing along and know
this magical Truth,
lose yourself in the
vibration of music,
and find All you Love
singing with you.
As energy is never-ending,
may you resonate
with song,
open your heart to
Love’s vibration,
loved ones rejoice
and sing along!

but try something new
today,
as created,
You Are creator,
what once was work
might you turn
into play?
What might you do
to make you smile,
and do not others
light up with this,
love and laughter
are contagious,
All souls respond
to light-heartedness.
Pamper yourself,
treat you with care,
are you then not
better able to give,
comfort and kindness
are Universal,
beginning with you,
what might you
forgive?
Find comfort with you
today,
Be at Home wherever
you may be,
You Are a Be-ing
of Love and blessings,
share All of This,
and as Love,

so all may see this

Visualize your arms
as infinite,
holding All of you
in this loving embrace,
may your heart grow
three sizes as Love
