You may think time
sets the tone
for you,
sometimes so fast
and other times
too slow,
is not time the human
way to see,
what your soul
already knows?
Time may play games
with your head,
but does this not invite
you to pause,
when you need a break
from all the motion,
find the stillness
that lies beyond
time’s laws.
To be timeless
Be with Gratitude,
time stands still
in This mindfulness,
set the tone with
your heart,
always in This Moment,
You Are All
of This!

that wash over you

eyes of Gratitude,
is this not the clearest
way to see?
Clear your lens
when it gets
dusty,
do not fret
if the timing
feels off,
all unfolds as it
is intended,
life’s ebb and flow
is hard to figure
out.
Bless the roads
that you have
traveled,
do not experiences
help you to evolve,
receive with your
whole heart,
so open,
the sacred blessings
of eternal Love!

Sense Love’s arms
that wrap around
you,
you hug Love,
Love hugs you
back,
connections made
within your heart
are hard to miss,
keeping you on track.
As Love is a vibrational
current,
your intuition helps
you to know,
when you connect
to this Source of Life,
are you not extending
and sharing Love’s
flow?
Recharge,
reconnect
to All Love
around you,
loved ones
and angels help
to turn this up,
now share with Joy
this Love that is
within you,
there are myriad ways
to share this loving
cup.
It takes but a moment
to share a blessing
with another who
wishes to believe,
Love’s ripples infinitely
extend beyond
your hug with Love
that you,
with Grace,
receive.

caring gift

you need not “do”
anything special
or big,
Be Love from
your beautiful
heart,
Be the extraordinary
presence of

of Love.
Yes there are families
you as human
weave throughout
your story, true,
relationships may shift
or strengthen,
in this world they
may define you.
There are friends
whose soulful
connections,
span across this
singular life,
earthly labels
cannot capture
the tug and pull
of fellow Lights.
There are people
in this lifetime
who you count on
to feel at home,
your soul mate,
a beloved partner,
are hearts entwining
soul to soul.
And beyond all
earthly connections,
are you not connected
to infinite Love,
there is no place
where Love is not
present,
as soul on earth
or with stars
above.
Love is the family
you belong to,
you are forever
cherished and
loved so,
you are woven into
Love’s fabric,
always revered as
part of the Whole!

Your remembrance
makes time stand
completely still.
In this moment
might you sense
loved ones so close,
dear,
together forever,
are you not all
following your
souls’ wills?
Is this remembrance
not an expansion
of Who You Are,
yes, there are memories
that make you smile
as you think of them,
but as you remember You
as wholly soul –
Here your loved ones
are with you and
you with them.
Take a moment,
a quiet pause,
your heart
is waiting,
this Bridge of Love
is Here always,
ready for you,
greet and hug all

Let Love show
you how.
Let loving eyes
help you to look
beyond a story
that you see,
you may only
see a portion
of a script
and not the
whole story.
It is easy to judge,
you do it often
to yourself,
what if you were
to extend kindess,
beginning with you,
then to someone
else?
Does not kindness
help to soften
prickly edges that
you may feel,
the parts of you
that bristle defensively,
do these edges
not wish to heal?
Sharing kindness
is meeting others
wherever they are
with your heart full,
embrace this kindness,
let it wrap its
loving arms around
the Whole of You!
