What warms your heart?
Do you not feel it opening?
What might you share 
with another,
so they may feel a 
similar thing?

Might not a touch 
of kindness
ripple and spread 
throughout the day,
it need not be 
a grand gesture,
kindness grows in 
infinite ways.

At times your soft 
and tender heart
may feel a need to
hide away,
yet know it is a 
source of Strength,
it carries you forward,
come what may.

Be in touch with 
your heart,
what might it say
or have you do,
sense Love Here,
feel your power,
your soul is Home 
in the Heart of You!

A Bridge of Trust

Where to put 
your trust?
Trust is already 
Here,
it resides within 
Love,
in your whole heart,
always near.

Trust may appear 
to be hidden
behind walls you think
you must climb,
trust is not tied 
to deserving,
there is no secret
code to find.

Might you view trust 
as a bridge that takes
you over and beyond 
your doubt,
Strength and Courage
interweave with trust,
helping you discover 
what you are about.

Call on trust to 
keep you moving,
knowing Love paves
the way for you,
trust is not a 
destination,
may trust help you
see the Truth of You!

The One of You

Heal your self,
Love says softly
and you may ask,
how is this done?
Love your self,
all parts of you,
the self you see
and everyone.

This is not an 
individual endeavor,
see the Heart of You
expand,
You Are All 
that exists before 
you,
including sea,
the sky,
and land.

Do not leave out 
any one aspect 
that brings up 
emotion in you,
Be the experience 
of transformation,
as you allow Love 
to flow through.

Shine your brightest Light 
as you hold up 
your connection to 
Love’s web,
but see your Self 
not as each part,
but as the Whole 
Oneness instead.

Healing is the flow 
of Love that reaches 
through the Heart of 
You,
join your brothers and 
your sisters,
the Whole of Love 
is the One of You!

May you hear Love’s 
sweet melody,
playing forever 
in your heart,
may you join in with 
Love’s harmony,
always together and 
never apart.

You cannot separate 
Love’s resonant notes,
they expand with beauty 
infinitely,
sing Love’s sweet song,
know you are joined
by All you Love,
Eternally.

May Love’s music 
remind you are 
timeless,
in This Moment 
may you know,
Love accompanies 
your heart song
always,
hear loved ones singing,
You Are Loved so!

You Are Love’s 
precious experience,
in this life,
you hold it in
your hands,
but as You Are 
an expanded 
Be-ing,
to know This Love 
means there is 
no end.

There is no barrier 
that can stop Love,
as Love Eternal,
Love is always 
Here,
in this life your 
loved ones send
greetings,
but in Reality,
You Are with them
Here.

Love is closer 
than your breath,
there is no beginning,
there is no end,
as You Are Love 
and Love is You,
there is no doubt,
you are together,
again.

Love’s infinite circle
cannot be broken,
yes, you miss them
being physically here,
precious One,
as Love’s experience,
you experience together,
truly Everywhere.

Forever Loved

this Day of Love,
to reach beyond
any time or place.

Might you know 
how Loved You Are,
Here in This Moment,
in any space.

The Light of Love 
forever burns,
connected always 
beyond this life.

If a beloved 
is not “here,”
know you share 
cherished Love 
and Light.

Might you open up
your heart,
receiving All Love 
sent to you.

You Are wholly,
completely Loved,
Love is forever 
loving you!

When someone speaks 
from the heart,
do not both your 
souls arise,
words are not needed 
to speak Love’s language,
communication is of 
Love’s Light.

Yes, you are a 
loving vessel,
but as This Love 
you are not a
shell,
Love lifts you in 
every experience,
Love speaks to and 
through you as 
well.

Be experience,
Be Love’s blessing,
communicate with 
fellow souls,
You Are One 
in this together,
never separate,
sacred and whole!

This Eternal

You are connection 
eternal,
as a drop of water 
in an ocean vast,
this drop never loses 
its Essence,
it is Home as ocean
or drop as its past.

You need not die 
to Be this awareness,
death is but another 
open door,
as You Are eternal,
always, forever,
you are always with 
who you are missing
more.

No-thing can keep 
Love from connecting,
indeed, This Bond 
is forever, True,
rise above your 
perception of time,
in This Eternal,
loved ones are always 
with you.

Hearts together cannot 
be separate,
Love beats as One 
in this Eternal Truth,
open your heart,
Love is Here,
so present,
together, connected
and forever with you.

Loving Kindness

What makes you 
uncomfortable?
It may not be 
what you think,
as you look beneath 
the story,
what beliefs do you 
now see?

In early years of 
trying to
make sense of this 
oft-senseless world,
there may have been
choices made,
that helped deflect
feelings of hurt.

My dear,
compassion is the 
answer 
to all judgments that 
come up,
what you judge in 
another
may be what you 
are fearful of.

You need not unravel 
every detail,
or analyze every step
you take,
but being gentle 
with you
is the best choice 
you can make.

When compassion flows
within,
it cannot help but 
be shared,
with loving kindness 
to your self,
rejoice that Love 
is Everywhere!

This Loving Perspective

Sit with Love,
soften your gaze,
see with your 
heart,
receive Love’s 
waves.

You Are Love’s 
blessing within,
you are never 
without,
tune into This
Truth,
this is what 
You Are about.

With this loving 
perspective,
does not Love 
appear,
it has never been 
absent,
Love Is 
forever, 
Here.

You Are Loved 
beyond measure,
beyond all space 
and time,
you exist in 
Love’s Moment,
forever Loved 
and Divine!
