Inside out.
Outside in.

Are there not times
when your body
acts like a
protective shield –
keeping the outside out
and the inside in?

And with this
barrier in place –
does your mind
not act as
the sentry guard –
what should you
let out
and what can be
let in?

And yes, there may be
some who have
the key to unlock
the door –
but if each body feels
that it must keep
the inside in
and the outside out –
is there no wonder
why there is separation,
mistrust,
a wariness to be seen
even as you are
hiding in plain sight?

For as you are
so much more
than your body,
does not what
is in your heart –
speaking the language
of You –
wish to communicate,
to be let out
so that you may speak
the Truth of
Who You Are?

And do you
not gravitate toward
the light of another –
a pull that is often unseen –
as you extend yourself
to let the outside in?

What if you
made the choice
to turn inside out –
to open up your heart,
leading with
the Light in You –
would not your light
then burn
ever more brightly
as it would have
more space to shine?

And if everyone turned
inside out,
leading with the heart –
would there no longer
need to be
any barriers to protect,
as the Love within
is now shared
as Love throughout?

Lead with the inside out.
Be One
with the Light
that shines
through All.

Inside.
Outside.
There Is Love.

A day of love.

Is there not
a conscious effort –
a conscious awareness
to celebrate love,
to share love,
to extend love
on this day
that is set aside
for love?

Lead with Love.

Are you looking to follow
other’s footsteps around –
are you waiting for
another to choreograph
the next step?
Lead with Love.

Yes, there are a variety
of dances and steps
that you can learn
to express yourself –
to be in rhythm,
to move as one –
but what is the
underlying truth
to the dance?
Lead with Love.

You can dance
by yourself –
listening to the beat
of your own song
that plays in your heart –
you can dance with others,
sharing the pulsing beat
that grows far and wide,
felt around the world –
and as you move to
the beat,
the rhythm,
the vibration,
the most important step –
is to Lead with Love.

And what happens,
when Love is the music,
the vibration,
the rhythm,
that you follow at first –
only to realize
the music is not
what you hear
on the outside –
it is already playing
in your heart.

And when You and All
Lead with Love –
will you not look around,
sharing smiles,
in the realization that you all
know the same dance,
for is this not
the Dance of Love
that you have come to know
when you Lead with Love?

You know the steps
to the Dance of Love.
There are many variations
of dances and steps
that you can use
to express yourself –
to be in rhythm,
to move as One.

There are no wrong steps
when you Lead with Love.

There is only,
always,
Love.

Look into the eyes.

You can do this
in a mirror
and you are surprised
that it takes some practice,
some getting used to –
to really look into
the eyes of the soul.

Do not people
seldom look at
each other,
eye to eye –
does not one
usually turn away
to break the gaze,
almost as if to hide –
keeping others out
in fear of what
they may see –
or is it in fear
of what others
may see in you?

Now look into the eyes
of a child very young –
do you not see
them delight in
looking back at you?
Are they not waiting
to be seen –
waiting for that
Look of Love –
with less filters
covering up their
eyes of love?

Yes, the eyes
can be reflective
of the ego –
casting judgement,
or seeing separation –
the eyes of ego
can be hard
to hold a gaze.

But truly the eyes
are a window to
your soul –
when you look
at another
with these Eyes of Love –
do your souls
not rush in to say,
“There You Are!”

And in that moment –
however fleeting
when you look
at a stranger –
really seeing them
with the Eyes of Love –
are they not waiting
to be seen –
waiting for that
Look of Love –
with less filters
covering up their
eyes of love –
like the child,
do they not open up
the Window of their Soul?

Look into the eyes
with the Eyes of Love.
Say hello to You
in the eyes of All.

I See You.
I Am You.
We Are One.
Love.

You see a train track –
a good indicator
that there may be
a train,
arriving sometime.
There may be a gate
that opens and closes,
telling you when
it is safe to cross –
or when to wait.

But can you not
touch the track
and be very still –
is there not
an almost imperceptible
vibration,
that gives you the feeling
that somewhere
down the line,
out of your view,
comes a train
that will arrive
with all of
the sights and sounds
that cannot be missed?

Is there not much information
that is available to
your usual senses –
and as you grow
your awareness
and understand that
there is so much more –
at times it is hard to
turn down the noise
from the rushing train –
so that you may sense
the subtle vibrations
that are available to you.

Do you not have
an antennae
that is able to reach
and pick up information
to help guide you
through the noise
that can make it
hard to hear?

Yes, as you open your heart –
is that not where
your passions ignite –
firing you up
to look for the paths,
the signs that support you,
as you move along
the track of your soul?

Listen to your heart.
There are subtle and
sometimes not so subtle
directions there –
as you still your mind
and allow your heart
to be the
Conductor of your Soul.

All aboard this
Train of Love –
that moves along the
Track of your Soul.

There is no stopping
the Love That Is You.
Full steam ahead.
With Love,
always,
with Love.

Share Love.

A seemingly simple prospect.
But do you feel
the Truth and power
behind these words –
Share Love.

And in the sharing –
are you not in the
Flow of Love,
moving in whatever direction
it is destined to go?

And in sharing Love –
is Love not omnipresent –
you are not “giving” love away
or “needing” love in return –
is sharing Love
not free from
any strings attached –
does it not speak to
the Knowing that
Love Is Always Here?

And is there not
an inner drive
in this human existence
to share experiences
with others –
to reach out,
to touch and be touched
by the stories
we wish to share?

And is it not Love
that you are seeking
in the stories?

Does not sharing Love
help you to know
the Love That You Are?

Share Love.
Revel in Love.
As You Are Love
expressing That Which You Are –
how can you not
share in the Love
of All That Is?

All Love.
One Love.
Be Love.
Infinite Love.
Share.

Receive the Gift of Love.

And who would
not wish to
receive the Gift of Love?
But is it not easier,
more proper,
more expected,
to give a gift?

Is there not a
common phrase –
that it is “better”
to give than
to receive?

And yes,
as you shine
your Light of Love
brightly,
extending Love,
reaching out
with Love,
do you see that
Love does not travel
only one way?

As Love is an energy,
a vibration,
that flows through you –
are you not an instrument,
a conduit,
for Love?

As the Source of Love,
the Divine –
breathes life into you –
are you not quick
to send Love out
upon its way?

And as You Are
the very essence of Love –
and Love cannot
be measured –
there is no shortage of Love
that can be shared.

But is there not magic
in the acceptance,
in the receiving
of the Gift of Love
from All That Is?

Is it not your
human awareness
that labels Love
a “gift” –
as your soul knows
you cannot Be
anything but Love.

Gift your self
with the knowing,
and receiving,
and accepting
of the Love That You Are.

Receive the Gift of Love
That You Are.

Love Is You
and You Are Love.

Be Gifted.
Be Love.
