Is there an awareness
to knowing?
Is there not Peace
in what You know?
Your human mind
may understand
what it thinks it
sees or feels,
but as pure awareness –
your heart knows.
You may feel friction,
bumping up against
what you should or
should not do,
may you be guided
without decision –
your heart knows.
Deep down inside
there is awareness,
it need not be
questioned or analyzed,
Here is unity,
your soul’s expression,
your heart,
with Love –
forever knows.

What takes up space
within your mind?
Do thoughts not
go on journeys,
leaving your present
moment behind?
You may join and
chase these thoughts,
that build upon
blocks of belief,
do you not think
of your foundation
as one made up
of identity?
As you are multi-dimensional,
not tethered to
the ground you walk,
you may think
in terms of bottom-up,
but you exist Everywhere,
throughout.
You learn to color
within the lines,
but not only are you
the paper and the pen,
you are the inspiration
flowing,
the emotion expressing
your heart within.
Be your Self
from inside out,
not working to fit
the outside in,
your foundation,
your safe space,
is All of Love,
is You, within!

You have awareness
of you as
balanced,
but as Love complete
are you not
Whole?
You may have several
sides you balance,
feminine and masculine
make up this mix,
when they blend
with one another,
are You not One
with All of This?
Is not awakening
the merging,
the realization of
what is True –
you are more than
a blended Be-ing,
the Divine Spark
is wholly You.
Let your heart show
you the way,
to what your soul
already knows,
You Are infinite,
eternal,
Loved beyond measure
and Holy whole.

As a brand new day
unfolds before you,
is this not an
example of creation
here?
Yes, inspiration,
possibilities,
but sense the wonder
that fills the air.
A blank slate
may invite
your mind to
wonder,
what might you
create to fill
it up,
might you draw,
paint or write
this word –
what is creation,
it is always
Love.
Is not creation
the intersection,
the relationship
of you with
You,
as you exist
Everywhere,
is it not
One Love
that expresses
Here?
Lean into the
wonder,
the magical
mystery,
though the
One of You
knows This Truth,
as a Holy,
creative Be-ing,
rejoice in the
creation of
Love as You!

I know there are
tears you shed
for me,
but Here I Am,
with you
and still me.
I know you are
walking a different
path with change,
but the Love we
share,
is ever-lasting,
the same.
You sense me
in your heart,
and this is true,
my presence is
felt so near
and all around
you.
I rejoice in the
reunion
of loved ones
Here,
but remember,
dear one,
we are with you,
Everywhere.
Let me wipe
your tear,
let me take
your hand, dear,
always together
we are,
I have not left,
I am with you,

Like two beams of
Light,
we are together,
you cannot separate
This Truth,
whole and complete
we are as One,
Love is the Light
that connects Me
to You.
You may feel a
separation,
as your five senses
search to see,
but does not Love
awaken your Knowing –
hearts beat as One
through Eternity.
Time ticks a clock
you see before you,
but Love is time-less
as it reassures you,
as Light illuminates
All in its presence,
All Love is present
as the Love in You.

Love is always
the connection.
Do not All Souls
make up this
Family of Love?
Yes, there are many
human experiences,
that play out these
ties that bind,
you may feel connected
to your family,
there may be family
you wish to find.
A family of friends
is a powerful bond,
you marvel at the
weaving of these
threads,
these loving connections
are a loving comfort,
as human you seek out
these relationships.
Your Family of Souls
is even larger,
than you may be able
to see,
your heart,
your soul,
sees these connections,
some are highlighted
now,
some will later be.
Love knows no
boundaries
or labels placed,
your heart will
guide you to
This Truth –
your Family of Love
begins in your heart,
it is All you see,
reflecting the Love
in You.

you need.
Do you not receive
what you give
as the cycle
of Love
repeats again?
Might your human
awareness,
align and sync
with Love’s True
Flow,
no-thing can stop
this loving cycle,
but a greater awareness
is what you wish
to know.
You are receiving,
even as you may
doubt that this
is true,
is it not the
human mind that
questions how the
outcome appears
to you?
Yes, the body
is communicating,
but as its source
may be doubt
and fear,
remember you are
always connected
to Source,
speaking with your
heart,
as Love is always
Here.
You cannot stop
this loving flow,
even as the body
may be slow
to see,
give Love’s blessing
with your heart,
now with open
arms,
lovingly receive!

Is not the intersection
of relationship
a powerful place
to Be?
Yes, there are beliefs
that may be
strengthened,
or weakened
as the case
may be,
but might you
grease the cogs
of relationship
with Love to
flow with ease?
Might you see
beyond the boxes,
that you sort
your beliefs in,
is there not learning
in intersection,
an invitation
to look again?
The joining of
relationship
may be an experience
for you to see,
instead of seeing
what separates you,
what comes up
within you that
you may judge
harshly?
The intersection of
relationship
is a loving place
to Be –
extend,
receive
this loving gift,
the opportunity
to fully Love
thee!

Retrieve the you
foraging in
the future,
looking to work
everything out,
is this not fear
that in future moments,
you may not know
what something is
about.
Reel in the you
that gathers all
past moments,
to shape a future
not yet here,
using the past
to predict
the future,
skips you in
this moment –
the only One
Here.
Yes, as human
stretched across
a timeline,
this may feel
contradictory
to your experience,
but is True Experience
not in this
present moment,
your soul is
Here,
even if your
mind isn’t.
Yes, life is a series
of unfoldings,
but do not skip
each precious step,
Be aware,
Be present
as Love’s
experience,
your heart remembers
even if you
forget.
Come join your
heart,
with each beat
its rhythm,
beats in real time –
present tense,
this breath you
take
is life’s gift
reminding –
Here You Are
as
All of This!
