blustery fall day,
picture a garden
lush and green,
with vibrant colors
of every hue,
now picture me
taking a stroll
with you.

Who Am I,
am I not You?
Linked forever with
Love,
never separate from
you,
I Am Source,
expressing as One,
there is no distance
as no cloud can
stop the sun,
whatever you visualize
within your mind,
does Love not cross
all barriers
of space and time?

Walk with me now,
my footsteps are
yours,
when you picture me,
I am already Here
with you now,
Love is the bond
that forever connects
Me to You,
You Are Me,
and I Am
always,
loving You.

anchor,
be your touchstone
when you roam,
no matter your earthly
experience,
are you not always,
always Home?

Love is the Eternal
vibration,
that gives life
to All You Are,
and when you harmonize
together,
is this not the music
of the stars?

There is Love in all
you do,
there can Be no other
way,
find the current of Love
that exists in everything,
always.

Let Love be your guide,
tuning in to your
Love Song,
Love is all around You,
Here with Love
is where you belong.

to try on compassion,
not only for others,
but also for yourself,
it may be easier
to share with another,
do you not resist
showing this to
the self?

Compassion is powerful
in its purpose,
does it not allow
you to truly see –
there are many aspects
to a circle,
but back to You
does All not always
lead?

So when you extend
compassion to another,
know that you surround
yourself with this
as well,
You Are One
with your sister and
your brother,
let the healing of
compassion
remind you
All Is Well.

Make an intention
to Be compassion,
it may have lessons
for you to see,
be aware of openings
created with compassion,
let Love flow freely
through every loving
opening.

as you let Love flow.

come One,
come All,
as Love is served
with tender, loving care,
All are welcome
at the Table of Love,
may you find
Peace and Harmony,

breath is held,
tightening comes on quick,
now feel the difference
when you let go,
the release of breath
as you welcome flow.

Be aware of what ties
you in knots,
it may be small,
or something you think of
a lot,
how to release what has
you tightening up,
might you begin
by noticing
where is the Love?

Your body has feedback
for you on what
you feel,
life may bring to you
experiences you may
wish to heal,
let your breath,
your body be
a loving guide,
does not a release
to Love
help smooth out a
bumpy ride?

Sense the Love in you,
in your brothers and
sisters, too,
find the Openings of Love
that always find You,
at any moment of
any day
let go and see –
breathe in Love,
exhale Peace –
Love sets you free!

the missing piece,
the puzzle of you
you wish to complete,
does life not give
you much to try,
experiences that often
have you asking “why”.

For each new puzzle
you think you see,
is it not leading you
always back to thee,
you may look beyond
or go within,
might you understand
these are the same

You Are Everywhere
beyond what you see,
yes, also within the body,
but only temporarily,
your heart is the Bridge
connecting You to
All You Love –
All Love Is You,
there is no puzzle
to solve.
