Ease into your day.

Might you be aware
when you arise,
to be present with
Gratitude,
might you hold off
thinking
of what you must do –
wondering if the day
will be good to you,
with Ease and Grace,
can you let Love lead,
and fill this morning
space,
with your innate Love
and Gratitude?

Relax your shoulders,
take a loving breath in,
let each breath you take,
remind you of the Love
within,
there is Strength and Courage,
ready at your beck and call
today,
turn up your Light,
shine from within,
will Light not reflect
off another,
as Love shows you
the way?

Ease into your day,
begin with You,
send Love to yourself,
it is a loving thing
to do,
give yourself a pat
on the back,
acknowledge you
for Be-ing You,
in your heart,
you hold the key –
the Key to Peace
is loving you.

Love Is You

As you peel away
the layers,
as you search
for common ground,
is not the common
denominator –
is not the answer
always Love?

Sometimes it takes
digging
to excavate it,
though it may be right
in front of you,
though you may
often complicate it,
is Love not simple
in its Truth?

From one soul
to another,
can you reflect
the Light you see,
when lights grow dim,
can you help hold
a flashlight for
another to see,
your stories may be
different,
but as you see
each other’s Lights,
can you remind
yourself
that Love shines
in the dark
or in the Light.

Take a look
beneath the layers,
see the Truth
of Who You Are,
Love is the core
of your Be-ing,
you need not travel
far,
Love is in each breath
you breathe,
Love exists beyond
the story of you,
the simple Truth
is Love is with You,
how can it not Be –
as Love Is You.

A Loving Flow

What a blessing
to give Love,
and is it not
equally powerful
to receive Love?
It is not something
that you own,
you need not
hold it in –
is it not meant
to be shared,
moving without
and within?

This can be a
shared experience,
or one you can
feel on your own,
does Love not beat
within,
All hearts as
One,
be a part of the
flow,
that resonates
with Love,
can you feel it,
can you sense it,
as above
so below?

Be a loving switch
that can turn on
a Light,
to help bring lightness
to a sometimes
dark night,
when you connect
with another,
can they not see
their Light, too,
do you not support
each other,
when you share
the Love in You?

What a blessing to
give,
and to receive
in Love’s Flow,
you are part of
Love’s magic,
You Are One,
You Are Whole.

Homecoming

Come back to Love.
Come back to You.

And is this not a
gentle reminder,
that though your mind
wishes to tell you
otherwise,
You Are Love
and so very Loved,
you are never separate
from Love.

And is it not delicious,
do you not revel in
this space,
when you remember,
when you feel it,
when you are surrounded
by Love’s embrace?

You can wrap yourself
in Love,
when you remember
Love Is Here –
Love is not what is
hiding,
with loving eyes
is it not clear,
your mind may tell
you a story,
you may believe
whatever it says,
but your heart
is full of knowing –
You Are beyond
all life or death.

Coming back to Love,
is coming back to You –
enjoy this beautiful
Homecoming,
You Are Love,
it is your Truth.

A Miracle of Love

What appears distant
comes into view,
what once was closed
is now open to you,
when you give your heart
permission to believe,
are you not surrounded
by the Miracle of Love?

You need not know
every why or how,
let Love guide you
to the magic of Now,
when you feel your
heart
connecting you to an
eternal space,
is this not where
your heart resides
always?
Let yourself believe,
let Love show you how –
to open your heart
to the Miracle of Love.

All are connected,
though you might not
be aware,
your loved ones are
with you,
beyond space and time,
Everywhere,
is it not your heart
that is the bridge
from here to there –
though with Love,
you All reside together
Here,
you may believe,
you may sense
that you really know,
and beyond knowing,
is the Truth
that You Are
Home.

Let yourself believe.
Let Love show you how.
Open your heart,
You Are a Miracle of Love.

Speak the Love
in your heart,
tell those you Love
how you feel,
Love is also in
the actions
that you take,
loving things you do
throughout the day,
when your focus
becomes askew,
let Love bring
into focus
what is important
to you.

Share the Love
in your heart,
might you let someone
know
you are a call away,
when you give,
does it not come back
to you,
Love grows stronger
when it is flowing
through You,
can you extend
a loving hand,
is not Love a bridge
helping All to stand?

Be the Love
in your heart,
is not Love the perfect
place to start,
let Love be in any task
you have today,
let Love help you
find some time
to play,
find ways to connect
with the Love
That You Are,
You are always Home
within the Love
in your heart.

Purposeful

There is purpose
in any and all things,
when the purpose
Is Love.

Whatever the work
you do,
or situation you
find yourself in,
might it not
be purposeful,
when the purpose
Is Love?

And in any relationship –
it may be smooth,
or get under your skin,
you need not change
the other person,
but might it help you
to find the purpose
of Love?

And though you
may not know why,
(yes, you have questions
in all you do) –
might any question
have an answer,
when the purpose
Is Love?

Whether you do things
on purpose,
or react to what
life can give,
can you let Love
guide you back
to center,
as you find
your purpose
Is Love?

Be purposeful,
Be present,
Be at Peace
with Who You Are.
Let your heart
tune into your
Essence,
your Soul’s purpose
Is Love.

Being Kind

Be Kind.

You may see this
on a sticker,
you understand it
to be true,
but does it not
also mean,
Be kind,
to you?

When you feel rough
around the edges,
when soothing,
smoothing,
would feel so good –
can you remember
to shine Love
inward
and Be kind
to you?

Is it not when
you are Be-ing,
that you can share –
do you not give,
what you feel inside,
when Love and Joy
build up inside you,
yes, is it then not easy,
to Be kind?

But on a stormy day,
may you not need,
some extra Light
to shine your way,
remember to shine
your Light in the mirror,
bring extra kindness
to you today.

Be Kind.
Is this not Love
reaching out?
Share the Love
in you,
sprinkle kindness
throughout your day.
And don’t forget –
Be kind,
and Love you,
today.

The Sound of Love

Water is silent
until it flows,
until some movement
makes the water go,
meandering down
a forest creek,
or coming out
of a dripping sink –
one drop
or cascading
over a waterfall –
sometimes you hear
water,
sometimes not at all.

Love can be silent,
even as it flows,
but is not Love’s
sound,
so beautiful?
It may be in the
music that you hear,
or when you talk
to a loved one dear,
the purring of a cat
sitting close to you,
a shared silence
with one,
who knows you
well.

Can you step into
Love’s constant flow –
as Love moves you,
where would you wish
to go,
can you be a Voice
for loving words,
when silence speaks,
can you hold space
for this,
the Spectrum of Love
is both near and far,
are you not as expansive
as the Love That
You Are?

Be a conduit
for Love,
be it still
or cascading
through You,
you are always
in Love’s flow,
what does Love
sound like –
to You?

Forever, Together

Forever,
together,
when your hearts
beat as one –
your Loved Ones
are with you,
even when you think
they are gone,
always connected
you are,
at the Source
of Love,
this bond lasts
forever,
Love Is Eternal,
Love always
carries on.

Always connected
forever,
though you miss
their touch,
you long to hug
them,
to call,
to show them
that you miss
them so much –
how could they
not hear you,
or sense the Love
that you send,
the Message of Love
is oh-so-clear
as the physical life
is not the end.

There is connection,
communication,
let your heart
speak for you –
the message is
loud and clear
when you tell them,
“I Love You.”

Forever,
together,
you are with
who you wish
to dream of –
they are with you,
always close,
together always
with Eternal Love.
