to a playground,
are there not
many ways to
play,
the child may be drawn to
swings,
or slides or climbing,
some things may
be new on
any particular day.

Might the child
try them all,
some may come
naturally,
some need more
time,
but in the state
of play and Joy,
is not practice
something you
don’t mind?

Might you view life
sometimes like a
playground,
are you not drawn
to try things out,
might you bring
your playful energy
to stretch beyond
what you typically
are about.

When you play
with something new,
is it not the experience
that you seek,
might you let go of
certain outcomes
and let your child within
have a peek.

With Joy might
you let go
and with Love
to guide your way,
what new things
in this life’s playground,
might you be willing
to try today?

Let Joy show what
delights you,
let Love light the way,
let your playful energy
draw you to
what you wish to
play today!

Feel the beat
within your heart,
is this not where
Love dwells
from the very
start,
is Love not in
and between
every breath
you take,
connecting you
to All Love
that is made?

Loved ones you
hold dear
know where you
are,
Here in the heart,
always near,
never far,
they come to you,
when grief
may impede your
view,
your loved ones are
Here,
always,
with You.

A clearer picture
you wish to see,
to feel connections,
so you may believe,
believe with every
beat
of your heart,
you are always
connected
and never apart.

Trust and know
all hearts beat
as One,
the ones you Love
are as constant
as the sun,
even when clouds appear,
your loved ones
are with you every day,
between each beat,
each breath,
Love is with

there need not be

or place that Love

walk your path

that plays within
your heart,
when the chords
combine together,
when the harmonizing
starts,
the tune itself
does not matter,
it is the feeling
that you get,
it is Love that
sings a song,
that lifts you up
through All of
This.

Sense the rhythm
of the beat,
that only you may
sometimes hear,
you may move to
the beat of a different
drummer,
is not each experience
unique Here –
but when the notes
all run together,
is there not
One Song
that rises up,
is it not Love
that makes the music,
that brings you
together,
that lifts you up?

Listen to the music,
that makes you
dance,
that makes you
smile,
life beats a steady
rhythm,
though you may skip a beat
once in awhile,
but Love’s music
plays for you,
at all times,
in many ways,
why don’t you
sing or dance
along,
to the Song
that Love plays?

Listen to the music
that plays within

let Love lift you,
shine your Light,

as the Love
You Are!

Love is motion,
Love is flowing,
it is never standing
still,
you are part of
Love’s adventure,
an expression of
a greater will,
is there not a shift
in energy,
when you align
yourself to Love’s
flow,
are you not infused
with energy,
knowing you are part
of the Whole?

You may feel stuck
at times
or stagnant,
but you can easily
move again,
when you shift to
a higher perspective
and invite Love
to join in.

When life gets heavy,
overwhelming,
when your brain begins
to run amok,
picture floating on a
river,
yes, there are times
you might get stuck,
but keep moving
toward the current,
letting go of what
you may cling,
Love’s flowing movement
is always with you,
is Love not part
of Everything?

Love is motion,
Love is flowing,
you are in
this loving flow,
let Love move you,
let Love lift you,
You Are Love
and
You Are Loved so.

pay attention when
a thought

you may think that

help,

It is a lot to juggle,

this and that,
keep moving toward
Peace
that shows itself
when you relax,

tap into the
expanded Sense of
You,
might the Whole
of Who You Are,
embrace all
these parts
of you?

See with your soul,

let Love be the glue
that connects
All of your
beautiful parts.

What can you bring
to the table
of Life?

What would add to
the presentation,
what would compliment
each dish,
what would be there
always,
if something was
amiss,
what would balance
out the flavors,
be not too hot
or too cold,
might you bring Love
to the table
of Life as it
unfolds?

Is not Love something
that every person
might taste,
the delivery may be
different,
depending on the time
and place,
but you need not worry,
that what you bring
will be wrong,
when you bring Love
to the table,
might it help all
get along?

There are surprises
that may show up
at the table of Life,
but no matter what
is served,
can you not add
Love and Light,
you may think it
will not matter,
but might you give
it a try –
might you bring
your best dish of Love,
to the table of Life?

The Love That You Are
is the best gift of all,
come and Be
Who You Are –

Be true to You,
surround yourself
with Love,
the whole day through,
give yourself a hug,
on this day of Love –
repeat on each day after,

Love is Everywhere,
not only in chocolates
or flowers fresh,
share these gifts of
Love as well,
but Love resides
beyond that,
do not the connections
of Love light up
on any day that you
celebrate Love,
loved ones who you
physically miss,
are with you always,
everyday,
with Love.

Be your Valentine,
make sure you give
yourself a hug,
and share Love each day

the Ripples of Love –

There are many things
in life

a pot,
there may be surprises
you did not see coming,
some things you would

but does life not
let combinations

marinate,
are you not surprised
what goes together,
when you add Gratitude
to your plate?

When you sprinkle Gratitude
throughout your day,
for things big or even
small,
does not your heart
open up,
changing your perspective
about it all,
does not your soul
begin to sing,
bringing Light to what
was dark,
with Gratitude do you
not ignite
Hope and inspiration
with its spark?

Echoes of Love?

Is Love not a palpable
vibration,
that you are wired
to pick up,
is there not a familiar
reverberation
that you cannot get
enough,
you may see it
in a painting,
it may move you
through a song,
but do not the
Echoes of Love
call out to you
to sing along?

Life is like an echo
chamber,
bouncing information
back to you,
what frequency do
you tune in,
that most resonates
with you,
there is Love on every
channel,
can you pick out
where it is,
can you sense the
Echoes of Love,
with your heart,
it is not hard to miss!

You all communicate
through the
Echoes of Love,
Love is an infinite
spectrum,
that never stops
what it is made of,
your Loved Ones always
near,
be they in physical
or beyond,
always resonate with
You,
harmonizing with your
eternal heart song.

Are you not surrounded
by the Echoes of Love?
Soak it up,
send it out –
You Are a magnificent
Instrument of Love.
