the face of a lion,
watching over
his pride,
defending all
with the fierceness
of a warrior
bred to protect?

Might his role
include the antics
of a monkey,
who loves
to play and joke –
keeping everyone
laughing
when laughter
is what is
needed most?

Does his role
not include
being a teacher –
passing down
traditions learned,
he may be patient,
he may be hurried –
it is not
in the delivery,
is it not
in what he shares –
does not a
father show
who he is
with those
he loves?

You have expectations
of a father
that are as varied
as there are dads –
but at its very core,
does not a father’s love
shape who you are –
you may feel close,
you may wish
for more,
but does not
a father’s love
touch you deep
within your heart?

There are many
faces to a father –
it is a complicated
role –
but is there not
the Face of Love
when a father
sees his child –
when the child
sees the Love –
there is father,
there is dad.
There Is Love.

You may gather
over dinner,
a celebration,
a festive day –
is the reason
not secondary
to the connections
in your heart –
do you not
rejoice
when you share
with another,
with your heart –
when you feel
you are connected
with your soul?

There are connections
that you make,
it is an
endless web –
there may be learning,
there is experiencing,
there is always
a give and take –
but when you
get an opportunity
to be yourself
in this Web of Love,
that holds you
and supports you –
can you not
always count
on Love –
when you are
with others
that you feel
connected
with your soul?

Gathering.
Sharing.
Connecting
with the heart.
Touch Love.
Be Love.
Connect with Love.

It does not matter
what is planned –
a day may be full,
it may be clear,
can you not
infuse Love
into each moment
as you
go about this day?

Can you wipe
the slate clean
of what you think
“should” happen,
is not each day
an opportunity for you –
yes, there are things
you will accomplish,
lists that need
tending to –
but as you “do”
what you need,
can you add Love
to it, too –
is it not a
perfect chance
to Love?

Does not the
Energy of Love
open many doors,
does it not help
to grease any wheel
that turns –
will you not
have more enjoyment,
will there not be
ease as you work –
when you play
in Love?

The new day is dawning,
the birds all sing
on cue –
is not Mother Earth
giving her blessing –
here is another day
for You –
can you sing
your Song of Love
as the Cardinal
loves to do –
is now not a
perfect chance
to Love?

New day.
New light.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Perfect Love.
Perfect You.

Is not this
the perfect chance?
Sing your
Song of Love.

What is Love,
but the binding
Force that
connects you all –
once you
experience Love
with a loved one dear
are you not
always connected,
do you not
feel them near?
You cannot
lose it –
Love always remains.

You feel this Love
open up your heart –
it may feel as if
your heart
may break –
is that not
only if
love could disappear –
is there not
a knowing
that Love is
forever near?
You cannot
lose it –
Love always remains.

There are glimpses,
there are signs
that death
is not the end –
do you not
seek to understand
what is life,
what is death?
What is the
only answer
to the questions
that you ask –
is it not Love
that endures
with no beginning,
with no end –
you cannot lose it,
you will always
Be it –
are you not
always together
with Love?

With Love,
you cannot lose it –
Love always remains.

There are things
you may wish
to change
in others,
in the world –
but does not
everyone have
their own
perspective
on how they
wish to live
their life?

And do you
not find
when you push
up against
another’s beliefs –
do they not
feel the push,
the reaction
may be
to push back –
for does not
like energy
attract like energy?

Is there not
a better way
to bring more
love into the
world –
might you begin
with yourself,
loving unconditionally,
even as you
do the best
you can to
experience
what you wish
to learn in
this life –
can you not
accept and love
all of You?

And with this
Energy of Love,
being a
Magnet for Love –
will you not attract
what resonates
with Love?

And as you
vibrate with
the Energy of Love –
how can these
ripples not grow out,
connecting with
others who feel
the stirring within
their hearts –
in search of
and seeking
the Truth
of Who They Are –
are you not
all waking up
to the Love within?

And once you realize
that Love
has been here
all along –
it is in everyone,
can you love
yourself –
can you love
everyone
and not expect
for anyone
to have to change?

Is that not
truly what makes
being a
Magnet for Love
so powerful
in its scope –
can you Love
without putting
conditions
on that love?

And is this
not when
more hearts
that Love as One –
come together
as like energy
attracts like energy –
are you not all
Magnets for Love?

As You Are Love,
as you remember
Who You Are –
might that allow
another to see
the Love In Them –
as they see
the Love In You –
is there not
recognition
when you see
the Face of Love?

Be a Magnet for Love –
you cannot help
but Be.
As You Are Love
may you
Be the Love
you wish to
see in All.

See it.
Believe it.
Attract it.
Love.

And do you
not at times
fear that a memory
will be lost
if you give away
a loved one’s
possessions?

Yes, “possession”
brings to mind
many stories,
many experiences
that you have
here on earth –
memories that
make you laugh,
make you cry –
there are physical connections
that you share,
that you can touch
and you can hold –
is it not
this physical experience
that is so hard
to let go?

And does it not
make it hard
if you think
of things as “lost” –
if something
or someone
is out of sight,
do you not fear
that they are “gone”,
never to be seen
or felt again?

As your awareness grows,
as you know you
are always connected
to your loved ones
in your heart –
your spirit,
your soul
is always with
the ones you love –
it is a different
relationship
than the physical one
here on earth –
as you seek to re-connect
through your heart
and not through
the possessions
that you can hold.

Yes, there are
treasured items
that you will
always keep close –
but as you release
the possessions –
letting go of the
physical ties –
do you not open
up more space
to see beyond
what you can hold –
are you not
so much more
than what you
can possess?

And you need
not “re-connect”
to the Love
that is connected
to You –
are you not
eternally linked
together in this Love?
And as Love
is not something
to be owned
or to possess –
it cannot be lost,
it is never gone –
are not your
loved ones
just as close
when All Is Love?

As you release
what you think
holds Love
to you –
may you find
Love
Is Always There.

You Are Loved –
your Loved Ones, too.
You Are always
connected to Love.
All you need
is all you have
and That Is Love.
