You celebrate a day
of Light,
in turn does Light
not celebrate you,
no matter time of day
or season,
the Light of Love in
You shines through.
Through stormy times
upon the earth,
Be Love’s reflection
to illuminate,
darkness has not its
own force,
a tiny spark of Light
makes the dark fade.
See Love’s Light with
eyes so clear,
your heart links
with other’s too,
as a steward of
earth and sky,
turn up This Light
that flows through
You!

Pause when you need
to,
is this not part of
ebb and flow,
sense the resonance
of any moment,
is there a quickening
or need to slow.
In times of shifting
and of change,
when things are messy
and you wish to plan,
hold a wider Vision of Love
that lets you know when
to lend a hand.
Your open heart is
so very needed,
sense through resonance
what next to do,
Be you active or
in the quiet,
Love is constant and coursing
through All of You!

Feel the breeze,
trees so green,
rejoice in clouds
that bring the rain.
Be grounded.
Shine your Light.
You All are needed.
Be Strength.
May Gratitude lift,
may you flow
like water,
your purpose
is simple –
Be You.
Be amazed.
You Are amazing.
So Loved and cherished –
This Spark of You!

It is hard as human
to trust,
there may be outcomes
you wish to see,
you need not throw
up both your hands,
are you not empowered
when you as soul –
can Be?
This integration of soul
and body,
is an amazing synchronistic
dance,
from soul perspective –
you see with clarity,
but you need body
to say yes I can.
Trust this process beyond
understanding,
sense Love’s energy
that is aligned,
there will always be
rocky roads in life,
but your soul accompanies
you on every ride!

well worth riding,

be a constant,
unfurl your sail
and come along,
add your breath of
Peace and kindness,
in Love’s vast ocean

and Truth,
what do you wish
to Be?

and with Love
sing,
open hearts harmonize
together,

and family close,
extend your hands
and listening ears,
build your support
and be supportive,
listen to what
another fears.
Fear weaves itself into
belief systems,
it is the fuel power
loves to use,
Be an antidote
to this –
Be Love, compassion
dissolving fear’s ruse.
You are one
and One with
many,
shine your Light –
help another to see,
beyond fear –
Here is Home,
I am You and
You Are Me!

There are many things
in life
that can trigger
emotions felt,
you need not hide
these in a box,
wrapped with a bow –
don’t ask, don’t tell.
In a world with
many voices,
sometimes those screaming
are the ones heard,
listen beyond what
is projected to you,
Truth often exists
beyond all words.
Gather with like-hearted
people,
lift each other up
in times of need,
do not let Love
take a back seat,
All Be-ings are sacred,
asking to be seen.
Speak with One Voice
and share your heart,
may compassion Be
your guiding Light,
link arms and hands –
no one is forgotten,
You Are seen Beloved,
forever in Love’s Sight!

of shading leaves.
As spring continues
its expansive growth,

flowers opening to
unfold.
Be You This
in any moment
now,
allowing Love to
take care of the
how.
Here is your Peace
not far away,

myriad ways,
some things you choose,
some you wish to change,
the egoic mind sees only
cause and effect,
it wants control and
rules to beat the
game.
The world revolves around
this or that,
like a pinball it bounces
from here to there,
Be like water as
the Flow of Love,
moving around obstacles
life puts everywhere.
In This Flow find
forgiveness dear,
in life you do the
very best you can,
there may be things
that you would wish
to change,
with self-compassion
allow Love to flow
again.
Life is not a test
to pass or complete,
in This Moment is
All you need to know,
Be kind to you and
send Love to All,
Be as water,
saying Yes to Flow!
