What do you believe in?
Believe in Love,
believe in Peace,
believe in Truth,
believe in You.
Believe in compassion,
kindess, empathy,
include All of This
in All you do.
Believe in Spirit,
believe in humanity,
these are intertwined
in this life.
Believe your heart –
that is oh so needed,
as well as your most
brilliant Light.
Believe in joining,
coming together,
Be an answer to
the question – Who?
Believe in Love,
believe in miracles,
but most of all –
believe in You!

With fearlessness,
dive in deep to
what your heart
wishes to heal,
may moonbeams help
with this loosening,
you are cradled,
safe to reveal.
Your body’s energy
holds on tightly
to strategies it
thinks it needs,
as you are continually
healing, evolving,
honor what now longs
to be freed.
Your little self has
been a warrior,
open and learn from
this one, dear,
now integrated
you dance together,
with purpose and
Courage,
wholly free of fear!

Is there not Strength
in compassion,
is this not what Love
is all about,
your heart is a bridge
between separation,
a healing bond to bring
inside out.
You see each other as
separate beings
in a world of
this or that,
Be a Light with
Strength and Courage,
illuminate compassion
and bring it back.
Love’s spark ignites in
hearts awakening,
as compassion rises to
be seen,
with the Strength of your heart –
beautiful Light,
see Love’s Light shining
in All fellow Be-ings!

This Moment,
bringing Home to you
right Here,
no matter what is
going on in life,
come Home to Peace
my dear.
The trees sway in
their welcome,
flowers inspire in
their full bloom,
above you is a palette
of ever-changing clouds
against sky blue.
You are One with
This Consciousness,
you belong in This
Universe,
your Light and Love sing
with the angels as your
soul knows every verse.
Revel in these precious
moments
when you see beyond
the story here,
Here is Oneness and
belonging,
All That is precious
is within You, dear!

Get back to basics,
stand upon your
foundation strong,
the outside world can
feel chaotic,
return to Love’s infinite
eternal bond.
Your breath is a bridge
from body to soul,
your heart beats Truth
inside of you,
return Here for
a sweet reset,
This present moment
informs what to do.
Resist looking in the
future,
only visit past when
it helps to heal,
return to basics
with simplicity,
reset and realign with
what is Real!

You celebrate a day
of Light,
in turn does Light
not celebrate you,
no matter time of day
or season,
the Light of Love in
You shines through.
Through stormy times
upon the earth,
Be Love’s reflection
to illuminate,
darkness has not its
own force,
a tiny spark of Light
makes the dark fade.
See Love’s Light with
eyes so clear,
your heart links
with other’s too,
as a steward of
earth and sky,
turn up This Light
that flows through
You!

Pause when you need
to,
is this not part of
ebb and flow,
sense the resonance
of any moment,
is there a quickening
or need to slow.
In times of shifting
and of change,
when things are messy
and you wish to plan,
hold a wider Vision of Love
that lets you know when
to lend a hand.
Your open heart is
so very needed,
sense through resonance
what next to do,
Be you active or
in the quiet,
Love is constant and coursing
through All of You!

trees so green,
rejoice in clouds
that bring the rain.
Be grounded.
Shine your Light.
You All are needed.
Be Strength.
May Gratitude lift,
may you flow
like water,

is simple –
Be You.
Be amazed.
You Are amazing.
So Loved and cherished –
This Spark of You!

It is hard as human
to trust,
there may be outcomes
you wish to see,
you need not throw
up both your hands,
are you not empowered
when you as soul –
can Be?
This integration of soul
and body,
is an amazing synchronistic
dance,
from soul perspective –
you see with clarity,
but you need body
to say yes I can.
Trust this process beyond
understanding,
sense Love’s energy
that is aligned,
there will always be
rocky roads in life,
but your soul accompanies
you on every ride!

be a constant,
unfurl your sail
and come along,
add your breath of
Peace and kindness,
in Love’s vast ocean
You All belong!
