Your Authentic Purpose

You may long for
creative connection,
is this not a way to 
be heard or seen,
the human experience 
is sometimes fulfilling,
but are there not times
you wish to fit in.

Is there not a calling 
for All Lights,
the world now needs 
to hear your Voice,
you need not have a
bully pulpit – 
Be-ing you authentic 
is a perfect choice.

Begin by connecting 
with your soul,
what lights you up,
what fills your tank,
a creative endeavor pulls 
in imagination,
which is key to the 
You that says, 
yes I can!

Sharing experience helps
others see themselves
and feel they are not
alone,
Be You wholly,
simply,
authentically – 
you are the purpose 
of your soul!

Knowing This

You may not know 
the why or how,
the ways that spirit 
shows up for you,
it may be a more 
than gentle nudge,
or seeing the past 
with a different 
view.

Ego analyzes with 
what it knows,
a bigger picture 
may be unseen,
might there be comfort
in being okay with 
knowing you don’t 
know everything.

But know this 
dear precious child,
you are never alone 
with spirit by your side,
your soul is always 
a part of this Team,
Here for every moment 
in your experience 
of life!

Teaming Up

Take a breath,
relax your shoulders,
life brings much to 
make you tense,
this may trigger 
fight or flight and
in some cases 
paralysis.

Scan your body,
this sacred temple,
what is asking 
to be freed,
noticing, loving 
all parts of you
is a way to heal 
what is in need.

Be aware of external
pressure,
but notice internal 
pressure, too,
what beliefs must 
you live up to,
what is driving 
this human you.

Why not today –
let spirit drive,
to assist throughout 
this day,
you and soul are 
a dynamic Team
that works together 
in every way.

Yes as human it 
may be hard to 
“give up” perceived
control,
why not “give in” to
your True Nature,
to Love, to You –
a Master of Flow!

One Sacred Whole

Strength multiplies when 
linked together,
are you not part of 
One Sacred Whole,
your human-ness makes 
you feel separate,
but woven together 
is All of you as Soul.

In life everyone has 
a unique story,
but as you honor 
another’s path,
on the surface this 
may look different,
but are you not All 
working on similar 
tasks?

See your self in your 
sisters and brothers,
you honor Love when 
you see This Truth,
join hand to hand in
This Great Adventure,
walking each other Home
to Love,
to You!

This Peace

Even as life is constantly
changing,
Love’s Peace is changeless 
in the core of You,
This is accessible in
any moment,
when you shift perspective 
to your Greater View.

May This Peace give you
a firm foundation
to navigate through life’s
rocky roads,
you cannot control 
every experience,
but might Peace steady you
as life unfolds.

May Gratitude open doors
of receiving,
with true Humility embrace
“I don’t know,”
saying yes to Peace that 
passes understanding 
returns you to your center,
your Truth,
your flow!

Beyond the Box

As human you focus 
on information
that comes to you 
in many ways,
using senses –
reading, listening,
is how you receive 
most things
most days.

My dear,
you also have
great access to 
All consciousness
so vast,
inspiration is available
at all times – 
so why not simply
ask?

Set intentions to 
open doors,
your soul is as curious
as you,
ask your Self what next
to read or hear – 
or maybe explore
something new.

Your soul can 
multi-task,
but you as human 
need to pace your
self,
sprinkle in nurturing 
self-care,
breathe in the comfort 
that All is Well.

Expand beyond the 
box that you think 
defines this human 
you,
use All of your soulful
senses to explore 
all possibilities 
flowing through!

Solid Footing

During times of change,
transition,
be so patient with 
your self,
you as human like
a roadmap,
you are used to action 
with no lull.

When your foundational 
structure changes,
you wish for footing 
solid and firm,
my dear your Whole Self
supports you always,
might you give This Self 
now a turn.

Your human mind is 
used to deadlines,
time pressure is how 
it gets things done,
might you release from 
productivity thinking
and allow yourself some
grace to have fun.

You may hold on to
egoic identity,
You Are always 
This Whole You,
your Essence is Here
no matter what experience
you may choose to do.

Be aware of doing
and Be-ing,
may you delight in 
having time to Be,
embrace life as Love 
supports you to create 
as You Are always free!

Honored and Cherished

May you receive what 
Love has to offer,
this is your soul’s 
love letter to you,
soak up this Truth – 
You Are beloved,
honored and cherished
through and through.

As human, life does not 
always provide the 
nurturing and comfort 
that you may need,
my dear, your soul 
as Love is always Here,
you can trust This 
and believe.

Ego is loud and is 
incessant,
but as you fill your 
tank with Love,
even ego loves this 
new-found Grace 
that comes from the 
angels above.

Your heart is a Source
of Strength,
it beats with the rhythm 
of This Truth,
as you reacquaint with 
your tender heart,
remember Love is always 
Home in You!

This Perspective

Reclaim your power –
it has never left,
though persistent ego
wants you to doubt,
call upon your Strength 
and Courage,
This is what your soul
is all about.

Deep within is your
remembrance,
you need not struggle 
to know This Truth,
your analytical mind
is full of questions,
your soul says allow the
answers to flow through.

This is a shift in your
perspective,
your ego is not what 
takes you Here,
believe and trust 
You Are always present,
at Home and loved 
with tender care.

As you open doors 
to This Perspective,
your willingness is 
all that you need,
might you discover 
Here You Are – 
always at Home
and forever free!

The Magic Within

As human and soul 
you will vacillate between
theses two states 
of consciousness,
you may look for 
a magic wand that 
provides you with 
an eternal shift.

But ego has its place 
here in a world 
it helped create,
you may feel very 
separated,
but Here is You – 
your eternal State.

When grappling with 
the why and how 
of life’s questions
that you ask,
return to You
my dear,
in This now Moment
and not future 
or past.

Your ego has you 
searching as it 
cannot believe 
This Truth – 
the magic that you
wish for,
is forever and always 
within You!
