may resist change,
but You Are captain

Letting go is not
giving up,
this release
empowers you,
there is much in life
you cannot control,
so free yourself to
what you can do.
Let go as well
the grip of
self-judgment,
ego uses this to
keep you small,
let go of the weight
of shoulds that
hamper your clarity
that comes from
standing tall.
This is not running
from challenges arising,
this is tapping in to
You as Soul,
as you release that
which says you can’t,
say Yes to the power
of letting go!

every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,

It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,

that you compare,
why not delight in
these differences,

infinite roles here.
May your compassion

connect with body
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom
attunes to This Love,

to lift the veil,
that you imagine
lies in between,
yes, your mind
may sense separation,
but your soul knows
you are connected
to Everything.
You wish for comfort
to ease your mind,
but is not Peace
closer than your
breath,
deeper than your heartbeat
is All You Are,
though your mind
and body
may help you forget.
No-thing can separate
you from Love,
Love is the Source
of All You Are,
all Love dwells at
your very source,
there is no distance
near or far.
Even as your mind
thinks it must learn,
you already know
what you are made
of,
this familiar stirring,
beyond your heartbeat,
whole, peaceful,
complete,
All You Are –
Is Love.

ego wants to fulfill
expectations made,

Who You Are.
And when you let
life’s stories go,
are you not Creation
in present tense,
Be the masterpiece
that is ready to
be seen –
as Love knows

Beyond judgment and
confined walls,
let each moment
of life unfold,
see your Self with
new-found eyes –

these are how ego
measures its inherent
worth.
You need no
measuring sticks
to demonstrate
how you are Loved
dear one,
Love’s Peace is your
True Essence,
there is no match

What you can always
count on
is You Are Love
inherently,
shift to This Higher
Perspective,
spirit clears the path
for you to believe.
Is This not an
awakened journey,
surrendering to what

ego’s machinations –
All is Well within

muddy waters
that you prefer to
be clear and calm,
return to your Source
that knows how to

This is not magic,
it is awareness
of You as a soul
here in this life,
walk the linear path,
but know you
can fly –
Be-ing Love
One Moment
beyond time!
