validation as you move
throughout your life.

A sign or someone
saying yes helps you
trust that you are 
right.

But might you turn up
your discernment –
your inner knowing
that is Here always.

Often you tune this out,
focusing on what others 
have to say.

Listen to This signal 
that flows within
your Be-ing and 
is Here for you.

Here is your sign,
your validation – 
there are myriad ways 
that it flows through.

Here is where trust,
belief, then knowing 
can help you along 
life’s way.

Look within to your 
own soul that is always 
connected to what 
spirit may say.

An external sign is 
forever magical,
but do not shut out 
what flows within.

Your inner guidance 
loves to be validated,
listen dear one and 
let the play begin!

helplessness can 
make you think 
your power is gone,
my dears your Strength 
is never-ending,
count on your Courage 
to help you along.

Stand tall in determination,
even when change is 
a tsunami felt,
find your way through 
a rocky road,
use All of your power –
Be Grace,
Be bold.

Align with your strong 
Light shining,
do your best when life
zigs and zags,
Be You Strength,
Be One with Courage,
your power is Love,
may it Light the way!

Walk confidently upon
your path,
you are right where 
you need to be,
your inquiring brain
wants all the details,
your soul says patient
flexibility is key.

Your roots ground you
in steadiness,
but like majestic tree 
you sway with the wind,
you will know what to do
when you need to – 
you will not break as 
you flow and bend.

Show up authentically,
see your brothers and sisters,
your Light shines and 
ripples out to All,
these are the Waves 
of Love that are 
so needed,
each step you take is
answering Love’s call!

right where 
you are.

You may wish 
for future gifts
or you may long 
for moments past,
yes all of this 
makes you human,
but Be you – 
right where 
you are.

You create in 
every moment,
Here is the perfect
place to Be,
let the day unfold
as it will
and Be you
right where 
you are.

Be Love’s journey 
in time and space,
you are the perfect 
you for This,
allowing time to 
disappear
is Be-ing you 
right where 
you are.

Notice what drops 
into consciousness,
your soul loves to 
flow with you,
may this integration 
Be your Now,
This is You
right where 
you are.

Is This not the 
Gift of Love,
to know 
You Are Here 
always,
Be curious,
Be in wonder
and Be You 
right where 
You Are!

Be present for 
Love’s magic,
surrender to This
State of Be-ing,
you may fret 
about the details,
but Love is expansive, 
vast and freeing.

You need not bear 
all of the burdens
that may get stirred
up in this life,
Here is your Peace and 
your True Vision,
at all times within 
Love’s Light.

Ego grabs onto 
your mind,
but as You Are 
more than what 
you think,
summon All the Light
You Are –
with Love you 
can do anything!

Riding Waves

Allow the waves
of your emotions 
to flow freely
letting you know,
as a human on 
this earth,
there is so much 
that touches 
your soul.

You have filters 
that help to stem
the tidal waves 
that can come 
through,
experiences in the 
world can be a lot 
for any human 
to do.

You cannot solve 
all problems here,
but dive in to 
your feelings dear,
another’s anguish
may bring up for you
your own emotions
to clear. 

And as Love is in 
every wave,
might you be lifted
by Love’s flow,
as a participant 
in life,
you are on Love’s Team – 
you and your soul.

Ride the waves even
as you may feel 
you are hanging 
by a thread,
This eternal bond 
cannot be broken –
ride with confidence 
as you are led.

With deeper breaths 
and Strength returning,
does Courage not return
at once,
as a fully integrated Be-ing,
dear one,
you never ride 
these waves alone!

This Stillness

There are no words 
for the stillness
that You Are
within your core.

This Presence 
is so peaceful,
that your wish 
is to feel it
more.

You need not build 
your awareness,
might you fall back
into its arms.

This is not a state
that you go to – 
This Is the You
That You Are.

Be okay with 
this stillness,
in linear terms
Be in This space.

You Are One 
in the stillness,
holy peaceful,
beloved Grace.

simply You.

You need not pass 
a test to earn it,
there is no-thing 
that you must do,
Be You Gratitude 
in any moment,
Love’s miracle is 
simply You.

This Love extends 
to any and All,
if you forget, 
see another’s Light,
All Lights shine 
as forever Truth – 
Love’s miracle is 
simply You.

Be you human,
Be You soul,
you need not try 
so hard to see,
let go, surrender 
to This Truth – 
You Are Love’s miracle,
yes, You!

The Way

you the way.

Make your plans, 
set up a schedule,
but be flexible 
as tall trees,
the winds may change,
be open to it – 
and let Love show
you the way.

Do not miracles 
abound 
beyond any expectations 
set,
delight in connections 
you saw not coming,
let Love show 
you the way.

Humans like structure,
it has a purpose,
but does your soul 
not like to play,
be you grounded
and divinely guided,
Love delights 
showing you 
the way!

in memories past,
sense the magic of
what is presently made,
laughter brings you 
to This Moment,
be it recalling or 
creating new today.

Yes, there are times 
when past and present 
collide,
as in anniversaries 
or holidays,
you remember the 
memories past,
but You as spirit 
experience another 
way.

All you Love flow 
through you now,
You Are together and
are never apart,
you as human know 
there may be change,
but You as Soul are 
Everywhere they are.

Love blends together 
experiences made,
celebrate with All 
you Love so dear,
Love is the language 
of Eternity,
always in This Moment,
All you Love 
are Here!
