can be tricky,
but you have resources 
by your side,
take one step
at a time,
check intuition often
on this ride.

When you need
a boost of energy,
Love is Here
to fill your tank,
make your lists,
make plans of 
doing,
but call in Flow 
with Gratitude 
and thanks.

When things
are precarious
ego can try 
to take control,
tap into the Peace 
of Source
to help to find the
best way to go.

Even when things 
are not easy,
may you find 
your Grace and Ease,
remind your self,
You Are so cherished,
surrounded by Love’s 
eternal Peace!

Love is Flowing

Love is flow –
eternal, constant,
You Are connected 
to This Web,
when you follow 
intuitive nudges,
You Are open 
to be led.

Is this not how 
synchronicity works,
you need not know 
all of the ins and 
outs,
Be where Love 
directs you
dear one,
This Is what 
Love is all
about.

Be a calming voice 
for someone,
listen with 
your loving ears,
even if you are 
not speaking,
Love flows through
your souls,
right Here.

Be amazed at 
connections that 
you do not know 
how they transpired,
Love is flowing,
eternal, constant,
You All Are Love’s 
eternal Light!

Beyond Time

Beyond time
Here is an 
opportunity

flow,
when world connections
get disrupted,
are you still not 
connected to 
All you 
know?

Love can never 
be disrupted,
its power is 
not tethered 
to place,
see your Self
as This expanded 
Be-ing Who Is
beyond time 
and space.

All hearts are 
eternally connected,
send out these 
waves of Love 
right now,
yes you wish to 
reassure
and Love will 
help you find 
out how. 

There is information
flowing beyond
what you can hear
or see,
Be You at Peace
with life’s experiences
that invite you 
to truly Be!

trust Love.

You have expectations,
wished for outcomes
on what you believe 
you think you need,
Be the experiencer 
of what unfolds –
trust spirit,
trust Love.

There are bigger pictures
you may not know,
a tapestry is made 
of many parts,
you are sacred thread 
woven through many,
trust spirit,
trust Love.

Life may leave you
wanting, yearning,
but You as spirit 
have all you need,
return Here to remind
your self –
as spirit,
know Love.

hoop to jump through,
you need not fret 
that Love has left,

think you are in life –

not separated,
Love is not a destination
to reach,

Love always Is You 
where you are.

Turn the tables on 
your perception,
Be You as You always 
are Here,
Be the witness as 
True Awareness,

Where You Are!

at parsing data,
but you are so much 
more than this,
information as energy 
flows freely,
your expanded senses 
know what mind 
may miss.

How are you tuning 
in your frequency
at any moment 
of any day,
you are the captain 
of This Vessel and
can direct attention
within or away.

You need not use energy
convincing ego on 
how to think or 
what to do,
your innate awareness 
flows constantly,
bring This to the forefront 
for a focus true.

Let ego handle the 
earthly pitfalls that 
appear upon life’s
rocky road,
in your Present Moments
Be Here – 
as This is where your
truths unfold.

You may feel split
as awareness builds,
but have no doubt 
All of This is One,
your I Am presence 
is eternally Here,
hello says soul –
might we have 
some fun!

Changeless

Be One with the 
change of seasons,
every leaf you see 
You Are,
though the sun casts 
longer shadows,
its Light is You 
both near and far.

Birdsong may change 
as birds begin 
to travel paths 
that call within,
you have heard 
Love’s call and know 
This Path of Love
has no beginning 
or end.

Cycles of the world 
paint contrasting pictures,
but You as Soul know 
what is true,
life is a changing 
kaleidoscope,
but all shapes and colors 
are All of You!

This Step

this State of Peace,
you sense its vastness 
beyond your mind,
this experience can 
feel so fleeting,
as your perception
is of space and time.

But You Are more than
a unique being,
your Awareness is 
This Peace,
there are no borders
or boundaries Here,
your I Am presence 
is Grace and ease.

Invite This Peace 
to walk with you,
is has already taken
This Step,
you seek and search 
for All That Is,
Oneness is Here – 
you have already met!

Ego wishes for you
to struggle,
resistance is its 
point of view,
it knows not
where it is unless
it is pushing hard
to get through. 

A Path of Peace
with Grace and ease
seems foreign to 
the human mind,
but as you surrender 
to Your Awareness,
do not dots connect
in perfect time?

Be willing to see
things differently,
as you release what 
ego thinks you need,
Be You all senses
that experience
upon Love’s Foundation –
your Path of Peace!
