Every child within 
wishes to be Loved,
this may be an experience
that comes and goes,
with strings attached 
or conditions made,
it may be hard to trust,
believe and know.

Relax, lean into what
dwells inside,
Here is where compassion 
and nurture blend,
This Love freely flows
through you,
a healing balm to 
restore and mend.

A mother’s Love may
be many things,
but You Are This –
unconditionally Loved,
This is a State 
you can freely share,
to all here below 
and to All above.

Sense Love’s comfort
and a place to rest,
You Are cradled in 
Love’s nurturing womb,
dear child,
sense your Strength and
Courage Here,
as you share This 
that flows through You!

In Tune

Be open to what 
unfolds,
you do not experience 
life alone,
yes you are a 
co-creator – 
one foot here and 
one at Home.

Marvel at the 
synchronistic ways 
that things fall 
into place,
and when patience 
is what’s needed,
may you with ease 
allow some space.

Be in tune with 
intuition,
adding harmony to 
what you hear,
in This co-creative 
process,
All of Love 
is You
right Here!

Forever Whole

Love all parts that 
make up you 
in the world where
you reside,
seeking wholeness in 
the body can feel 
quite challenging
inside.

Love these parts 
and yes the body,
with the Love that 
flows through You,
resist the urge to 
make quick fixes,
with no conditions
simply observe.

With compassion and 
with Grace,
soothe and Be Here 
for what you feel,
old paradigms and 
core beliefs may wish 
to be seen, heard 
and heal.

Ego can help with 
what to do,
but Be-ing You is
where to start,
with forgiveness 
and with Love,
immerse yourself with
your Whole Heart.

Wholeness is your 
natural state,
This resides in You
as soul,
reassure your beautiful 
body –
We Are One,
forever Whole!

Nurtured

Human struggles 
make you notice,
some of these are
hard to miss,
pay attention to 
your balance,
you ask how to 
return to This.

What within is 
crying out,
this is not a 
punishment,
all the separated 
parts of you want
to Be Whole 
again.

It requires not 
wishful thinking,
do not emotions 
hold the key,
when despair dims
your Light,
remember beloved,
your Home and 
breathe.

Connect with You,
your soul,
your touchstone,
let Love nurture 
your tender self,
wrap you child with 
full compassion,
sense in your soul 
that All is Well.

Listen to your 
emotions,
give them what 
it is they need –
to be seen and heard
and cherished,
yes Love is Here,
trust and believe!

Forever Flowing

Every stream has rocks,
disruptions,
that may impact its
path ahead,
this does not stop 
its progression,
water simply goes 
with the flow.

Life unfolds with its
own disruptions,
some days feel easy 
and others hard,
Be You Love as 
a stream moving,
simply going with 
the flow.

Your Peace is not 
life dependent,
it is connected to 
Who You Are,
You Are All of 
the rocks and water,
One with Love’s 
eternal flow.

You need not mark
progress with time,
Be You as the water
now,
with every twist and turn
rejoice that You Are
Love’s forever flow!

This Breath

Breathe in deeply 
with no time or 
place to be but 
in This Breath,
merge yourself into
This Moment,
past is not here 
or future yet.

Take this break 
throughout the day,
when place or time
has you in knots,
You Are Here in
This Presence,
in this world you 
may have forgot.

Breathe in deeply,
softly, gently,
sense This Love 
that cradles you,
loved ones, angels 
meet you Here,
sense All Peace 
that flows through 
You!

A Sweet Reset

When you wish 
to get back online,
there is one thing 
that you can do,
there is no need to
push down feelings,
simply switch to 
Gratitude.

This key can open 
any lock
to what you may 
wish to express,
when you are feeling
out of sorts,
Gratitude is a sweet 
and soft reset.

You still will work out
any problems and 
honor emotion that 
flows through,
but to help All 
work together,
re-group,
re-align with
Gratitude!

A Presence of Trust

As it always comes 
back to trust,
trust in Love,
trust in Us.

And who are We
you ask, implore?
We Are You – 
not less
or more.

Love is Everything
that you see,
Love is all spaces 
in between.

You Are not separated
from This,
Love’s flowing energy 
is hard to miss.

Even as human,
This Love is you,
though pesky ego
distorts the view.

Begin to trust 
in the unseen,
open your Self,
talk to your Team.

This is a sharing of 
what naturally flows,
This energy grows stronger
as you let go.

Now trust takes on 
a state of norm,
is trust not believing 
in You, your Soul?

Now trust makes 
wholly, perfect 
sense,
trust is your State 
of Love’s Presence!

Love asks for 
nothing more,
you may ask what
is life for,
Love’s reply wraps  
you in Peace –
dear beloved,
Be You.

Breathe This in,
you know This 
Truth,
beyond beliefs
your soul knows 
you,
it matters not 
the shoulds and 
shouldn’ts,
authentically – 
Be You.

This is a purpose 
worth living for,
say yes to You
opening more doors,
You Are seen and 
You Are heard –
adoring Love says 
Be You.

Trusting Awareness

You have heard to 
trust your instincts,
sometimes your humanness
interferes,
ego may hijack your
sensing systems
to be on the lookout 
for worry and fear.

What do you trust to 
give clear guidance,
first know all answers 
may not come – 
there are many experiences
on this human journey,
sometimes not knowing 
is the point of one.

Might you expand to 
your soul awareness,
yes it may vary 
on different days,
sometimes you get a 
clearer signal,
some days you wonder 
if you have lost 
your way.

Set aside what you 
wish to hear,
Be still and check in 
to receive,
sometimes when you 
get no answer,
might you know this is 
a perfect time to Be.

Your soul’s direction 
makes its presence known
in ways you may 
not be aware,
trust in Love’s expanded
divine timing –
your journey is unfolding
Everywhere!
