are no-thing you

at your disposal,
parts of you that
integrate as Whole,
ask your breath
to relax the body,
say yes to the guidance
of your soul.
Check in to see
where is your focus,
attention uses a lot
of energy,
you need not suppress
things that come up,
but might your intention
be to see clearly.

bring You onboard,
wherever You Are,
Peace goes with you,
from this aligned
State of Be-ing,
now experience this day
as the Whole of You!

emotions, feelings,
welcome them as they
flow through,
they are the body’s
way of protecting,
but This is not
the only you.
You as soul
can assist
in clearing,
transmuting what you

dear body,
you need not hang onto

in a challenging,
chaotic world,
but your soul is
secure and ready

human emotions,
but might you observe
once removed,
your egoic mind
may have reactions,
but You as Soul
are watching too.
This bit of space
can be the difference
between feeling lost
or seeing Truth,
yes, life brings myriad
experiences,
but your Peace need
not be lost too.
As an observer
there is no judgment
and might you see
with greater clarity,
looking for happiness
in the external
may set you up
with many needs.
There is a constant flow
within you,
Here is where Joy
fully resides,
open to this flow
as Love eternally
is Here inside.
This is not an either-or,
your human self needs
Love and care,
but You as Soul,
as Love’s observer,
accompanies you

we are always Here,

Is it not magical
when you ask,
opening to assistance
for any task,
does this not expand

what you think you lack.
We Are a Team,
do not doubt This Truth,
even when it feels as if
