yes poke holes through
them,
they are not as in stone
as you think,
thoughts have woven
many stories,
but they do not create
Everything.

Let intuition be a 
barometer,
be aware of expectations
made,
expectation is a fuel
for ego,
must have or should 
are words ego would 
say.

Be flexible and be willing
to change your thoughts
and patterns as you 
question this,
the Universe,
your soul may chart
a more extraordinary path
exploring All of This.

Routine may be needed
in a chaotic world,
but also be open 
to another way,
listen wholly to your
still, small voice,
its clarity and Strength 
are guiding you always!

from another source,
you may know to wait
trusting your Self more,
either way you are 
not alone,

sense Love’s vibe
within,
go to Love’s stillness 
to quiet the din,
Be open to what you
may sense or feel,

Be patient with 
no outcomes in 
mind,
let go of your perceived
timelines,
in This Now moment
you have All you need –
Love is forever listening

as you are,
may you see you 
as we see,
the human story comes
with experiences
that help All evolve
and Be.

Trust this inner presence
and know perfection
is not the goal,
whilst in human form
life goes up and down,
but always constant 
is your soul.

Be present with 
your spirit,
make the most of life’s 
unfolding time,
showing up with an 
open heart and 
willingness to Love 
is sacred, Divine.

be generous with

for what it perceives
as a threat,
fear and doubt are used 
to hold you back from what
has not happened yet.

Faith and Trust 
are super powers
that help you to 
rise above,
in any moment 
are you not able 
to meet anything

The dread of what 
may come 
has no purpose 
for This You,
you may need to 
move it along –
this habitual thinking
you need not do.

As you create new 
pathways,
lifting up your thoughts
with Grace and ease,
you inspire your 
body and soul 
to integrate in this
newfound Peace.

You have All you need
within you,
believe This,
know what is True –
your soul rises up
to help, assist,
and to Love unconditionally –
you!

Release all blocks
to This Flow,
by remembering
Who You Are.

being in control 
is but a myth,

extend Love and support
to any who needs it.

You may not understand 
another’s path,
but beyond your knowing
is your Faith,
souls are eternally 
connected,
even as in this life 
there is no give 
and take.

Be Love’s prayer
in your heart,
angels connect 
with you Here,
share This with all
sentient Be-ings,
This is a grand purpose,
always, dear!

A Sacred Grace

yes you judge,
in a world of 
constrasts, opposites,
differences get 
weighed down 
with meaning,
attached with myriad
attributes.

Might you ponder 
how you judge,
begin with awareness 
of your beliefs,
there may always 
be comparison,
but what do you 
add on to what 
you see?

Your mind is a 
powerful filter,
working non-stop 
to make sense of 
the world,
what if you lessened 
your need for 
absolutes,
letting go of 
being judge 
or juror?

Begin with you and
may you look 
with a loving eye 
that provides safe 
space,
surround yourself with 
All That Is,
and sense Love’s forgiving,
sacred Grace.

And from This 
Seat of your Soul,
do you not see 
what you thought 
was lost,
Here Love Is,
in every Be-ing,
when you see it 
within,
you see Love
in All!

Breathe in wonder
where you are,
though life unfolds
in linear time,
You Are Everywhere
at once,
Love knows 
your heart,
your soul,
your mind.

Days may fly by,
seconds tick off,
but You as Soul 
are forever Here,
Be gracious with 
your earthly body,
Love your temporary
teammate,
take good care.

Behold the wonder 
of All of You,
You fill the earth and 
galaxies beyond,
your mind struggles 
with what it cannot
see,
your soul reassures –
Here You belong.

May small comforts 
touch your heart,
a cup of tea,
a stroke of fur,
may the stillness of
a dawning day,
help you to realize –
