Reel in your focus 
that expands as you
try to understand 
this life,
bring your attention 
to this breath,
to Here,
your present,
to your Light.

You can search ahead,
you may look below,
but do not miss
This Truth,
All That You Are,
what is Real always,
is Love presently 
experiencing you.

Resist the urge
to live out of 
bounds,
your soul knows
the way back Home,
from This Eternal
You Are Infinite,
One of All 
and never alone.

It may feel like 
a paradox
that the present 
holds All That Is,
in This Moment
You Are Everything –
Love’s forever answer to 
every wish!

Knowing

Believe that Love 
is always with you,
believe loved ones 
are with you, too,
your human self 
wishes for belief,
your soul,
your Essence knows
This is true.

You need not convince
your self with your
mind,
even your heart may 
not be sure,
go deeper still 
to your soul’s
knowing,
beyond belief 
is the Eternal You.

Ego distracts and 
makes a ruckus,
but You observing 
know what is True,
the Peace of Love 
is Here within,
and loved ones forever 
are Home with You!

With Allowance

Embrace life.
With the fullness 
of your heart,
with all Light that 
flows through You,
Be Love’s embrace.

Allow life.
It unfolds as 
day by day,
but You as Soul
are Now always,
Be Love’s allowance.

Experience life.
With the Wholeness 
that is You,
discover what Love 
would always do,
Be Love’s experience.

In any order 
Be This Now –
experience,
embrace,
allow,
All of This is
All of You –
Be-ing, breathing,
knowing Love!

A Path to Peace

Love smooths 
your path 
to Peace.

Life can present 
rocky roads,
ego as friction
roughs you up,
do not fret as 
you are human,
but know Love smooths
your path to Peace.

Lines get drawn –
you may not notice
until you are 
in defense mode,
ego looks for 
confrontation,
let Love smooth
your path to Peace.

When you feel separate
seeking protection,
check your perspective,
what is your view –
breathe in surrender
to your True Knowing,
as Love smooths 
your path to Peace.

Let your discomfort
be your awareness
to re-align with 
Grace and ease,
in your breath 
is your return,
as Love smooths
your path to Peace!

Your Natural Flow

Work with spirit,
with your Self,
this is a natural 
thing to do,
you may not have 
full awareness of
how much Love
flows through you.

You need not criticize 
the ego,
it is trying so hard
to work things out,
but a more natural 
state of receiving
is what true Flow 
is all about.

It is your ego 
that distrusts,
but this is not the Self
that knows,
tap into spirit,
your Higher Self,
flow with Grace
as your day unfolds!

One Breath

With intention,
sense vibration,
This is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
it takes a second,
a quiet moment,
switching your focus
from life’s thousand
things.

You need not dispel 
all of your thoughts,
but when your focus 
shifts to Here,
your attention aligns
with Love’s resonance,
ego’s noise is left 
elsewhere.

Your beautiful mind
has many purposes,
in life use it as 
you need,
but when you wish 
to return Home,
Here You Are,
one breath 
to Peace.

Always Home

And Here 
always
is Home.

You may feel there are 
too few moments
when you sense Peace,
a place of rest,
but This exists within,
throughout you – 
and Here 
always 
is Home.

It may be hard 
to sense This comfort,
the human mind is 
distracting, loud,
part the veil by
turning down 
the noise –
and Here 
always 
is Home.

You need not travel
a great distance
thinking you are 
not “good enough,”
you are precious,
perfect as your 
natural state,
Here always Home.

Believe in You,
in your soul’s
knowing,
question belief systems
you build,
receive, embrace
This simple Truth –
Here You Are
always
at Home!

Being Whole

Love is your infinite
superpower,
but do not save it 
for special times,
yes it centers you
to Peace,
Love helps to calm
the noisy mind.

Is not its greatest
power – You,
Love is here experiencing
what you are,
invite and integrate
with Love,
sense the Wholeness
of Who You Are.

Direct Love’s power 
to your human-ness
so Love may ripple
out,
your purpose is not 
to change the world,
but to Be Wholly
what Love is about!

The Strength of Trust

Allow pieces of the puzzle
to fall into place,
if a problem arises,
you will know what 
to do,
you cannot control 
all aspects of life,
but are you not supported
following Love’s cues?

Expectation may be 
a slippery slope,
does it not place you 
beyond This Now,
your Strength, 
your power unfolds
as you allow with ease
the unfoldment of how.

Listen to Trust as 
your co-pilot,
navigate each moment
without fear,
You have All you need
within
as the Whole of You
is centered,
able and clear!

Beyond Belief

The Truth you seek 
may be beyond belief,
but you are propelled 
upon this path,
deep within you 
is a knowing that 
lies beyond 
analysis or math.

You may wonder if 
you have the tools,
what else to try to 
get this problem solved,
You Are the answer,
your I Am presence 
is You remembering 
eternal Love.

Rejoice with signs that 
ripple through the veil,
but You exist on 
either side,
your soul is opening 
you as human,
say yes to This and 
enjoy the ride!
