these naturally flow
all through you,
a prayer of Gratitude
helps them rise,
so you may do what
there is to do.
Allow integration
of life and soul
to help you see
that you are complete,
perfection is not
the goal of Truth,
Oneness and Wholeness
is You, naturally.
May Gratitude lift
and strengthen you,
Be in Love’s flow and
see what Love brings,
sense your innate
Lightness of Be-ing,
This is the You

Life can be a
deep dive
as you loosen
layers that feel
so thick,
your Essence may
feel beneath this,
so you excavate
to find bliss.
My dear,
your Essence
is the One digging
right beside you
all the way,
what drives your
sense of remembrance,
your soul,
your Essence
Lights the way.
Yes, there is healing
at every turn,
but is not healing
when you forgive,
this is a personal endeavor
that allows you then
to fully live.
Dive down deep
when you feel
that now is the
time to do This dear,
and know
your Essence
rejoices always
as You now soar
beyond all fear!

that you can sense,
Be still and listen
as you breathe,
sometimes it is
so soft –
but its vibration
calls you to heed.
You as a vessel
are tuned to This,
even as life has
ups and downs,
you are a connector
in This cosmic web,
Love flows within you
and all around.
This Presence assures
you are not alone,
Be comforted and
pass this on,
All fellow Lights
know this melody,
your harmony is needed
to sing Love’s song!

loosen demands

what may come up,
Here is healing,
thank and release,
Here You Are –
sacred and holy,
in This Truth

around you,
in waking states or
when you sleep,
they help you raise
your vibration,
opening you to
All Possibility.
It is not Grace that
brings them closer,
though Grace flows
effortlessly through,
it is your belief and
set intention that
wakes up the
angelic realm in
you.
As All are part of
Love’s Vibration
and as you are not
a separate being,
This Presence of Angels
is within You,
flow now with Grace
on angel wings.
As you awaken to
This Knowing,
see other’s angels
by their sides,
All of you One are
blessed together,
touched by the glow
of angelic Light!
