Love’s Experience

Welcome allowance
and acceptance,
as you watch the day
unfold,
you experience this 
as human and also
as your infinite soul.

This can seem like 
differing angles,
but as you integrate 
you see,
your soul embraces 
the body’s senses
and you as human 
discern energy.

The more you flow 
as Love’s experience,
where does one end
and the other begin,
the same applies to 
so-called separation,
are You not integrated 
as One without end?

Be Love’s Experience
Here and Now,
as your body walks 
through this life,
know your experiences
are eternally expanding,
as infinite is your 
soul’s Light!

Your Soul Awareness

Ego makes up and 
tells you stories,
they go so deep
you believe them 
true,
from the level where
they occur,
you question and wonder
what is wrong with you.

Ego is a self-focused 
being,
it weaves its stories 
to make something fit,
your mind full of these
repeating patterns,
often finds ego’s stories 
hard to resist.

Changing at ego’s level
is hard,
but You Are more 
than human, dear,
let go of wishing to 
“fix” the problem,
move to your soul awareness 
always Here.

From This perspective
you may see heart 
hurting,
but You as soul are 
safe and secure,
Here You Are 
with infinite Love
that supports and mends –
and gently reassures.

This soul awareness is 
unconditional Love
that is Here with you
at any time,
breathe into This,
let go of that,
and in This Moment,
remember You, Divine!

 

This Peace

Return to your 
sense of Self,
you can come back 
Here anytime,
it may be a subtle
shift,
but you can tell 
there is a line.

This Place of Peace 
does not pretend
that there is no-thing 
going on,
the world, this life
unfolds each day,
but you as human 
are not alone.

See with the Eyes
of You complete,
and when you release 
what ego needs,
your natural compassion
pours from your heart,
You Are fully present,
shining so brightly.

Your soul perspective 
is not a withdrawal,
it is rooted in what 
is Real,
return to This,
dear precious One,
This Peace is You,
complete and healed!

All You Need

Do your best with 
life before you,
with your body,
mind and soul,
life brings many 
unanswered questions,
look for Truth –
what your soul knows.

You may not find what
you are looking for
in a world of 
this or that,
your journey is finding 
You in any moment,
no matter where you are
upon your path.

All you need is 
always with you,
Love is Home 
and so Are You,
from This sacred space
of Truth,
let Love weave through
All that you do!

Eternal Trust

Trust in the Love 
You Are.

An egoic world 
is always changing,
human behavior 
casts a wide net,
your foundation is 
not of this world – 
Trust in the Love 
You Are.

There may be others 
that push your buttons,
beliefs and patterns may
have placed them there,
to find safe haven 
when pain arises –
Trust in the Love 
You Are.

Allow your emotion to 
communicate to you,
with compassion hold 
your human hand,
surround your heart
so deeply tender –
and Trust in the Love
You Are.

There may not be a
course of action,
you may be weary of 
life’s juggling act,
let go of beliefs 
you wish to control –
dear one,
Trust in the Love 
You Are.

From This Perspective 
You Are Love’s answer,
with nothing to prove 
or to defend,
Here is Peace as 
tumult melts away –
You forever Trust 
in the Love You Are!

The Best of You

When deadlines come 
and time speeds up,
is not your mind
adding to it,
your mind creates 
many shoulds and 
do you not obey 
when mind does this.

As your soul’s perspective 
is beyond time,
might you return to 
this Place of Peace,
with pressure reduced 
are you now not able
to solve any issue with
greater ease.

You have the means 
to be expansive,
when you sense constriction,
return to breath,
releasing added layers
of belief allows you
to Be present with what
may come next. 

Be aware of worry 
that scans the future,
have Faith in You
knowing what to do,
now that your mind 
is free of clutter,
it aligns with soul –
Be-ing the best of You!

 

Empowered Peace

You have Strength
flowing through you,
Courage is innate
to your soul,
no matter what 
rises to greet you,
You Are empowered,
believe and know.

Your mind with ego 
may feel overwhelm,
be it inner turmoil 
or a world on edge,
may Peace arise from
your deepest awareness,
now go forth this day
being and doing your
best.

You cannot control 
all you wish to change,
but Be the change 
you wish to see,
from this Seat of Awareness
with Strength and Courage,
Be compassion,
Be Love,
Be a Beacon of Peace.

Inspired

When inspiration flows 
through you,
you may wonder what 
is the source,
the whole of you
brings all you know,
but is there not also
a creative Force.

Love’s frequency
with its vibration,
is infinite and 
always Here,
the so-called veil 
is very porous,
might you connect with
others drawing near.

This might be angels,
guides or loved ones,
it matters not the who 
or why,
when you express what 
flows through you,
do you not honor 
infinite Life.

Be an instrument 
of expression,
Love finds a way to 
add its notes,
in this co-creative 
process,
be in awe of Love’s 
ease and flow!

With Ease

Let Love ease you 
into Peace.

Ego does not like 
too easy,
struggle, drama
are its friends,
might you release 
what you hold onto –
let Love ease you
into Peace.

Ego’s reward is 
your attention,
yes it is hard 
to look away,
see with your Eyes
that have no limits –
let Love ease you
into Peace.

Do not try to change
ego’s mind,
simply shift to 
Who You Are,
now the struggle 
disappears as 
You Are Love
blending to Peace.

Feel the Love now
wholly filling you
as you have room 
to breathe,
You Are This,
sharing the ripples 
of Love’s ease,
through Grace,
as Peace.

A Sweet Release

When you feel spread out
and scattered,
draw in breath,
your sweet release,
work with what 
comes in before you,
clearing mental clutter 
to return to Peace.

Be you as your 
wholeness,
connected to realms
you cannot see,
All of This vibrates
inside you,
in This Flow is 
Grace and ease.

Life is often not
so easy,
but allow your soul 
to navigate with you,
with intention,
may you, your Team –
Be in wonder this 
whole day through!
