You are a team,
your body and spirit,
you cannot be
anything but –
yes, sometimes
this feels out of
balance,
when the body reacts
to this
or that,
but your Higher Self
has not left you,
as you look to
get back on
firmer ground,
where do you think
clarity of mind
comes from,
when you need
help, assistance,
guidance, calm –
are you not part
of a Team
of guides,
of angels,
of Divine Source
where you came from?

Situations and experiences
in this world
can cause a reaction
of doubt,
of worry –
but are not the times
when you struggle
also times when you see
that help is here?

Can you check in
with your inner Voice,
the one that knows
All Is Well,
can you turn up
the Voice of Love,
when you really
need to hear
that you are not alone,
we are close
and we are near,
you are surrounded
by loved ones,
angels,
guides,
yes, your Source of Love
is always Here.

Here Is Love.
Always Near.
Always Loved
You Are.

Together,
Always,
Love.

In the human world,
you search,
you seek,
you find the answers
to your questions –
it is a very active role,
but as you are spirit, too,
as your soul,
your Higher Self,
has information
you wish to hear,
is there not a receptive space
that you can access
to receive?

And sitting in the silence
is the perfect place
to start,
but is there not access,
is there not possibility
in any moment everyday?

When you are open
to receiving,
do not puzzle pieces
fall into place –
the right person
that you talk to,
a thought that
“pops” into your head,
a book you dust off
finally to open –
are there not infinite ways
to help you
find direction,
open doors
that you thought
might be closed –
when you let go
into the flow,
tapping into
your own soul?

Do you not “know” it
when you feel it,
when inspiration comes
and feels so close –
like a thread
loose before you,
if you pull
what might come next?
There is delicious
anticipation,
you may not know
yet where it leads –
but can you be patient
in the knowing
that throughout it all –
All Is Well?

There is a balance
being human,
being Spirit,
both at once –
the human side
has been the driver,
following a human map –
can you let go
of the wheel
and trust Spirit
to take the lead,
letting you take in
the scenery,
with gleeful anticipation
at what may happen next –
can you share
the journey
on this Road Trip
you call life –
can you settle back
and let Spirit
be the driver
for awhile?

Let Go.
Step back.
Look around,
what do you see –
able to take in
what once was
moving too fast
to see?

When you are focused
on the destination,
do you not miss
stops along the way?
