A Point of Light

A Point of Light.

Are there not times
from your perspective,
that you may see
your Point of Light
as separate,
an individual
beam of Light,
shining out –
searching to find
even more Light?

But is not a
Point of Light,
just that
and so much more,
can you think of
this point
as not an edge
or distant place,
but as one pixel
in the biggest
and brightest
pixelated image,
that can illuminate
any screen
that it shines upon –
are you not part
of All Light,
as you shine so bright
your Point of Light?

Can you shift your focus
from the point at
which you shine –
and follow your way
back up to the
Source of Light –
can you understand
that you are both
the focused point
and the Light
of All That Is?

Is there not Peace
in this knowing,
even as you shine
your Point of Light,
that you may not see
all of this Illumination
with your human eyes,
but as a Point of Light
in the Light of
All That Is –
how can you not
do anything but shine
so bright?

You Are the Point
of All Light
that shines.
One Love.
One Light.
Shining Bright.

Together

Work together.

And in that phrase,
is there not an element
of seeing two sides,
an awareness of
your seemingly separate
nature,
needing to work,
to combine,
to bring together,
to integrate,
at times, yes –
does it not feel
like work?

Play together.

And do you not
feel the difference,
turning work into play,
are there not less rules,
an openness,
that fills your heart
with Joy –
could you not lose
yourself
in the possibility
of play?

Be together.

And could you not
erase the word “together”,
as when you can Be –
two sides that now
are One,
be it working,
playing,
be-ing –
do you not feel
in the Flow,
do you see
there is no need
to fight yourself,
when you are on
the same team?

Can you find the
sweet spot,
when work and play
are the same,
is this not
Be-ing together,
feeling Whole,
delighting in the
Oneness,
it does not need
to be a goal,
can you not help
but Be together
when all parts of You
are Love,
sharing the Magic
that you are made of?

Be One.
Be Love in
All You Are.
All together
in your
Oneness.
Whole.
Complete.
Together as Love.

Being Cohesive

Be cohesive.

Much like the yin-yang symbol
represents,
side by side –
does not the human side
of you
fit like a hand in glove,
One with spirit
as you are here,
there is no need to
separate
the human you
from the One who
breathes life into
you,
are you not in
this world
together –
Be cohesive.

There is no need
to disengage,
even as you judge
your human side,
is not your spirit,
your very soul
showing you that
you are loved so –
is it not part of the plan,
to see your Light shine
again and again,
as you work together,
as All of You expands –
Be cohesive.

Does not your soul sign up
for this,
for the growth,
to know yourself –
on your journey
can you not see,
You Are Love
for Eternity –
even as you may question
this at times,
are you not given
many opportunities,
to see that Love
shines through it all,
do you not team up
with Love,
you work as One,
you cannot be separate –
Be cohesive.

Might you receive
this unconditional Love,
that walks with you
every step you take,
you cannot run from,
you cannot shake
the Love and Light,
the “you” it makes –
as You Are Love
do you now see,
together always you
will be,
you cannot be separate
from the Love that breathes
life into you
so you may believe –
You Are Love
and so very Loved?

You shine with
One Light,
One Love.
Together.
Cohesive.
Always.
Forever.
Together –
As Love.

Integrate With Love

Integrate.

Is this not a process
much like cooking,
where you mix ingredients
together,
to make something
to behold,
do you not take in
information,
experiences that get
added,
do these not simmer
together,
body, mind
and soul –
it may be the outcome
you focus on,
but is it not what you
create inside –
integrate.

Might you be surprised
at your creation,
might it be something
new,
the recipe that you started
with
may have changed
and so have you,
if you put in quality
ingredients,
when you have Faith
are you not willing
to try,
to add some new ingredients
you would have not tried
before –
integrate.

And if your recipe needs
tweaking,
can you not add something new,
can you have fun in the
exploration
of what feels right for you,
when you begin with a
base of Love,
wishing to serve your
very best,
can you not combine these
together
and let Love do the rest –
integrate.

There is a time for
mixing,
there is a time to
let it be –
let Love permeate
all that you do
or what you wish
to be.
With Love as your
main ingredient,
there is no right
or wrong.
Soak up Love.
Play with Love.
Love knows where
it belongs.

Integrate all aspects
of you –
for are you not made
from Love?
Behold this beautiful
creation!
Love Is You
and You Are Love.

Be With Love

Find your breath.
Be with it now.
Your mind loves chasing
after stories,
creating new scenes
to try on for size,
but as you center
in the quiet,
leaving behind all of
the noise,
there is rhythm
in the breathing,
there is simplicity
in only this.
Be with you now.

Sense your heart.
Be with it now.
It can race when
it feels excitement,
it can feel pain
when sadness comes,
it is a barometer
of your emotions,
but does it not beat
like a steady drum,
sending out the perfect
vibration,
connecting you from
Here to There,
there is magic in
your heartbeat.
Be with you now.

When you wish to strip away
the drama,
when you wish to simplify
you,
can you not tune into
what breathes you,
what does your heart remind
you to do,
is it not Love that
is always present,
that carries on when breath
is done,
does Love not eternally pump
through You,
as you beat with the heart
of One,
are you not always surrounded
with Love –
Be with Love now.

There You Are.
Be with You.
Always Love,
so very Loved.
Be with Love now.

Love Finds a Way

Love finds a way.

When you are unsure
of where you are going,
how to proceed,
or what to do,
do you not end up
Where You Are –
Love finds a way.

You may drag your feet
when walking,
as you look for what
lights up your path,
does the Light
not always find you –
Love finds a way.

With expectations and outcomes,
do you not forge ahead thinking
you know,
but if you get lost
and need support,
can you not sense
the gentle guidance –
Love finds a way.

You have questions
that may go unanswered
when unfolding
what is inside,
can you hold close
your belief in Love
and know that
Love finds a way.

Do not magical things happen,
when you loosen your grip
to find,
you need not know
all of the answers,
you need not always
use your mind,
can you open up
your heart,
and as you believe
You Are Love, too,
then may you
Trust,
Allow
and Know –
that Love finds a way.

You always walk with Love,
You Are Love
and Love Is You.
When it is hard to see,
turn up your Light
and Know,
Love Is Everywhere
you are –
let Love show
you the way.

In the Sea of Possibility
does not each drop
of water,
carry the potential
of it to be
a drop,
or a puddle,
might it Be the entire sea –
can it not be
part of each of these
whilst being a single drop,
are there not infinite
possibilities,
when the water
doesn’t stop?

Where does a drop end,
where does the sea begin,
evaporation, rain
are part of this flow,
the water in the rivers,
in the lakes,
in the streams –
do not toward the ocean
they all know to go,
is it not hard
to separate water,
you can – but still you know,
it is a temporary endeavor,
all water is part
of water’s flow.

As you are made up
of water,
as you are powered
by Light,
are you not a Drop of Love
from a Source that is
so bright,
is there not a Sea of Love
that you cannot separate
from,
you may experience
what you see here,
but are you not also there,
like a single drop of water,
you may think you
do not belong,
but as You Are Love
you are always, always
Home.

As part of the Sea of Consciousness,
you are infinite,
you are free.
As a Drop of Love
may you spread,
expand
and Be All
You can Be.

Limitless You
swimming in the
Sea of Love.

Guiding Love

Is not walking down
a mountain,
often easier than
climbing up,
when you are
at the base,
at the bottom,
is it sometimes hard
to see the top,
might your view be
obscured
by rocks and boulders
in your way,
is it not sometimes
hard to navigate,
do you not work
to find a way?

But if you are on top
of the mountain,
looking out at all
to see,
from this perspective,
can you not determine
which route you can
take with ease,
is there less effort
when not working
so hard,
as in scrambling to the top,
might you stay
and enjoy this perspective,
once you arrive
and finally stop?

As you are above
can you not still see
below,
do not both vantage points
you see,
from the top,
is it not easier
to see all that
you can Be,
from the bottom looking up,
the view may be clouded
and hard to find,
but from atop
your highest perspective,
can you not see All
perfectly fine?

Can you imagine
the top of a mountain,
when you need space
to see a different view,
do you not change your
perspective,
when you zoom out
to take a look at you,
from this vantage point
might you see
a better route for you
to take,
can you help the one
that is climbing,
helping out with
the next move
you may make?

You need not work
so hard,
can you find a way
to move with ease?
Can you follow the path
within your heart,
is this not the one
with the expansive view?
Can you not see
oh so clearly,
when you see with the
Eyes of You –
from the top of the
mountain,
as you look out from above –
do you not recognize
the beauty,
the Magnificence of Love?

As above,
so below.
You Are All
that you wish to see.
Let Love be your Guide.
Trust,
allow
and Believe.

Believe To Know

Believe to Know.

And yes, could you
not turn that around,
to make it then –
Know to Believe?

If knowing is where
your soul hangs out,
is belief not when
your human side says,
“let’s go there!’
“Let’s take the plunge,” and
“let’s take the leap!”
Is not belief
the willingness,
to entertain possibilities
that just might happen,
can you not visualize
your soul
extending a hand,
rejoicing when
you step through belief,
to the space where you
finally Know?

And does not belief
continue to expand,
as the knowingness
within you
gently prods you here
or pushes you there,
is this not where
the learning is –
this exchange between
knowing and belief,
are they not like
the “chicken and the egg”,
when all are part of a circle,
a widening sphere,
do you not then realize
you are All the spaces
from here to there –
can you see how your
belief leads you to
what you already know?

Do you not feel
the lift,
does not your soul
rejoice,
when you believe,
when you understand,
is it not Trust
that is the bridge
to Knowing,
with belief do you not
wish to go There,
and then Know
You Are
already Here?

Trust, Believe and Know,
You Are All
that you seek.
Believe to Know
and Know to Believe.

And what is there
to know?
Love Is All
there is.
You Are That.
You Are Love.

A Gift of Time

The gift of time.

Is time not a construct
that at times
seems to impose
a false sense
of purpose,
“did you make it
in time,”
“was there time left,”
“do you have enough
time?”

And what would
having enough time
give to you,
what would you do
differently,
than you normally would –
does not the gift of time
take you to the present,
to the now,
if time stretched out
before you,
do you not begin
to think how
you could fill time,
you could pass time,
but what is here
right now –
is not Now
the perfect time
to Be you
right now?

Is not time
tied in to many
of the beliefs
that you have,
you can go back
to the past,
and re-live moments
in time,
you may worry
about a future
that you know time
will bring,
but what is real,
is that not now,
in this moment
that transcends time –
is not the gift
that time can give you
is when there is
no time?

When you let go of
what time it is,
is that not when
you are in the flow,
when you lose
track of time,
is this not when
you sometimes know –
you are not linear,
with a beginning,
with what you think
might be an end,
as you are an
eternal Be-ing,
you do not need time
to tell you when –
for every moment
at all times,
You Are always,
always Love.

The gift of time
is in this moment,
in the presence
of You.
You Are the present.
You Are the Gift.
You Are Love
and Love Is You.
