Breath by breath,
step by step,
walk with Love
upon your path,
you need not know
the destination
to know Love is
Here where you
are at.
Know the angels
gather ’round you
even as life can be
so hard,
may you rise up
from the ashes,
empowered with
the Truth of
Who You Are.
Your centering Strength
and your foundation
are as deep as the
ocean blue,
merge with This as
Love’s drop of water,
All of Love flows
forever in You!

With open heart
let Love assist,
as you rise to
help yourself,
ego’s fear loves
to paralyze,
may Strength and Courage
nudge you forward
as well.
You need not know
all of the answers
to keep on walking
upon your path,
what is your intention,
what is your drive,
it dwells within even
as life pushes back.
May Love’s spark in you
ignite,
so you may sense what
is forever True,
take Love’s hand
in the face of fear,
Love believes in the
Strength and Truth
of You!

Life can get heavy,
is it not a chaotic
swirl of humanity
that is searching
hard,
in a world of duality,
it is easy to forget
Who You All Are.
From the perspective
of the ego,
survival is the
bottom line,
rise above to
You as Soul –
Here is where you
expand and thrive.
Welcome ego to
share its fears,
these have been with you
since your youth,
now with awareness
of You expanded,
your soul as Love
can comfort and soothe.
You need not solve
all the world’s problems,
center and anchor with
This Truth –
as you honor and
release your fears,
Love’s Light illuminates
the Whole of You!

As gentle breezes
kiss new blooms,
as trees with green
come back to life,
your Gratitude joins
in this blessing,
and Here –
there is Love.
On days when
you have needs
that feel like clouds
that block and dim
the sun,
remember Light
is forever present,
and Here –
there is Love.
Be like the bulbs
and roots that know
the sun shines
ever-bright,
no matter the season
you are in,
always dear one –
Here is Love.

Flow with change
it is ever-present,
you need not fight it
to be safe,
you can shape it,
mold it as you listen
to what it has
to say.
Does not possibility ride upon
the winds of change,
it’s true –
ego prefers a path
less different,
but growth will lovingly
beckon you.
Invite you and your
ego to flex your
spiritual muscles,
dear,
say yes to new
experiences,
your adventurous soul
awaits you Here!

Human struggles
make you notice,
some of these are
hard to miss,
pay attention to
your balance,
you ask how to
return to This.
What within is
crying out,
this is not a
punishment,
all the separated
parts of you want
to Be Whole
again.
It requires not
wishful thinking,
do not emotions
hold the key,
when despair dims
your Light,
remember beloved,
your Home and
breathe.
Connect with You,
your soul,
your touchstone,
let Love nurture
your tender self,
wrap you child with
full compassion,
sense in your soul
that All is Well.
Listen to your
emotions,
give them what
it is they need –
to be seen and heard
and cherished,
yes Love is Here,
trust and believe!

Seeing with new eyes
awakened,
fills a longing you
once held,
now you See with
your whole Vision,
a remembrance that
All is Well.
Here is Love
you thought was
missing,
pieces of the puzzle
now seem to fit,
Here no analysis
is needed,
simply that
You Are All
of This.
Take your seat
at Love’s Table,
angels, guides,
loved ones
are Here,
your Soul rejoices
as you remember –
You Are so Loved
and cherished dear!

During times of change
or transition,
you may wish for feet
on firmer ground,
my dear,
your roots are firmly
planted,
your branches extend
beyond the sun.
The human mind craves
familiar patterns,
it likes routine to
feel more secure,
your true foundation
is much more stable,
Love is always Here
to reassure.
Embrace these times
to keep returning
to your True Self that
does not change,
your experiences here
create new growth,
but your Essence of Love
remains the same.
Nurture your self with
true compassion,
mix in some laughter
as you now See,
what may come up
for you as human
is a Path to Peace
as you choose to Be!

this would take up
all of your time,
Love and support is
what it needs
and know you can choose
from which perspective
to see.
Yes there is another
You that is Here,
This One is connected,
to All and near,
ego may think that
it will be lost,
but You integrated
connects all of
the dots.
Ego will take all of
your energy dear,
place your Faith and Trust
on This You,
right Here,
Be lifted by Love’s
eternal flow,
it is Here always,
This is You,
your soul!
