Be Love’s Strength,
Be amazed,
may This open doors
for you,
as you expand beyond
your thinking,
is Love not Here 
flowing through?

Things may look different 
with fresh new eyes,
resist the urge to 
plan it all,
each day, each moment 
is a new slate
to fill in experiencing 
Love’s call.

You Are how Love 
is experiential,
so many different paths
to choose,
do not worry about 
the destination,
focus on walking
in Love’s shoes.

Do not think you are
a puppet,
you as human join
with your soul,
integration is where 
the magic is,
what might you 
now behold?

Life is not meant to 
be easy,
but simple Truth 
surely is,
Be Love’s Strength,
Be amazed,
what might You
as Love do 
with This?

Here I Am

Here I Am.

And from This Truth 
your power flows,
helping you to 
rise again.

No matter what life 
throws at you,
behold your Strength 
and your resolve,
as you look for 
a clearer path,
stoke up your Light 
when darkness falls.

You may sense the friction
of “us or them,”
this is how life 
unfolds,
and beyond the notion 
of right or wrong
is your Truth –
asking You 
to Be bold.

This is not a call 
to bury your head,
this is a call 
to lead with 
your Heart,
stand up for what 
you believe in,
sense where energy 
is ready to soar.

Dive into 
Here I Am,
with new resolve 
see where This 
takes you love,
free of the chains 
that life uses to 
tie you down,
Here is your purpose 
you have been dreaming
of!

What Love Knows

Sense your Strength 
in grounded-ness,
your roots cannot
be torn away,
Love flows deeper
than the oceans,
always with you,
Love is Here 
to stay.

No matter the tumult
that earth can conjure,
find your way always 
back Home,
You as Awareness 
are always connected,
accompanying you 
wherever you may 
roam.

All souls Are 
This Strength 
and Courage,
even as life deals 
a major blow,
the Love that opens 
up all hearts,
brings resiliency as
Love and Faith flow.

Stand tall in your
present Be-ing,
even as there are things
beyond your control,
Be rooted, grounded 
in any experience,
Be Compassion –
Be what Love knows.

Fresh and New

Dive with Love down
into your heart,
let emotion wash
over you,
Love cleanses you
and clears things out,
reminding You are
fresh and new.

Stand with Love
be you vulnerable,
feel your Strength
lifting you back up,
Love arises and
sees you there,
reminding you –
You Are enough.

Fly with Love
You Are infinite,
this fearless You
was Here all along,
Love nudges you to
spread your wings,
reminding Here is
where You belong!

Deeply Rooted

Be flexible,
may you bend
not break,
be like tree
that withstands
the wind,
sometimes life
leaves you uprooted,
your roots are ready
to grow again.

The earth is always
changing, shifting,
but You as Soul
are connected Here,
your roots are deeper
than the earth,
your branches expand
beyond the stars
my dear.

May Love’s Peace
lift you up always,
may you know
you are on sturdy
ground,
follow your heart,
your intuition,
Love is Everywhere
and all around!

today.

Little miracles
and big ones too,
need not be an
answer asked
by you,
Be open and
look for the
amazing,
today.

A comet in sky
can set the tone,
what may delight you
in your home,
with your soul eyes
look for the
amazing,
today.

Set aside your ego
with its plans,
flow as an ocean
moving sand,
as a conduit
for spirit –
look for the
amazing,
today.

In troubled times
help smooth a
path,
celebrate all angels
in any aftermath,
look and rejoice
in the amazing
Love today!

To Peace

When you wish 
to realign,
return to center 
with your breath,
You as Awareness 
are infinite,
remember This 
when you forget.

In life,
the body reacts –
what shall I do
what happens next,
return to Presence,
the Here and now,
listen to your soul,
give mind a rest.

You are not a 
separate being,
Your Be-ingness is
Whole, complete,
when life’s experiences 
seem chaotic,
return to Presence,
your breath,
to Peace.
