Realign when Peace 
is needed
to bring some balance 
to the upside-down,
you may not find peace 
in the world,
but You Are the Love 
that makes it go ’round.

The ego expresses itself 
as behavior,
reactions are a part 
of human-ness,
shift to your soul 
perspective to find Peace
and see Love’s Light
that forever exists.

As human you will 
judge bad behavior,
but You as Soul hear 
a common cry,
might you share Light 
with another as the 
All of You in this
challenging life.

You need not be silent 
when earth’s laws 
are broken,
share your voice on
what you believe,
and as a Light that 
shines for Love
include All brothers 
and sisters in need!

Your Shimmering Light

The barrage of life 
can sometimes feel 
like a torrential 
pouring rain,
you seek shelter,
you prepare for 
the worst,
hoping to be 
safe again.

And as the skies 
clear once again,
does not nature teach
you how to grow,
storms are not meant 
to last forever – 
might you now see 
how nature glows.

Be the Light that 
shimmers against 
blue sky,
Be the first flower
of spring,
Be the hope of a
new day dawning,
Be the Whole of 
Everything.

Be the one looking 
for the rainbow,
Be all colors that 
shimmer in the sun,
Be Love rising up 
through any storm,
You Are All of This
as One!

Humankind

Sense the power of
hearts awakening,
as compassion and 
kindness rise,
humankind maybe once 
invisible,
now wish to see with 
their own eyes.

Is not comfort found
hand in hand or 
in the arms of Love
shared in Truth,
you may not agree 
completely with another,
but compassion builds 
a bridge anew.

The purpose is not 
to change a fractured
world,
but to connect with your
own tender heart,
find your own Source of
kindness and compassion,
Here you remember wholly
Who You Are.

Your experience in life 
may be unique,
but All respond to 
tender loving care,
rise up Lights – 
this is your moment,
shower compassion and
kindness Everywhere!

help you find the
tender spots within
your self.

Trust and know 
that Love knows
where to go –
in This allowance 
is All help.

What cries for Love 
in you is the
same battle cry 
humanity shares.

May your prayer 
be one of hope – 
for All to feel
Love with tender 
care.

As an individual 
yes do go deep 
to heal yourself 
within. 

But you are part of
a Collective healing
that invites you 
to Love with 
no end.

The Love you share 
with another flows 
from and returns to 
you.

As you learn to 
cherish your self,
why not share This 
with the One of You!

Then You Rise

In life you have weathered
many storms,
ancestors before you 
did too,
putting one foot in
front of the other
has brought this
moment Here 
before You.

Your DNA flows 
with them all,
your heart connections
never end,
you hunker down when 
storms emerge,
but then you rise 
to begin again.

Be resurrected in 
each moment,
create with the brush 
of journeys past,
stand on the solid footing
of your soul,
instead of sand that 
is not meant to 
last.

Draw Strength from 
All Be-ings that 
surround you now,
with Courage do what
you can,
Be This Love when 
storms of life pour
down,
reach out – 
Love always takes
your hand!

Clearing Paths

Clear the air,
Love is a filter,
use it to see with 
clearer eyes,
the world gets cluttered
with egoic stories that 
cover up and cloud 
the skies.

But you know the 
sun is ever-present 
even when the 
sky is gray,
You Are illumination –
might you turn up
your Light today.

There are times 
when you wish to
hide your head
from this chaotic life,
but remember you
are not helpless,
does not the world
so need your Light.

If trusted foundations
crumble,
find your footing 
in This Love,
so many wish for this –
Be a Beacon of Light,
reflecting stars above.

Humanity is a collective,
often searching
for the Truth,
you were born 
for this time,
All Light from stars 
and sun Are You.

Be the ever-present sun
when clouds and fog 
make it hard to see,
hold the hands of your
sisters and brothers – 
charting new paths 
for humanity!

Creating Ripples

You throw a line out 
when you’re fishing,
might you do the 
same with you,
toss your self out 
in a lake of possibility
and see what comes 
through.

You are seated in 
your Peace,
your soul is still as 
water calm,
may the ripples that
you create surround 
another as healing 
balm.

Believe and know 
This You that walks
a path unique though 
not alone,
with the support of 
unseen helpers,
cast ripples out 
from the Peace 
of Home!

A Steady Return

return to Love.

When the best-laid plans 
begin to crumble
and you have used 
all of your tools,
Here is one tool,
everlasting – 
answer the call,
return to Love.

When trusted routines 
are not helping,
seeing with new eyes 
is a first step,
what is asking for 
some attention – 
answer the call,
return to Love.

Navigating change will 
always be a part 
of life that can 
rock the boat,
keep your eyes on 
the steady horizon – 
answer the call,
return to Love.

You need not give up 
what you believe in,
but use your Strength 
and not your fear,
may Love be the rudder 
keeping you steady,
as you answer the call – 
This You as Love.

Tiny Simple Hope

Find Love’s beauty 
in the tiny, simple 
things throughout 
the day,
this helps to Be in 
Love’s new moment,
finding respite from 
life’s fray.

Take this moment 
to realign,
recharge and reclaim 
Who You Are,
if you feel that 
you lack power,
remember you are Light 
from a million stars.

Be present this day 
with beams of sun 
that tease of hints
of spring,
do you not sense 
this hope as you 
emerge from winter
with the promise
of green.

Listen to another,
share a warming cup
and know you are 
not alone,
yes life is a lot 
to handle,
but beloved child
Here is always

Love is Here.

No matter the situation 
and there are many 
in this world,
when you wish to 
throw up hands,
remember dear one,
Love is Here.

This is not a call
to hide your head,
though respite is needed 
at times in life,
may you be lifted 
with eternal energy –
as always,
Love is Here.

Your greatest tools 
are breath and heart,
as well as your Knowing
that always Is,
regroup, realign
knowing everywhere 
you walk – 
with You dear,
Love is Here.
