when Joy arrives

Yes, Joy is Me
and Joy is You,
let Joy lift you up
to see what you
can do,
always supported
and never alone,
does Joy not remind you
you are safe
and You Are Home?

May Joy celebrate
your child within,
All Children of Love
remind you of the
Love within,
soar high,
dance with the
clouds above,
are you not dancing
with All who you Love?

Let Love’s magic
add sparkle
to your life,
your heart beats
as One with
this shimmering,
shining Light.

Remember Joy,
remember Love,
remember You –
dance with the clouds,
let rainbow’s Light
light up the Joy
in You.

of pure Be-ing
that You Are
right now,
where burdens,
doubt or worry
get filtered out,
somehow.

You may get glimpses
or spend more time,
in this peaceful
Place of Ease,
this is Who You Are,
these moments of Joy
that set you free.

Yes, You Are Glorious,
a pure Be-ing of Love
through and through,
when you share this Love
with others,
do they not notice,
they are, too?

Might you let the
magic happen,
as this real You
shows up to play,
is it not easier
in this life,
when you let Love
show you the way?

You Are Love,
You Are Glorious,
You Are Peace,
embrace this Truth –
be aware of the
Power of Joy,
as you dance with
the Joy in You.

In the quiet,
in the pause,
in between the
spaces of your
life,
you remember,
there is knowing,
is it not Here
that You Are Joy?

It may be morning
when day is breaking,
it may be night
as you close your eyes,
in any moment,
with intention,
might you pause
to go inside?

All That You Are
is in-between,
as well as in every
breath you take,
ask to see it,
feel it,
Be it,
who are you asking,
you may say?

This is You,
this is Me,
the Source of
All of You
inside,
this moment
of Joy,
of Love,
of Peace,
within You is
where I reside.

A Holy moment,
is Who You Are,
in this peaceful pause
and eternally,
You Are This moment
of loving Grace,
a creation of Love,
with your soul flying free!

Stepping Out

Step outside your
comfort zone,
is that not stepping
outside your mind –
you may be used
to what contains you,
but might you be open
to move the lines?

Let Joy be your
director,
allow yourself to be
nudged or pushed,
fear or worry may
remind you,
you are bumping up
against what you
resist.

Flex your spiritual
muscles,
know that growth
helps you to see,
when you move beyond
perceived limitations,
outside of your box,
are you not set free?

Let Love remind you
of your Strength,
and with Gratitude
for the Whole of You,
continually meet your
Limitless Soul,
who loves to play
and dance
with you!

Like winds of change
or jet-stream clearing,
do you not constantly
shift within,
it may be subtle,
or be life-changing,
does Love not nudge you
to begin again.

Do you not gain perspective,
clearing out what
no longer serves,
when in service to Love,
does not understanding
always return?

There is calm after
a storm,
there is Peace
when you go within,
when you surrender
with Love,
is that not when Joy
comes rushing in?

With Gratitude and
Humility,
does not your heart
gently show you how,
to dance, to sing
with Love,
Be this Love Song
that sings with you
now.

Be the Shift of Love,
let it be the wind
beneath your wings,
believe in your
Love Song,
you are every note
that Love so sweetly
sings.

come Home,
Love Is always
with you
Here,
when the external
is distracting,
is your Center of Love
not always near?

When you are swept up
in past musings,
if your attention
has moved away –
return,
come Home,
what does Love
have to say?

Let Source,
God,
Divine,
continue to lead you
on your way,
You Are this
Light of Love,
and does not Joy
wish to play?

Find All that
lights you up,
in this flow
is it not clear,
Be at Home
with You now,
You Are Loved
and oh so dear.

Return,
come Home,
Love is Always
with you now,
You Are Peace,
You Are Joy,
trust,
believe
and allow.

Relax into Love,
let It enfold you
in its arms,
this may be a familiar
feeling,
when you have felt this
healing balm,
there are myriad ways
to sense this,
it may come from
around you,
but may you begin,
to relax into Love –
inside out
instead of
outside in.

Lean into Love
and see how it
begins with you,
there may be a wall
or two
that you realize
you need no longer
do,
does not unfolding
of barriers present,
help you see what
has been Here
all along,
relax into Love
and feel your Joy
with Strength
and Calm.

Relax into Love,
let it enfold you
in its arms,
Be Here with Love,
Be present –
You Are One
with this
healing balm.

Be grateful
for every opportunity
that comes to you
so you may see,
when fear arises
do you not have tools
to move beyond it
fearlessly?

With Humility,
might you serve
beyond yourself
for the greater good,
with Joy do you not
realize,
the Love you give
is what you are
served?

There are cycles
that keep spiraling,
letting you experience
it all,
you can create a
different outcome
when you choose
a different route
to walk.

With Gratitude
in your heart,
embracing what shows
up for you each day,
Gratitude,
Humility and
Joy
will always show
you a loving way.

Have Faith that Love
is always with you,
with Grace
does not Love show
you the way,
you have all the answers
you are seeking,
you have all the Strength
within you always.

Start from scratch,
clean the slate,
what do you wish
to create today?

There may be discomfort
to start anew,
but does it not
open up
all possibilities
to You?

Are you not innately
a creative Be-ing,
able to create,
adapt, adjust
to most anything?

You may dismantle
so that you may see,
how all parts fit together,
perfectly.

But as the Whole,
can you now let go,
of what you think
may be saying “no”?

Let Love and Joy
build the power within
so you may see the
Strength
that you have always
believed in.

You may have used
Strength
to get beyond your
fears,
as Strength is your
birthright,
you have felt it through
your tears.

Strength, Love
and Joy
are always with you,
dear,
trust in You,
does not a path
always appear?

Walk with Love
on every journey
that you take,
you are held with
Love,
in every moment
you create.

What if,
you are,
enough?

Yes, there is always
evolution,
creation,
opening doors,
in the linear,
there is perception
of where you have
been
and where you are –
there may be angst
not knowing the
future,
but we are here
to tell you now –
now in this
very present,
You Are Love,
you are enough.

You may have thoughts
about “enough-ness”,
you may question
as you compare,
you may not believe
that in this moment,
you have all
that you truly
“need”,
might you look
at exploration,
at experiences
that help you grow,
as not a judgment on
where you are,
that you are lacking
or do not know.

What if
You Are,
All You Are?

Might you embrace
your inner knowing,
that All of Love
resides in you,
you may need
to hug your
inner child,
to remind this
little one,
You Are Love, too,
yes, keep evolving,
keep creating,
continue finding out
what brings you Joy,
but always remember
that Joy Is You,
and never something
that you must “do”.

You Are All,
know this
to be True –
embrace this Love
as
All Love Is You.
