Are Love and Joy
not joined together,
are they not hard to
tell apart,
does one not compliment
the other,
does one not join in
when the other
starts?
You may sometimes
feel not as joyful,
in your human,
earthly suit,
but when you connect
to Who You Are,
does Joy not wish
you to play with
You?
A State of Joy
need not be dependent
upon what you perceive
as good or great,
is Joy not within your
Truth of Be-ing,
residing in your natural,
loving state?
When you realize Joy
is not dependent,
upon external forces
that may be hard
to see,
are you not tickled,
are you not joyful,
that Joy is with You
for eternity?
You may feel Joy
around your passion,
might you explore
how Joy gives you
a lift –
there is no end
to Love and Joy,
as they play together,
You Are All
of This!

When you wish to
find Truth,
that is not
colored by
beliefs,
when you wish
to see the Light –
align with Love.
When fear or doubt
try to hide,
the spark that
builds within,
inside,
how can you
not shine
your Light –
when you
align with Love?
Make it a mantra,
a choice you make,
in any moment
on any day,
does not each moment
shine brighter
when you say –
I Am
and
I align with Love.
Is there not Joy,
is there not
Peace,
do you not feel
you have been
set free,
be free to Be
Who You Are,
truly –
You Are Here
as you
align with Love!

When a child runs with Joy
to a playground,
are there not
many ways to
play,
the child may be drawn to
swings,
or slides or climbing,
some things may
be new on
any particular day.
Might the child
try them all,
some may come
naturally,
some need more
time,
but in the state
of play and Joy,
is not practice
something you
don’t mind?
Might you view life
sometimes like a
playground,
are you not drawn
to try things out,
might you bring
your playful energy
to stretch beyond
what you typically
are about.
When you play
with something new,
is it not the experience
that you seek,
might you let go of
certain outcomes
and let your child within
have a peek.
With Joy might
you let go
and with Love
to guide your way,
what new things
in this life’s playground,
might you be willing
to try today?
Let Joy show what
delights you,
let Love light the way,
let your playful energy
draw you to
what you wish to
play today!

Listen to the music
that plays within
your heart,
when the chords
combine together,
when the harmonizing
starts,
the tune itself
does not matter,
it is the feeling
that you get,
it is Love that
sings a song,
that lifts you up
through All of
This.
Sense the rhythm
of the beat,
that only you may
sometimes hear,
you may move to
the beat of a different
drummer,
is not each experience
unique Here –
but when the notes
all run together,
is there not
One Song
that rises up,
is it not Love
that makes the music,
that brings you
together,
that lifts you up?
Listen to the music,
that makes you
dance,
that makes you
smile,
life beats a steady
rhythm,
though you may skip a beat
once in awhile,
but Love’s music
plays for you,
at all times,
in many ways,
why don’t you
sing or dance
along,
to the Song
that Love plays?
Listen to the music
that plays within
your heart,
let Love lift you,
shine your Light,
sing your song
as the Love
You Are!

Soak up the Love,
make every moment
count,
what you give
do you not
receive,
is this not what
Love is all about?
Immerse yourself
in what your heart
is giving freely,
always, to you –
then share this Love
and soak it up,
partaking of this
loving soup.
When you hum
at this vibration,
might you open
up even more
to the song that
Love is singing,
with notes you
may not have heard
before,
you need not learn
the music,
you know it all
within your heart,
trust your voice
will harmonize
with every note
from the start.
Soak up the Love,
it is never far away,
with Joy,
can you not invite
your heart to come out
and play,
begin with Gratitude
to break down
any walls
you thought kept you
safe,
let the waves of Love
surround you
and lift you up
with Love and
Grace.
Soak it up,
immerse yourself,
yes,
pamper you today –
expand each moment
to a way of life,
You Are Love
in every way.

Keep diving deeper,
every layer that
you peel,
lets you see from
a new perspective,
a variation of you
you did not know –
as you build your
awareness,
does it not add
to your everyday,
from the smallest task
to the big picture,
are you not empowered
in every way?
There need not be a
destination,
an ending point
you wish to cross,
yes, there are skills
you wish to master,
but once achieved
are there not more –
back to the layers
of the onion,
how can your mind
know what you need,
keep shedding the finite
of the story,
is not the limitless You
then what you see?
There are possibilities,
there are potentials,
there are roads
you may wish to choose,
remember,
you have helpers
that see the Whole
vastness of You,
there may be no
right or wrong answer,
for do not all roads
lead to you,
follow your heart,
what brings you Joy,
what lights the spark
of Love in You?
It may seem an
oxymoron
to dive within
so you may expand,
but You Are already
so much greater
than your mind can
understand –
You Are expansive,
with no limits,
though it is hard
from the human view,
to see You Are
Everything
and Everything is
within You.

Empowered.
Might you allow
your Strength and
Courage
to help you stand
in your Truth,
when you see yourself
through the eyes of Love,
are you not able to see
All of You,
when you set aside
beliefs,
that may block your view
of Who You Are –
is that not your Light
that you see shining,
that has guided you
both near and far?
Your power is within you,
you need not look
outside for it,
you may seek approval,
reassurance from others,
but is it not what’s
inside that gives
you the Strength
to keep moving forward,
the Courage to embrace
your Truth,
might you know
You Are empowered,
when you believe that
Love Is You.
Keep diving down
beyond your stories,
let go of layers
you no longer need,
find where you reside
with Joy and Peace,
a space where you
can truly Be.
With Humility,
do you not feel
Gratitude,
for all that you
have come to know –
stand tall,
You Are empowered,
You Are Love
and You Are Loved so!

Play.
Yes, this word brings
up images
of laughter,
children engaged
in play,
but can you feel
the shift in energy,
when you connect
to the power of
play?
It need not be a
frivolous action,
though there is nothing
wrong with frivolity,
would not people
feel more loving,
if they joined in
with Joy and glee?
Is there not presence
in the moment,
when at any time of
day,
you surrender your
expectations
and let yourself
play?
Children learn
within this energy,
it is how they
grow their brain,
as you are constantly
learning,
does it not behoove you
to do the same –
might you connect
easily to another
when your heart
is opened wide –
and with Love,
Joy and laughter,
does play not help
you enjoy the ride?
Allow yourself
the time,
the space,
to let go
of the serious you –
Love is playful,
Love is wonder,
invite Love in
to play with
you!

Prepare.
Let go.
This may appear
to be a paradox,
but yet as human
and soul,
do you not prepare
for the ego
and with soul’s nudges,
let go?
You all have
inherent gifts,
that rise up to
be seen and
heard,
might you develop
your innate treasures,
not unlike a
baby bird?
A baby bird
develops feathers
while it is nested
high and dry,
receiving gifts,
building strength
and nourishment,
waiting for when
the time is
right.
And when it is
ready
to try wings out,
yes, bird might be
hesitant,
but is it not
its innate purpose
to spread its wings
and leave the
nest?
Once you recognize
your purpose,
it may be one
or maybe a few,
deep within you is
a calling
that rises up when
you hear You,
when your heart
fills with Joy,
when you cannot
not answer back –
you know then you
are ready
to spread your wings,
knowing Love has
your back.
Prepare.
Let go.
Repeat this often
as you live –
two sides of You
working together,
to create,
to Be
a loving Gift.
