When your path 
changes direction, 
take a moment 
to settle in,
you have All you 
need within you –
so that a new path 
may begin.

Life unfolds 
continuously,
you adjust in 
time and space,
a shift in life need
not throw you
off course,
the bigger picture 
is not a race.

Have there not been 
many times when a
silver lining sparkled
in the clouds,
does not a new direction 
present itself in the midst
of worry and doubt.

With Gratitude that 
empowers you
step forward with Love’s
ease and Grace,
welcome what the Universe 
brings to you – 
allow Love and Joy
to lead the way!

You may wish for 
something different,
you may hope things 
stay the same,
find life’s sweet spot 
in This Moment,
in the heart of You
where no-thing is 
named.

Life asks you to 
struggle and try,
with no seeming 
end in sight,
yes work hard but 
may your passion 
buoy you with its
infinite Light.

Re-examine intentions 
set,
nourish you with the 
Light of Love,
marvel at what then 
unfolds,
You as the answer 
you have been dreaming 
of!

Love’s Eternal Song

Does not a song 
last forever,
as notes are played 
or even hummed,
do you not bring 
it back to life,
when you are inspired 
to sing along.

As music resides 
within your heart,
with its vibration a 
part of you,
is it not surprising 
that a song,
is often how loved ones
communicate with you.

So flow with Love’s 
Eternal Song,
sing along and know 
this magical Truth,
lose yourself  in the 
vibration of music,
and find All you Love
singing with you.

As energy is never-ending,
may you resonate 
with song,
open your heart to 
Love’s vibration,
loved ones rejoice 
and sing along!

Know Who You Are.

The egoic life 
can apply pressure,
what should you like,
what should you do,
a melting pot creates
exquisite flavors,
Be your Self,
know Who You Are.

Compare and contrasting 
are life’s experiences,
but You Are not only 
this my dear,
stand tall and Be 
your authentic self,
breathing in Love,
know Who You Are.

Life comes with stress,
with celebration fleeting,
but Love celebrates 
All of You right now,
Love is the common thread 
connecting,
beloved dear ones,
rejoice in Who You Are!

Your Voice

Let Spirit be 
your Voice.

When you speak 
from your heart,
when you set ego 
to the side,
your soul rises 
to the occasion –
you let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You are always 
integrated,
your soul is Here 
always by your 
side,
working in tandem 
is your soul’s purpose – 
why not let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You may be hesitant 
to speak your Truth,
you may not know 
always what to say,
why not expand to 
your True Nature – 
and let Spirit 
be your Voice.

It may feel different –
this flowing experience,
but This Is You
always at your core,
rejoice experiencing 
You expanded – 
You Are Spirit –
This Is your Voice!

is flowing through

you do.

When in doubt
let Love unfold 
Be open to what 
comes through.

It may not be 
what you asked
for,
but timing is an
earthly thing.

When you release
expectation are 
you not now 
open to 
Everything. 

Be surprised, amazed,
Be a smile of Love,
spread This to everyone
you meet.

Your heart soars high
when you allow 
Love to truly 
set you free!

This Joy

Wake up the Joy that
flows through you,
what moves you to 
This Now,
it may be music or
walking with the
trees,
it matters not the 
where or how.

This Joy is meant 
to be shared,
these connections help
you All know,
souls together can 
never be contained,
this is why you 
Love this Flow.

Follow your heart,
it beats a rhythm
that moves you to
Joy’s open space,
sing or dance 
or smile to share 
This Joy – 
and watch it Light up 
every face! 

Divine Will

Where there is a will,
there is a way.

Might you align
with your
Divine Will?

What draws you in,
what ignites a spark,
what invites Joy,
what is in your heart.

But do not stop there,
bring All of You on board,
utilize your will,
inviting dreams
to unfold.

Is not will Divine
intention,
is this not how
your power builds,
do not sparks ignite
movement,
creating the way
for what is willed?

All of You
is at the ready,
why not see where
you wish to go,
ask yourself,
what do you wish for –
and with the Power of Love
let go and flow!

Be Amazed

Open to your 
State of Awareness,
let This inform
All that you do,
use This Strength 
that flows within
to ignite the spark
of Light in you.

As This Light of
a thousand stars,
may Courage accompany
you throughout your
life,
sometimes as human
Courage is needed
to continue forward
when darkness dims
the light.

It only takes a 
Spark of Light 
to dispel shadows
that seem so real,
with the Strength 
of Joy and compassion,
may these ripples expand
so Love is what All 
feel.

Tap into Love’s Strength, 
it is Here for you,
you embody This
in a thousand ways,
This Power of Love 
is your innate Force –
say yes to Love and 
truly be amazed!

You Are All of This
inside of you,
We Are Everything
We see,
it is easier to smile
at one smiling back,
but all are waiting 
to be seen.

Sense This Love
as you look 
for This Joy,
know it is Always 
Here as You,
with the eyes 
of your soul’s 
knowingness,
can you not see
it in others, too.

Cherish all of your 
brothers and sisters,
are not All looking 
for Joy too,
beyond beliefs that 
ego uses to separate
is One Love,
One Truth,
One You!
