a beautiful flower,
nurturing, encouraging 
as you grow,
sometimes your surroundings
may be challenging,
but you are supported 
more than you know.

Your unfolding
happens naturally,
but you may not 
always understand,
if part of you at times
feels broken,
is not new growth 
ready to begin.

From tender shoot
to beautiful blossom,
all phases of You
share common ground,
You Are sustained by 
roots of Love that 
nourish and support

this flow,

take your direction

You are rooted in 
Love’s foundation,
your branches soar 
above the stars,
sense Love’s support
and comfort always,
cradled in the Womb
of Love You Are!

Love’s foundation,
Be your authentic self 
always,
winds of change may 
swirl around you,
Be like Tree as you

Your roots are infinite
in nature,

In the world

Be Gratitude as life
unfolds for you,
Here You Are,
secure in your Strength,
swaying and dancing 
as Love flows through

All around you,
nature opens This 
for you,
there is no veil 
blocking the trees
or sentient beings 
that pass through.

Do not earth and sky,
water and rock,
vibrate together in 
a symbiotic way,
when you resonate 
with nature,
are you not then able 
to ride this wave.

Listen with your 
heart and soul
to what nature 
has to say,
these are echoes 
of your Home,
leading you back 
if you have lost
your way.

Your sacred Self is 
One with nature,
be it bird or tree 
or sky above,
in This Remembrance
hear your heart sing – 
You Are Home 
where You belong.

You Are spirit,

This is You,
release what hides 
Truth from your 
sight –

Your natural state 
flies with the angels,
is not the veil part 
of your belief,
you need not travel
to Be this Knowing –
let go to what 
is already Here.

As you shed your 
stories that continue 
to keep you 
separate, dear,
You as soul,
as spirit eternal,
rises up joyfully
already Here.

In this state 
is there not 
Oneness,
you marvel at 
nature speaking 
to you,
sense This connection 
beyond all words,
this is your soul
saying I Am Here.

From This Knowing
may you see beyond 
what separates you 
from This,
with Love loosen 
gently, lovingly
to You as Love,
always Here!

ever-evolving,
sometimes it may be 
hard to see,
is not nature 
ever-changing,
but harder to tell 
on majestic trees.

Seeds are planted,
each one different,
timing is not always 
up to you,
but as you look at roads 
you have traveled,
You may now see a
wholly different you.

Life may bring storms 
or perfect weather,
through it all may 
you know This Truth –
Love blesses the 
Garden of You,
beloved,
nurturing the growth 
of you expressing You!

Do trees not gently

of your heart.

Does not the sky with 
sun and clouds 
create a kaleidoscope 
of art,
may you create 
with the rainbow colors
of your heart.

May you add to this
fine day,
Love’s vibration that 
creates from You,
may Love play 
your unique song,
from your loving,
amazing heart!

what do you

friction,

space,

As the ebb
and flow
of tide,
rearranges
what is the
shore,
you are the
water,

that sloughs off
layers
to show you
more.

Even as you
shift
yes, ever-moving,
You Are safe
within Love’s Flow,
Love is constant,
always with you,
as you navigate
and open doors.

As you walk along
life’s shoreline,
water or sand,
which one is
you?
You are both,
creating together,
You Are Love’s
wonder,
shiny and new!
