this Beat of Heart
is Everywhere.
Use your Voice,
be it chanting,
humming,
this vibration strikes
an innate chord,
the bees and crickets
join in this frequency,
This Sound of Life is
to be heard.
You Are This Life,
This Love that is
foundational,
from this platform
express yourself,
You Are uniquely
Love’s Expression,
a child of Love
and Mother Earth
as well!

Relax,
rest,
know that Love
is in the still,
when you stop
to catch your breath,
is this not when
you sense
your loving will?
Yes, you love
the forward momentum
when you see what
Love creates,
now also relax
into Love’s rhythm,
and let your vessel
rejuvenate.
Like water flowing
in a river,
there are sections
that build up speed,
then a pool begins
to form,
allowing the water
to gather and be.
As you are fluid
like the water,
might you be aware
of what you need,
and know Love always
flows within you,
it is not about the
time or speed.
So relax,
rest,
when your body
tells you to –
enjoy a time of
integration,
as your soul
aligns perfectly
with you.

Behold flowers that bloom
be it storms or drought,
they find a way to Be,
their innate perseverance
is a magnificent Strength,
may you Be
This Strength
of Love.
A new-born fawn
struggles mightily
to stand,
but once it finds
its feet,
it expresses Joy
as it runs and leaps,
may you Be
This Joy
of Love.
A caterpillar eats and
finds its home,
though it will not
stay for long,
with Humility it grows
its magical wings,
Be Humility
in your growth
with Love.
A lake serene,
an ecosystem alive,
does not swan glide
in graceful Peace,
no matter the tumult,
return to This –
You Are
the Peace
of Love.

Allow change to
happen slowly,
Divine timing is
at play,
know your soul
always has purpose,
gently guiding you
every day.
As caterpillar transforms
to butterfly,
the biggest changes
are not seen,
here is where Faith
and patience help
you to build up
your own belief.
Change is a human
construct,
part of the experience
of this life,
with change is growth
not far behind,
illuminated by your
shining Light.
Like butterfly,
spread out your
wings,
and when you are
ready may you
fly,
delight in a new
experience dawning,
grounded in the earth,
as vast as the sky!

your life,
one phase may end,
another grows,
in between you may
be wondering,
who am I now,
how will I know.
Loves knows You
in every season,
it matters not the
clothes you wear,
the human ego looks
for cues –
where do I fit,
how do I prepare.
The in-between is
possibility,
get to know you
without shoulds
and plans,
like a butterfly that
flows with breeze,
Be free,
Be Home,
always as
I Am!

a note,
a steady hum of Love
in you,
you can breathe it,
sense it,
feel it,
shifting focus
to Be,

Does not nature help
you sense this –
sky with clouds,
the trees so green,
waves in ocean
beat a rhythm,
flowers blooming
bring you Peace.
May the song of bird
remind you
of Love’s song within
your heart,
You Are the Light
of every sunrise,
You shine as bright
as night’s twinkling
stars!

step by step,
walk with Love
upon your path,
you need not know
the destination
to know Love is
Here where you
are at.
Know the angels
gather ’round you
even as life can be
so hard,
may you rise up
from the ashes,
empowered with
the Truth of
Who You Are.
Your centering Strength
and your foundation
are as deep as the
ocean blue,
merge with This as
Love’s drop of water,
All of Love flows
forever in You!

Be like a stream that
goes with the flow,

trust in Love,
believe in you

in all Be-ings,
though in life you
see separateness,
may you now sense
with heart and soul
that are wholly connected
to All of This.
Your mind categorizes
and labels
to make sense of
what it sees,
but may you see with
your True Vision
that extends beyond
infinity.
As This Oneness
there is no lack,
only a fullness
that overflows,
Here Love reminds you
of This Truth –

can bring up emotion,
dive in deep,
let it wash over
you,
as you transform,
evolve, create,
your Essence remains
wholly You.
Ego holds on
to identity,
but You as Soul
know Who You Are,
in any and all of
life’s manifestations,
You Are Light
coming from
the stars.
Embrace change,
it is your nature,
open to adventures
that come your way,
you continually evolve in
Love’s forever flow,
behold This You
in every moment
