Your return Home is
to Be Here Now,
use your senses to
align when thoughts 
lead you astray.

This integration
with body is to
experience life,
Be in wonder,
Be present throughout
the day.

As mind creates 
more stories,
question if they 
are true,
return to soul awareness
and come Home to You.

Ego hijacks the mind,
does not chaos ensue,
but mind also knows 
Truth
as Peace and Grace 
flow through.

How to return to flow –
quiet the mind 
with breath,
return to Your Self –
and to Love,
say yes.

Your Conscious Self
knows what to do –
thoughts are temporary
clouds,
You dear,
are sky so blue!

Love’s Gift

Be Love with no
strings attached,
like the sun that 
warms the green 
of earth,
you rise with sun 
and take in all 
the colors that
come alive as 
day unfurls.

The magical beauty
of nature is always 
here for you to see,
you need not purchase 
a ticket to embrace 
its resonance that 
soul and body need.

Be Love that is not 
on your list,
share This with no 
outcome you seek,
Be Love’s Gift like 
the morning sun
that greets the sky –
and says come dance
with me!

Rooted Change

Soften your heart for
deeper connection,
with reverence,
allow your heart 
to lead,
if there is disconnect,
return to roots,
tend to your garden – 
nourish and weed.

In times of change 
and energy shifting,
does this not stimulate
new-found growth,
you may not like discomfort
but do you then
not long for flow?

Move forward and 
not backward,
resist the urge to 
stay the same,
ego frets when things
start shifting,
but as Love’s creation,
embrace This change.

May you create sacred 
space through your 
heart,
You Are surrounded 
with Love my dear,
may This Womb of Love
bring comfort 
through all change and
transformation here!

Coming Home

This Moment,
bringing Home to you 
right Here,
no matter what is 
going on in life,
come Home to Peace
my dear.

The trees sway in 
their welcome,
flowers inspire in 
their full bloom,
above you is a palette
of ever-changing clouds
against sky blue.

You are One with 
This Consciousness,
you belong in This 
Universe,
your Light and Love sing 
with the angels as your 
soul knows every verse.

Revel in these precious
moments
when you see beyond 
the story here,
Here is Oneness and
belonging,
All That is precious 
is within You, dear!

This Love Language

Consciousness is all 
around you,
This is the frequency 
of All That Is,
do not the trees speak
This Love Language,
pause for a moment 
to soak in This.

You need not travel 
to This destination,
your eternal nature 
knows you’re Here,
still your egoic mind 
and remember 
This Love is You – 
connected always dear.

The world in all of 
its chaos 
may distract you 
from This Truth – 
Love’s vibration is in 
every earthly thing and
is always accessible
to you.

So soak in Mother Nature,
add your Voice to the 
Song of Wind,
marvel at the rain that
washes, clears and invites
All to grow again.

Listen to the Language 
of Love that speaks to you
always through your
heart,
This Frequency is ever-present,
reminding You of 
Who You Are!

of Light,
in turn does Light 
not celebrate you,
no matter time of day
or season,
the Light of Love in
You shines through.

Through stormy times 
upon the earth,
Be Love’s reflection 
to illuminate,
darkness has not its
own force,
a tiny spark of Light 
makes the dark fade.

See Love’s Light with 
eyes so clear,
your heart links 
with other’s too,
as a steward of 
earth and sky,
turn up This Light 
that flows through
You!

a grateful return
to normalcy.

Notice the stillness

Be the quiet when
noise is gone.

When banks recede 
from overflowing,

A creative shift may
feel unsettled,
remember change 
is life itself.

return to This Center,
