A Caring Heart

Turbulence is energy felt,
be it from the skies 
or earth below,
fear can appear with 
this unrest – 
as human fear can 
disrupt one’s flow.

But my dear all 
is not hopeless,
disruption can create
a response so vast,
you may ask – where 
is loving kindness,
has compassion been 
buried in ash?

Behold Love is the 
Phoenix Rising,
Love is the first 
flowers of spring,
after fire in a forest,
the nutrient-filled soil
grows Everything.

Discomfort is difficult 
by day,
it may keep you awake
at night,
but as an awakened,
powerful soul,
beam rays of kindness 
with your Light.

Remind your neighbors 
of compassion,
a polarized world may
have forgot,
hurting hearts need 
these reminders
to realign to what 
feels lost.

Here hope and your 
Strength returns,
This is a purpose that 
you can share,
in a world that has 
forgotten,
shine with compassion 
your heart that cares!

Rising

Your Strength and Courage
is beyond belief,
these innate gifts are 
always with you,
as Humility – You Are 
All of This,
there is no-thing that 
you must do.

To ignite your spark,
breathe in Gratitude,
sense your soul rising 
to help you see,
yes fear in life is 
from the unknown,
but soul sees shimmers
of possibility.

Do not let life take 
away your Joy,
You Are as bright as
the glow of moon,
greet each day dawning
like the rising sun,
create with the Strength 
that flows through You!

Your Shimmering Light

The barrage of life 
can sometimes feel 
like a torrential 
pouring rain,
you seek shelter,
you prepare for 
the worst,
hoping to be 
safe again.

And as the skies 
clear once again,
does not nature teach
you how to grow,
storms are not meant 
to last forever – 
might you now see 
how nature glows.

Be the Light that 
shimmers against 
blue sky,
Be the first flower
of spring,
Be the hope of a
new day dawning,
Be the Whole of 
Everything.

Be the one looking 
for the rainbow,
Be all colors that 
shimmer in the sun,
Be Love rising up 
through any storm,
You Are All of This
as One!

An Effortless Flow

Your Strength is Here,
Love says with promise,
it is within your 
every breath,
you need not travel far
to find it,
Love knows as human 
you may forget.

Ego’s harsh words and 
its judgments 
are working hard 
to keep you small,
life can make you 
feel invisible,
but your soul longs 
to answer Love’s call.

May your burdens 
begin to lift,
your Strength is not 
to take it all on,
as you reclaim your 
beautiful Voice,
do not the angels 
sing along.

May Love’s Presence 
fill up spaces that 
you thought life 
had carved out,
there is no-thing in 
you that’s missing – 
All Love is in 
This Moment now.

Love flows effortlessly 
through you dear one,
much like the fish 
in an ocean deep,
you naturally move 
with Love’s energy,
You Are All of This
and free!

Nature’s Strength

Draw Strength from 
nature all around 
you – 
majestic tree or 
a tiny plant,
beloved mountains 
rise to greet you,
a forest path is 
heaven-sent.

Even in cities 
Mother Earth is 
present,
materials come from 
Her here,
technology may shift 
how She presents,
but All come from 
what is gathered 
Here.

Life can create a
feeling of disconnect,
but Know that You 
are part of This Whole,
you with nature are 
creations of Benevolence,
of Love that is One 
with your soul!

Clearing Paths

Clear the air,
Love is a filter,
use it to see with 
clearer eyes,
the world gets cluttered
with egoic stories that 
cover up and cloud 
the skies.

But you know the 
sun is ever-present 
even when the 
sky is gray,
You Are illumination –
might you turn up
your Light today.

There are times 
when you wish to
hide your head
from this chaotic life,
but remember you
are not helpless,
does not the world
so need your Light.

If trusted foundations
crumble,
find your footing 
in This Love,
so many wish for this –
Be a Beacon of Light,
reflecting stars above.

Humanity is a collective,
often searching
for the Truth,
you were born 
for this time,
All Light from stars 
and sun Are You.

Be the ever-present sun
when clouds and fog 
make it hard to see,
hold the hands of your
sisters and brothers – 
charting new paths 
for humanity!

Tiny Simple Hope

Find Love’s beauty 
in the tiny, simple 
things throughout 
the day,
this helps to Be in 
Love’s new moment,
finding respite from 
life’s fray.

Take this moment 
to realign,
recharge and reclaim 
Who You Are,
if you feel that 
you lack power,
remember you are Light 
from a million stars.

Be present this day 
with beams of sun 
that tease of hints
of spring,
do you not sense 
this hope as you 
emerge from winter
with the promise
of green.

Listen to another,
share a warming cup
and know you are 
not alone,
yes life is a lot 
to handle,
but beloved child

Shedding Layers

You may delight in 
shedding layers,
much like Snake when
it has new skin,
you may then wonder
what is next for me –
how do I know where
my journey begins.

My dear your Journey 
is vast and deep,
your soul has traveled 
well you see,
you may wonder in 
this linear world,
if you have missed 
opportunities.

Trust in the timing
of the Divine,
This Flow that fills 
you up within,
may This Moment 
Be your journey,
flex your new muscles 
in This new skin.

Love has no time,
but gifts you This,
Be patient and create 
from your wholeness 
True,
a wellspring of hope,
energy and Light 
is ready to journey with 
this fearless You!

Be grounded in the 
soil of earth
as you walk your 
journey here,
yes your soul travels
expanded,
integrate This 
Everywhere.

This life, this earth 
soaks up your gifts,
do not all seek belonging
to find Peace,
you belong to sacred 
Mother Earth,
as You belong 
to realms unseen.

May the sun kiss you
with Light,
may needed rain
wash you anew,
walk reverently upon
the earth,
breathe in,
breathe out 
This Holy You!
