Where You Are

When waiting for 
the fog to lift,
you may wish for it
to move along,
might you find Grace
in slowing down,
sometimes in-between
creates your next aha.

Your human self may not
like being in limbo,
so focused are you on 
where to go next,
do not great dishes 
need time to simmer,
are not sweeping vistas
worth all of the steps?

Caterpillar cocoons,
trusting in the timing
that is needed to 
fully form,
butterfly emerges,
grateful for its journey,
drying its wings
in sun’s rays – 
re-born.

As sun is ever-present
in the sky,
Love’s eternal Light 
always lights your way,
in This Moment,
You Are Where You Are,
so loved and cherished,
eternally, always!

In the Stillness

The world of duality 
is very noisy,
opposites careen 
and crash,
life is full of 
egos shouting,
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

You need not run away
and hide,
though respite is a 
welcome rest,
in any moment you
can remember –
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

Feel Gratitude for
what is simple,
a sip of tea,
a stroke of fur,
in the rhythm of fall’s
cricket symphony
is stillness and 
your Peace.

Your quiet breath 
aligns you with 
Love’s Source that 
flows through you,
Here in the eye 
of any storm,
is You as stillness,
forever Peace!

In Everything

The seasons change 
as do the leaves,
that bid farewell 
to beloved trees,
their colorful splendor 
is to behold –
the Beauty of Love 
is in Everything.

Do not grieve the leaf
ready to release,
buds reappear in 
the magic of Spring,
a cycle can feel like
ending, beginning –
but the Circle of Love 
is in Everything. 

When so much change 
is in the air,
Be grounded like Tree,
behold your Strength Here,
cycles are circles of 
Infinite Truth –
You Are This Love 
in Everything!

Never Alone

You do not walk 
this path alone.

Life in the world
sometimes feel heavy,
your shoulders may carry 
some burden here,
you wish to fix what 
may seem broken,
you do not walk 
this path alone.

Be responsible for 
your own actions,
but know the limits 
of perceived control,
life unfolds as a collective
rumbles and
you do not walk 
this path alone.

Reach out to friends,
check on one another,
reassure and listen
close,
heart to heart share 
Love so freely – 
you do not walk 
this path alone.

Listen to the trees 
that whisper –
come take respite 
I have seen it all,
One with the rhythm 
of Mother Earth –
you do not walk 
this path alone.

Reacquaint yourself 
with guides,
say hello to angels 
here to help,
loved ones have never
left your side,
reminding,
you never walk 
this path alone!

Showing Up

A filtering fog that 
slowly clears
as morning sun 
rises on cue,
now you can see 
with clarity – 
how does Love 
show up today?

You may get teary
from worldly strife,
a weariness felt in
the heart,
reach out and tell 
another you Love 
them – 
Love shows up 
in You today.

Do not let pain 
and anger be 
the only emotions
shared or seen,
life is All colors 
of the rainbow – 
express a color
of Love today.

Love is not Here  
to be suppressive,
feel all you feel and
know This Truth –
Love finds a way 
to rise
cutting through 
the fog of life – 
Love shows up 
Always!

letting go,
gaze with Love upon
what needs released,
there may have been
a time and place 
for what you realize
you no longer need.

Old stories,
loose ends from 
experiences past
may return to mind
as you reflect,
review,
now with Eyes of Love
and no judgment –
send Love to All 
and dear,
include you.

Behold the fall leaves
returning to their 
brilliant colors,
behold This return 
to You,
as layers lift 
may you sense
your lightness,
as your own brilliant

sunrise at dawn,
You Are This Light 
and never alone.

Breathe in Love’s Peace
that is always Here,
feel the warmth of 
loved ones forever
near.

May you feel supported 
and always sustained,
Love lifts you up when
your energy wanes.

Walk reverently on 
earth’s holy ground,
you represent the sky as
stardust earth-bound.

You Are the Universe
and It Is You,
shine your Light today
in All you do!

Being Awareness

Be you connected 
to your Light,
send This Vibration 
far and wide,
life is tumultuous
as duality,
may Loving Awareness
Be a rising tide.

Invite Love to Be 
a grounding force,
commune with nature,
marvel at a tree,
a single flower is 
a miracle,
knowing how to Become 
from only a seed.

Be Love,
Be Light,
Be hope in a world
that is often harsh
to humanity,
step outside and 
look around,
One with earth and sky –
breathe in and Be!

to Be Here Now,
use your senses to
align when thoughts 
lead you astray.

This integration
with body is to
experience life,
Be in wonder,
Be present throughout
the day.

As mind creates 
more stories,
question if they 
are true,
return to soul awareness
and come Home to You.

Ego hijacks the mind,
does not chaos ensue,
but mind also knows 
Truth
as Peace and Grace 
flow through.

How to return to flow –
quiet the mind 
with breath,
return to Your Self –
and to Love,
say yes.

Your Conscious Self
knows what to do –
thoughts are temporary
clouds,
You dear,
are sky so blue!

like the sun that 
warms the green 
of earth,
you rise with sun 
and take in all 
the colors that
come alive as 
day unfurls.

The magical beauty
of nature is always 
here for you to see,
you need not purchase 
a ticket to embrace 
its resonance that 
soul and body need.

Be Love that is not 
on your list,
share This with no 
outcome you seek,
Be Love’s Gift like 
the morning sun
that greets the sky –
and says come dance
with me!
