with roots strong
and deep,
you arise from
Mother Earth,
not afraid of
dirt, debris.
Expand your Self
to your essence,
All You Are,
you are Light
reflecting Truth,
made up of a
billion twinkling
stars.
Sense your Strength
of All That Is,
integrated into
this life,
live your passion,
speak your Truth,
guided by Love’s
holy Light.
In your Wholeness
Be You now,
fearless as majestic
tree,
grounded, expanded,
Here You Are,
a child of Love,
forever free!

You are needed.
Love is needed.
You Are Love.
It is said that
Love can move
mountains.
And are there not
a thousand paths
to experience
the mountain?
You can bask
in its beauty,
marvel at its
strength.
You can see it
from all directions,
you can climb,
you can hike.
From the top
you can see
everything
around you,
quite like a bird
that soars so high.
You are experiencing
Be-ing the mountain,
need you move it
to Be Love?
Does not Love
move through you –
are you not the
mountain,
the trees,
the breeze,
the stars?
Be You Love.
Be a movement
of This.
See where Love
takes you,
You Are Here
for This.
You Are treasured.
You Are cherished.
You Are Strength.
You Are Love.
Love moves
through You.

Shifting sand upon
the beach
can make for precarious
walking dear,
paths once known
may change direction,
but is not inner guidance
always near?
You need not rush
or force emotion
to match a perceived
state of mind,
allow some space
in human life
to let things settle –
Be patient,
Be kind.
As you create with
your authentic heart,
what new paths await
to be revealed,
you need not let
outside forces
define you –
reshape the sand,
discover what is
Real.
Human emotion captures
your attention,
Be fully the spectrum
of what life shares,
use All of This as
your palette ready
for your masterpiece
to be created Here!

walk with Love.
When fog rolls in,
the path is hard
to see,
you wish for Light
to shine,
Here You Are
with your Light glowing –
return to and
walk with Love.
When life expanded
makes you weary,
nature is a respite
near,
what brings you
wonder in
This Present –
return to and
walk with Love.
Find clarity within
your soul,
you need not understand
the world,
Be Love’s Light
where there is
darkness –
return to and
walk with Love!

What do you rise up
to fight back,
what makes you worry
about what you lack,
what expectations have
not been met –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.
Acceptance need not
mean you quit,
and you may prefer
that over this,
but as a choice
always to you –

Be Peace today.
When chaotic energy
is in the air,
be as the tree
full or branches
bare,
does not Tree bend
and dance with
wind –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.
In this present
moment Here,
Here is your Home,
your Truth,

as One Mind,
One heart,
might you –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

one by one,
and when the wind
picks up,
do not others join
the fun?
Do they not create
a mosaic,
bringing color to the
path you stroll,
do you not gain a
different perspective
of leaves,
in this season
of letting go?
Might you join in
this dance of leaves,
displaying the beautiful
color of You,
might you embrace
your vibrant beauty,
as you let go
to the Truth of You.
Be strong,
be elegant,
with branches bare,
as sturdy trees remind
you to Be,
every Season of You
rejoices,
You Are Love
and
You Are Free!

talks to you,
be it breeze in the trees
or waves upon the shore,
may you receive wisdom
from dear Owl,
who reminds you
This All Is You
and more.
Realign and sync
with All of This,
Love flows in the
rhythms of the
earth,
release expectations
that ego always
looks for,
sense Love’s vibration
that moves beyond
all words.
You can ask Love
what to do next,
in your Be-ingness
sense the answer clear,
move with the rhythms
of You as Soul,
Love is your Nature,

Be flexible,
may you bend
not break,
be like tree
that withstands
the wind,
sometimes life
leaves you uprooted,
your roots are ready
to grow again.
The earth is always
changing, shifting,
but You as Soul
are connected Here,
your roots are deeper
than the earth,
your branches expand
beyond the stars
my dear.
May Love’s Peace
lift you up always,
may you know
you are on sturdy
ground,
follow your heart,
your intuition,
Love is Everywhere
and all around!

of Mother Nature’s
ability to roar,
Love is powerful
and lifts up
any sitting in darkness

life’s storms.
It need not be
an act of nature
that displaces
your Place of Peace,
receive all of Love’s
infinite blessings,

so Loved and needed.
May Love flow
freely to All hearts,
that need some
Grace and ease,
may you be lifted,
Love is Here dear one,
open your tender heart
to infinite Peace.

in This Moment,
This is You in
all you do,
tune into all
possibility,
then let Love’s
vibration flow
through you.
Set your intentions,
make your plans,
as human there will
be some of this,
but step away and
make some space
for the Universe to
fill in what you miss.
Bend like dear trees
that dance with wind,
Be flexible and marvel
at how
when you are willing
to say yes,
Love creates the magic
of This Now!
