The leaves drop
one by one,
and when the wind
picks up,
do not others join
the fun?

Do they not create
a mosaic,
bringing color to the
path you stroll,
do you not gain a
different perspective
of leaves,
in this season
of letting go?

Might you join in
this dance of leaves,
displaying the beautiful
color of You,
might you embrace
your vibrant beauty,
as you let go
to the Truth of You.

Be strong,
be elegant,
with branches bare,
as sturdy trees remind
you to Be,
every Season of You
rejoices,
You Are Love
and
You Are Free!

Your Nature

Listen as nature 
talks to you,
be it breeze in the trees
or waves upon the shore,
may you receive wisdom 
from dear Owl,
who reminds you
This All Is You
and more.

Realign and sync
with All of This,
Love flows in the 
rhythms of the 
earth,
release expectations 
that ego always 
looks for,
sense Love’s vibration 
that moves beyond 
all words.

You can ask Love 
what to do next,
in your Be-ingness
sense the answer clear,
move with the rhythms 
of You as Soul,
Love is your Nature,
Be One with All 
right Here!

Deeply Rooted

Be flexible,
may you bend
not break,
be like tree
that withstands
the wind,
sometimes life
leaves you uprooted,
your roots are ready
to grow again.

The earth is always
changing, shifting,
but You as Soul
are connected Here,
your roots are deeper
than the earth,
your branches expand
beyond the stars
my dear.

May Love’s Peace
lift you up always,
may you know
you are on sturdy
ground,
follow your heart,
your intuition,
Love is Everywhere
and all around!

Your Tender Heart

Might you send Love 
with the force 
of Mother Nature’s
ability to roar,
Love is powerful 
and lifts up 
any sitting in darkness
from any of 
life’s storms.

It need not be 
an act of nature
that displaces 
your Place of Peace,
receive all of Love’s 
infinite blessings,
You Are cherished,
so Loved and needed. 

May Love flow
freely to All hearts,
that need some 
Grace and ease,
may you be lifted,
Love is Here dear one,
open your tender heart 
to infinite Peace.

This Now

Be you expansive 
in This Moment,
This is You in 
all you do,
tune into all 
possibility,
then let Love’s 
vibration flow
through you.

Set your intentions,
make your plans,
as human there will 
be some of this,
but step away and 
make some space
for the Universe to 
fill in what you miss.

Bend like dear trees
that dance with wind,
Be flexible and marvel
at how
when you are willing 
to say yes,
Love creates the magic
of This Now!

Everything

Be a Wave of Love
that washes over 
the shore willing 
to share,
water and sand mix
together,
a new creation for 
earth to wear.

There are a multitude
of patterns
that come together 
in perspectives 
of life,
but those woven with 
strands of Love shine
with the Strength 
of eternal Light.

Shine your Light,
it knows where 
to go,
may it fill in where
there is a need,
You Are One with 
Everything,
the sand,
the shore,
the wave,
the sea!

Changeless

Be One with the 
change of seasons,
every leaf you see 
You Are,
though the sun casts 
longer shadows,
its Light is You 
both near and far.

Birdsong may change 
as birds begin 
to travel paths 
that call within,
you have heard 
Love’s call and know 
This Path of Love
has no beginning 
or end.

Cycles of the world 
paint contrasting pictures,
but You as Soul know 
what is true,
life is a changing 
kaleidoscope,
but all shapes and colors 
are All of You!

Standing Tall

Stand tall 
in your Truth 
as Love,
you need not defend
or justify,
release the shoulds –
let them dissolve,
what lifts you up
to feel alive.

You in This Truth 
are Everything,
One with the trees,
the sky, 
the birds,
all consciousness 
is of One Source,
your connections 
with This are 
beyond words.

Be you grounded in
This State of Be-ing,
you travel not to 
find This Truth,
sense your Strength
that is always ready
to help you soar 
in all that you do!

With Gratitude

Like the sun beaming
light at daybreak,
like the moon gracing
the sky at night,
what fills you up 
with Love beyond 
all words –
does it not begin 
with Gratitude.

To re-align or to
find Peace at 
center,
to remember 
Who You truly 
Are,
to feel empowered 
with energy rising – 
is All not possible 
with Gratitude.

Cherish This Moment 
as you breathe in
Love,
may you send ripples 
as you exhale,
may you feel connected
to All That Is – 
Love blesses your journey 
with Gratitude!

The Self of One

Some days are clear,
sometimes its stormy,
on foggy morns do you
not cocoon,
your human emotions
also vary greatly,
you may blame them
on the phases of Moon.

Life can be a rollercoaster,
you surprise yourself 
when Peace does come,
but dear your Peace
is Everpresent,
walk your self back
the the Self of One.

This is not to push down
your human-ness –
you can watch as
life unfolds,
but This Return 
is your respite,
when usual patterns
start to get old.

May This Peace that 
courses through you
inject some new ways
to see things now,
might you see where 
spirit leads you,
letting go of figuring
everything out.

As you release 
perceived control,
may you embrace 
This Peace that is You,
allowing spirit to 
take the wheel
now frees you up to 
let life flow through!
