Be the sun when
clouds are gathering,
sun simply does
what it Is,
your Light shines
no matter what
tries to hide you
from All of This.
Faith is where
you can turn
to always know
Here is the Light,
on cloudy days
you know the sun
has not lost power
or its might.
Be it seasonal or
be it worldly,
you seek Light
when things get
dark,
Be as sun,
Here You Are –
Illuminated by
Love’s sweet spark!

When days are short with
darkness surrounding,
light your spark,
turn up your Light,
you need not solve
any world problems,
simply Be a Beacon
in the day or night.
When you catch yourself
holding your breath,
fall back into Love’s
relaxed flow,
Love is Here in
your heart beating,
Here is your Strength,
the Courage of your
soul.
As you connect
with Source,
with Love,
you awaken to
the magic of One,
You Are the trees
that stand before
you,
You Are the Light
of the rising sun.
There is no-thing
that can dim
This Light,
shine with the
hope and wonder
of the stars,
You Are All seasons
cycling through life,
forever shining
as the Love
You Are!

in life to
distract you,
yes do focus
upon what appears,
but do not thoughts
add to the chaos,
keep it simple –
simply Love.
You need not all
pieces of the puzzle
to see a bigger
picture clear,
what is before you,
in This Moment,
keep it simple –
simply Love.
In any experience
or situation,
there is a nugget
waiting to be found,
yes untangle what is
knotted before you,
but keep it simple –
simply Love.
Your Light shines
in the glow of
moonlight,
you rise with the
breaking dawn,
flow with autumn
falling into winter,

simply Love.

with roots strong
and deep,
you arise from
Mother Earth,
not afraid of
dirt, debris.
Expand your Self
to your essence,
All You Are,
you are Light
reflecting Truth,
made up of a
billion twinkling
stars.
Sense your Strength
of All That Is,
integrated into
this life,
live your passion,
speak your Truth,
guided by Love’s
holy Light.
In your Wholeness
Be You now,
fearless as majestic
tree,
grounded, expanded,
Here You Are,
a child of Love,
forever free!

Love is needed.
You Are Love.
It is said that
Love can move
mountains.
And are there not
a thousand paths
to experience
the mountain?
You can bask
in its beauty,
marvel at its
strength.
You can see it
from all directions,
you can climb,
you can hike.
From the top
you can see
everything
around you,
quite like a bird
that soars so high.
You are experiencing
Be-ing the mountain,
need you move it
to Be Love?
Does not Love
move through you –
are you not the
mountain,
the trees,
the breeze,
the stars?
Be You Love.
Be a movement
of This.
See where Love
takes you,
You Are Here
for This.
You Are treasured.
You Are cherished.
You Are Strength.
You Are Love.
Love moves
through You.

the beach
can make for precarious
walking dear,
paths once known
may change direction,
but is not inner guidance
always near?
You need not rush
or force emotion
to match a perceived
state of mind,
allow some space
in human life
to let things settle –
Be patient,
Be kind.
As you create with
your authentic heart,
what new paths await
to be revealed,
you need not let
outside forces
define you –
reshape the sand,
discover what is
Real.
Human emotion captures
your attention,
Be fully the spectrum
of what life shares,
use All of This as
your palette ready
for your masterpiece
to be created Here!

When fog rolls in,
the path is hard
to see,
you wish for Light
to shine,
Here You Are
with your Light glowing –
return to and
walk with Love.
When life expanded
makes you weary,
nature is a respite
near,
what brings you
wonder in
This Present –

walk with Love.
Find clarity within
your soul,
you need not understand
the world,
Be Love’s Light
where there is
darkness –

When chaotic energy
is in the air,
be as the tree
full or branches
bare,

and when the wind
picks up,
do not others join
the fun?
Do they not create
a mosaic,
bringing color to the
path you stroll,
do you not gain a
different perspective
of leaves,
in this season
of letting go?
Might you join in

displaying the beautiful
color of You,
might you embrace
your vibrant beauty,
as you let go
to the Truth of You.
Be strong,
be elegant,
with branches bare,
as sturdy trees remind
you to Be,
every Season of You
rejoices,

Realign and sync
with All of This,

sense Love’s vibration
that moves beyond
