I am traveling early today. Here is a message from today’s date in 2016.

The presence of love
can lift you up
and bring light to shine
in the dusty corners
of a darkened room.

The presence of love
can help you reach
out your hands
to those who need
a loving touch.

The presence of love
opens the gates
to those unseen
so that you know
we are always near.

The presence of love
begins in your heart,
filling you up,
connecting you –
to All That Is.

Open your heart.
Shine your light.
Share this love.
Feel the touch of Spirit –
as You Are
the Presence of Love.

When morning comes
on a brand new day,
you have all you need
to start the day,
as birds begin to sing
their morning songs,
you can either listen
or sing along,
let their morning song
resonate with you,
Love is everywhere
like the morning dew,
there is no morning
that will start without you,
let break of dawn
sing its morning song
to you.

You may not hear
Love’s morning song,
but in your heart,
is where the notes
belong,
you can breathe in
the song you carry there,
breathing out,
affirming you are here,
you have the Rhythm of Love
in your heart,
no matter when your
morning starts.

And will not Love
give you what you need,
as you ask,
what might you wish
to bring,
to add to the morning song,
as you hum or sing
your song,
let others hear you,
might they sing along,
does not Love rise like
the sun at dawn?

When morning comes
on this brand new day,
you have all you need
to start the day.
You Are Peace
that fills you up,
You Are Strength
when you need a lift up,
let Joy remind you
to dance,
with Courage might you
take a chance,
let Gratitude spend the day
with you,
with Humility, let Love
show you what to do,
start with your
Morning Song of Love –
let it last the whole day
through –
singing, “You Are Love
and Love Is You.”
Love Is Everywhere
and so are You.

In waters calm,
it is not hard
to be drawn
to the comforting
reassurance of
the stillness of Peace,
but even when waves
rock you to and fro,
is there not a space
between the ebb and flow,
where you return,
where you belong,
where your Soul
does know –
There Is
and You Are
Peace.

Can you not feel Peace
there
when you still
your mind,
it is not that you
need to stop
the waves you may ride,
but like a surfer
who finds the space
within the wave –
if you are part of,
if you can be One
with what you are
riding on –
might it not
knock you off your feet,
is not your center
calm,
when You Are Peace,
when You Are Love?

Is it not Peace that
reassures you
that All Is Well,
even when it is hard
to comprehend,
when the waves begin
to swell,
but with Love at your
center,
with Peace always
by your side,
you can find the
sweet spot
on any wave that
you may ride –
remember Who You Are,
remember what You Are
made of –
let Peace wrap you in
its loving blanket,
as You Are Love.

When you can “hear”
the silence,
is that not when
you are in a
receptive state,
is that not Be-ing,
without seeing,
going beyond
your senses five –
is not this state
of floating,
gliding upon
the Wings of Love,
is this not a natural
State of Be-ing,
that helps you feel
so very alive?

Might you ask Love
to Be with you,
no matter your
rocky road,
You Are Spirit,
You Are awareness,
You know this
when you reach
this state –
merging the two
as you navigate
this role here
that you play,
is that not the
Sweetest Spot
that helps you
Be Love
everyday?

Keep merging,
keep blending
all aspects of You
in all you do –
There Is Love
in every corner,
as you shine
your Light
on You,
let go of judgement,
let go of “should”-ing,
let Love rise up
in every way,
when you shine your Light
into the darkness,
does not the darkness
go away?

Find the perfect spot
that fills you up
with so much Love –
this is a natural state,
not one that you
need to make up
or only dream of,
let Love guide you
through all paths,
be they rough
or be they smooth –
follow the still small voice
within You,
turn it up
and listen to You.

Beyond what you think
you know,
there is a Knowing
that you can trust.
It is the Love
That You Are,
gliding on your
Sweet Spot
of Love.

A Breath of Love

Arise with Love.
Shine with Love.
Simply Be
a breath of Love
today.

It need not be
complicated,
you need not
move a mountain,
today,
Be a breath
of Love.

As One Breath
leads to another
and another,
filled with Love –
Be a Light
shining bright,
no need to
change another’s
mind,
or solve a problem,
or to be right –
can you simply
Be a breath
of Love,
today?

And in that breath,
is that not where
You Are,
when you feel heavy,
or unsure
of what to do,
or feel,
or say,
can you Be
a breath of Love,
today?

Arise with Love.
Shine with Love.
Simply Be
a Breath of Love,
today.

In the absence of
fear,
worry,
doubt,
or strife,
is there not more
space
to bring Joy in
your life?
With Peace surrounding
you,
does ego not look
to see where to
fill in
where you may have
unhooked
old patterns,
beliefs,
that now feel
out of date,
are you not ready
to spring forward
with the space
you have made?

It may feel
quite different,
having a lightness
in your step,
old patterns may
not want you
to open all doors
quite yet –
but with Gratitude
for all experiences,
does not Peace ensue
when you know –
you are far more
than what your
human perspective
may believe –
You Are Love,
You Are Loved,
so why not let
that Love flow?

Let Love fill up
all spaces
where ego once
ruled,
you need not have fear
looking over your shoulder
so near,
with Love as your guide,
with Joy in your heart,
can you not get used
to this way of Be-ing,
is it not a new start?

Choose Love.
Be Love.
Believe the Love
That You Are.
In every space
you can open –
you will always
find Love.

Listen With Your Heart

Listen with your heart.

Yes, the heart may leap
at what it feels passionate
about,
for is not the heart
a driving force
that may help you step
outside your comfort zone,
but even as your heart
may lead,
can you also hear
what it receives –
listen with your heart.

You turn your ear
to an inner voice,
do you not question
at times,
what is it that
you hear,
when you are unsure
if it is You
or if it is noise,
can you still the mind
and tune into
what is always here –
and listen with
your heart.

You need not analyze,
or prove something right –
if your heart speaks
gently,
or makes you sit
upright,
if there is Love in
the message,
if there is Truth
in what you feel,
will not your Guiding Light
shine the way
for you to see,
might you trust yourself
and find inner Peace –
does Peace not come
when you listen
with your heart?

Your mind may fight
this inner knowing,
this steady beat
that is always there
when you are ready
to receive,
for is Love not the answer
to the questions
that you seek –
is Love not the language
when you listen
with your heart?

Let your heart
beat the rhythm
of Love.
Get in sync.
Play along.
Listen always
with your heart.

Embracing Love

Step into the fold,
come out of
the cold,
can you let the
warmth of Love
envelop you
in its loving arms?

Are you not at Home
in this loving place,
do you not belong
in this sacred space,
can you let Love
help you remember
Who You Are
and All Is Well?

Step into Love,
it is Who You Are,
when you are fearful
remember Love Is Here,
your loved ones,
Guides,
Angels
are always near,
may you find comfort
knowing Love Is you,
does not your heart
tell you this is True?

Step into Peace,
always at your side,
with Strength and Courage,
you need not hide,
Love is your Truth,
your Guiding Light –
walk in the Light
that lights up the way,
when you follow
the Light of Love,
are you not Home
every step of the way?

Step into Love,
step into the fold.
Be surrounded
by the Embrace of Love.
You never walk
this Journey alone.
You are always
and forever
Home.

Clearing Out

When cold air,
warm air,
collide in spring,
when you add in wind,
what type of storm
might it bring –
a thunderstorm perhaps,
or might it change to snow,
transitions can be
unpredictable,
unsettling,
you may not always
know,
but every storm
will pass,
there is calm at
its core –
are you not more aware
of Peace,
when you return to center
once more?

Is it not a storm
that scours out
what was stuck,
making way for
warmer air,
but moving from
winter to spring
may take some time,
make take some care –
can you contemplate
patience,
with the outside,
and within,
can you give yourself time
with any transition
you are in?

Be patient.
Be loving.
Be gentle.
Be kind.
When you go through
a storm,
there is Peace on
the other side.
Give Gratitude
for what moves you,
what clears out
to make room,
a new season
awaits you,
will you not experience
spring soon?

Find Peace,
Be the center,
no matter what
swirls around you –
let Love create,
let Love be present
in all that you do.
With baby steps
or leaps and bounds,
change will always
bring something new.
Invite the storms,
breathe the fresh air,
soak up the Love,
as Love Is You.

Being Peace

Does not the ego
love to sense
when drama and fear
are at the fore,
does not the ego
look for more,
giving it something
to wrestle with –
are not drama and fear
markers,
for ego to help it
with its job,
to keep you safe
from a scary world –
it is “us against them,”
ego says,
as it readies for
any war.

But when Peace calmly
comes in,
soothing ego’s obsession
to win,
does not Peace look
around the room,
seeing there is only
One of You,
do you as human
not wonder what
you do when fear
begins to disappear,
as does not the drama
give you food for thought,
giving ego something
to work out?

Rest assured, ego,
there is a place for you,
as you help walk through
this experience,
this world,
are not lessons learned
all because of you –
is it not friction
that creates the pearl?

Can you be comfortable
when feeling Peace,
no need to look
over your shoulder
to see,
it may be ego wanting
fear to lead,
but when you let Love
lead the way,
is there not room
for Peace to stay,
yes, get accustomed
to Peace because,
You Are eternally,
always Love.

With Love,
may you
know Peace.
With Peace,
may you
Be Love.
