Arms of Love.
The body knows how
to recharge,
the mind remembers
Who You Are,
soul always knows
its True Home –
resting Here in the
Arms of Love.
Take a break so you
may rise again,
Be in your Joy –
let laughter in,
This Field of Love
nourishes you
dear one,
so cherished and supported
in the Arms of Love!

May Love and Peace
be your foundation,
when solid footing
is hard to find,
yes life on earth
can feel unstable,
challenges exist in
space and time.
But even in times
of great turmoil,
are there not Lights
ready to turn up,
sometimes it takes
a lightening rod for
humanity to notice –
enough is enough.
Find your footing
in your Faith
that greater angels
are forever Here,
the human condition
can leave you asking –
where is compassion
in life’s fog of fear?
Look with the Eyes
of your Soul,
say Here I Am
to see with clarity,
no matter the road
that rises before you –
walk always supported
with Love and Peace!

changing,
Love’s Peace is changeless
in the core of You,
This is accessible in
any moment,
when you shift perspective
to your Greater View.
May This Peace give you
a firm foundation
to navigate through life’s
rocky roads,
you cannot control
every experience,
but might Peace steady you
as life unfolds.
May Gratitude open doors
of receiving,
with true Humility embrace
“I don’t know,”
saying yes to Peace that
passes understanding
returns you to your center,
your Truth,
your flow!

bask in moon-glow,
believe in stars.
Emerge from winter
as hope of spring,
Be growth, alive.
Be Here as Love,
perfect as You Are,
Love’s Light that shines!

Realign when Peace
is needed
to bring some balance
to the upside-down,
you may not find peace
in the world,
but You Are the Love
that makes it go ’round.
The ego expresses itself
as behavior,
reactions are a part
of human-ness,
shift to your soul
perspective to find Peace
and see Love’s Light
that forever exists.
As human you will
judge bad behavior,
but You as Soul hear
a common cry,
might you share Light
with another as the
All of You in this
challenging life.
You need not be silent
when earth’s laws
are broken,
share your voice on
what you believe,
and as a Light that
shines for Love
include All brothers
and sisters in need!

As human and soul
you will vacillate between
theses two states
of consciousness,
you may look for
a magic wand that
provides you with
an eternal shift.
But ego has its place
here in a world
it helped create,
you may feel very
separated,
but Here is You –
your eternal State.
When grappling with
the why and how
of life’s questions
that you ask,
return to You
my dear,
in This now Moment
and not future
or past.
Your ego has you
searching as it
cannot believe
This Truth –
the magic that you
wish for,
is forever and always
within You!

In the world there
are differing views
on how peace should
show up on earth,
power struggles cause
sparks to fly
as the world is focused
on power and worth.
You may take sides
when there is
us or them,
as competition is
a human view,
here is no judgment
on what you judge,
but might you also see
as the Soul of You.
With the Eyes of Spirit
Here is true Peace,
This may be elusive
in the world you see,
if all people knew
This Truth,
would not Peace then
arise organically?
Yes the world is not
a Place of Peace,
but this need not
dampen what flows
in You,
you as human are
engaged in life
and You as Soul
have Peace flowing
through.
Your awareness of
your perspectives
will help you find
your Place of Peace,
in life share your heart
of compassion,
as Soul remember
You Are this Peace!

You may sit and
meditate,
you may walk on
nature’s paths,
you may stop a second
to remember breath –
Be Here with Love.
It takes but a
single second
in your life of
linear time,
but know beyond
limitations you set,
eternally –
You Are Here
with Love.
When life’s drama
rocks the boat
you are riding in,
remember You Are
the ocean too,
expand to You
a single breath
will do –
yes You Are Here
with Love.
These are tools
you use when ego
comes to call –
as human you
know this well,
crack open the door
to You as soul –
welcome Home,
always Here
with Love!

Moment now,
call upon Gratitude
to make this shift,
as you do your
best in life,
when life feels heavy,
Love is Here
to lift.
Love has guided you
through difficult times,
this is not your first
rodeo,
Love’s Grace is woven
between threads of
steel,
you as human and spirit
make up This Whole.
Lift up Fellow Lights –
their Light is yours,
might you All shine
so All may see,
know Peace is always
Here right now,
go forth today and
as you do – Be!

Love flows freely
through your heart,
all that you seek
is Here within,
your Presence fills
all human spaces,
with no beginning
and with no end.
This Infinite Flow
is your foundation,
a place where you
can safely rest,
Here is where you
belong dear one,
there is no test that
you must pass.
Angels, guides and
spirit flow through
you –
trust that they are
Here now,
you can stop trying
oh so hard to
figure out the
why and how.
Here is Home always
within you,
sense This Peace that
you do know,
re-attune to Who You Are –
always a part of
This Infinite Flow!
