your mind dear one,
listen with your heart –
what does it say,
tender moments bring
you to tears,
might you experience
a tender day.
Rejoice as spring
begins new life,
hear song of bird that
in winter you missed,
may you sense hope
of a new day dawning,
turn your face to sun
for its warming kiss.
Enjoy family, friends
or time alone,
surrounded by Love –
alone you cannot be,
Love is in every
precious breath,
may your day unfold
so tenderly!

When feelings of dread
arrive and want to stay,
when the world is
a lot to weigh,
scan and discern
old fears that relish
a new chance to
color your day.
Muscle memory holds
on the past,
you may wish to clear
this gunk out fast,
your awareness is a
needed step to release
what need not stay
or last.
Life does not need
to stay the same,
challenges will arise
again and again,
but as you align with
your Strength and Peace,
may you now see clearly
with your Whole Be-ing.
Take challenging times
to see anew,
what new perspectives
now come to you,
create with expressions
from your True Self,
as Authentic Love flows
through all you do!

in This always.

without guilt

we are always

you know This Truth,

You Are a part

now is blue,
trees once asleep
now green to life,
seasonal change helps

beyond hopes
and dreams,
This Moment Now
fills your heart

come breathe with
All That Is

is your Peace
in a world turned
upside down,
Peace is not attached
to anything that can
twist or turn around.
You may wish for
calmer waters,
life is not meant
to make sense,
but This Peace that
passes understanding
can certainly help you
navigate this.
Life’s tumult cannot
take away This Peace
that flows innately
through,
call upon This super-power
that will support
and assist you.
Yes you wish for
smoother sailing,
this is not too much
to ask,
but This You of deeper waters
knows how to steady
any mast.
Deepen your breath today
and marvel at what
your soul knows
is True,
always at your Center
of Be-ing,
is always Peace

Scan the body,
mind and soul,
what do you need,
what can you let go,

Arms of Love.
The body knows how
to recharge,
the mind remembers
Who You Are,
soul always knows

Arms of Love.
Take a break so you
may rise again,
Be in your Joy –
let laughter in,
This Field of Love
nourishes you
dear one,
so cherished and supported

May Love and Peace
be your foundation,
when solid footing
is hard to find,
yes life on earth
can feel unstable,
challenges exist in
space and time.
But even in times
of great turmoil,
are there not Lights
ready to turn up,
sometimes it takes
a lightening rod for
humanity to notice –
enough is enough.
Find your footing
in your Faith
that greater angels
are forever Here,
the human condition
can leave you asking –
where is compassion
in life’s fog of fear?
Look with the Eyes
of your Soul,
say Here I Am
to see with clarity,
no matter the road
that rises before you –
walk always supported
with Love and Peace!

Realign when Peace
is needed
to bring some balance
to the upside-down,
you may not find peace
in the world,
but You Are the Love
that makes it go ’round.
The ego expresses itself
as behavior,
reactions are a part
of human-ness,
shift to your soul
perspective to find Peace
and see Love’s Light
that forever exists.
As human you will
judge bad behavior,
but You as Soul hear
a common cry,
might you share Light
with another as the
All of You in this
challenging life.
You need not be silent
when earth’s laws
are broken,
share your voice on
what you believe,
and as a Light that
shines for Love
include All brothers
and sisters in need!
