Be Peace today.

What do you rise up
to fight back,
what makes you worry 
about what you lack,
what expectations have 
not been met –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

Acceptance need not 
mean you quit,
and you may prefer 
that over this,
but as a choice 
always to you – 
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

When chaotic energy
is in the air,
be as the tree 
full or branches 
bare,
does not Tree bend
and dance with 
wind –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

In this present 
moment Here,
Here is your Home,
your Truth,
my dear,
as One Mind,
One heart,
might you – 
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

When stress is 
heightened,
you are on guard,
this is the human 
way to prepare,
your best preparation 
is to Be aligned – 
relax into
the Love 
You Are.

This is not hiding
or being aloof,
All of You is 
ready to help
and support,
when you need 
all hands on deck,
relax into 
the Love 
You Are.

A sharpened mind,
intuition ready,
your knowing 
comes out when 
you need it most,
to see with eyes 
that go beyond time,
relax into 
The Love 
You Are.

It may feel 
counter-intuitive 
to ego,
but the Whole 
of You is always
Here to help,
Be empowered with 
Strength and Courage –

The Love 
You Are!

Gliding

In times of turmoil
ego rises up and
begins to thrash
about,
ego wishes for control
and is ready to fight
to work things out.

There is another
perspective that
can help to keep
the Peace,
ask Source to remind
that You Are This,
fire up This connection
for Grace and ease.

Life is not easy,
but You as spirit
can flow with support,
with Love,
with Grace,
when you are connected
to a Higher Purpose,
does This not create
a smoother space.

With greater discernment
all parts of you
can work together
as One Whole,
see the miracles
that bubble up
as you glide
effortlessly in
Love’s Flow!

A Quiet Reflection

Take time to rest,
in quiet reflection
find your Peace,
find blessings
to numerous
to count,
even in chaos,
You Are This Peace.

Even in fearful
turmoil,
human kindness
rises above,
when the usual
is stripped away,
in desperate moments –
Here always is Love.

Life may return to
its usual ways,
comparing, contrasting,
separating me and you,
but the Heart
never forgets,
in All Present Moments,
Love is flowing through!

Tuning In

Life is full of 
hiccups,
disruptions are part 
of the experience 
here,
yes you wish for 
more alignment,
but life is not where 
to look dear.

Re-align to Peace 
within,
then share This with 
all you see each
day,
help and do all 
that you can,
knowing Love is also
smoothing the way.

With This openness
to be being led,
know you are always 
in Love’s flow,
thank your mind for
all its help,
then tune into your
heart, your soul!

Your Tender Heart

Might you send Love 
with the force 
of Mother Nature’s
ability to roar,
Love is powerful 
and lifts up 
any sitting in darkness
from any of 
life’s storms.

It need not be 
an act of nature
that displaces 
your Place of Peace,
receive all of Love’s 
infinite blessings,
You Are cherished,
so Loved and needed. 

May Love flow
freely to All hearts,
that need some 
Grace and ease,
may you be lifted,
Love is Here dear one,
open your tender heart 
to infinite Peace.

When you wish 
to realign,
return to center 
with your breath,
You as Awareness 
are infinite,
remember This 
when you forget.

In life,
the body reacts –
what shall I do
what happens next,
return to Presence,
the Here and now,
listen to your soul,
give mind a rest.

You are not a 
separate being,
Your Be-ingness is
Whole, complete,
when life’s experiences 
seem chaotic,
return to Presence,
your breath,
to Peace.

Navigating Peace

Navigation in life 
can be tricky,
but you have resources 
by your side,
take one step
at a time,
check intuition often
on this ride.

When you need
a boost of energy,
Love is Here
to fill your tank,
make your lists,
make plans of 
doing,
but call in Flow 
with Gratitude 
and thanks.

When things
are precarious
ego can try 
to take control,
tap into the Peace 
of Source
to help to find the
best way to go.

Even when things 
are not easy,
may you find 
your Grace and Ease,
remind your self,
You Are so cherished,
surrounded by Love’s 
eternal Peace!

Possibilities expand
beyond what you 
expect,
unfolding happens 
as you need to 
know,
the Universe is 
aligned and well,
even as the world 
has much ebb
and flow.

New paths are 
created when 
change occurs,
fear not this journey 
that has twists 
and turns,
resiliency is a 
human trait,
Love’s Peace is Here –
it need not be 
learned.

Move forward in 
this human life,
have Faith in the
Truth of Who You Are,
celebrate the sun 
rising every day,
receive Love’s forever 
blessings kissed 
by the stars!

Effortless

Received 9/27/24 – I still have to go to a Wifi spot in our area to send – but will do so as I can! I’ll catch up to present time. . . thank you for all of your prayers and energy! Where I live is devastated but I am safe with an intact house!

Even as chaos swirls 
around you,
Peace is Here
centered and calm,
shine your Light 
as Love arises,
much like the sun 
at break of dawn.

Count every blessings that 
comes your way,
let Gratitude be 
your true Strength,
in the eye of a storm 
there is Peace and quiet,
may you find your 
center always.

May you know and trust 
that you as spirit 
will know always 
what to do,
as Love’s blessing,
