There are those who try
to control outcomes,
as a way to know what
will be,
there are others who feel
at the mercy of life,
which may produce
angst and anxiety.
With egos bouncing off
one another,
is it not a miracle that
anyone feels Peace,
what is ever truly in
your own control –
is this not a perfect time
to release?
Every one has a unique
life journey,
with directions and roads
to choose,
in life there are many
intersections allowing
for exchanges between
“me” and “you.”
As you do not know another’s
bigger picture,
or why you may be playing
a part,
ego loves to take everything
personally,
to create stories with
dramatic plots.
Let others experience their
own journeys,
bring acceptance and allowance
to this play,
if an experience pings something
in you,
dive in to see what it
has to say.
Will your day not be
a lighter experience,
when you release all
that you think must be,
may allowance in life’s
constant unfolding be
your super-power that
sets you free!

The world is filled with
noise and chaos,
cooler heads do not
always prevail,
conflict, confrontation
is the norm –
be it small or on a
grand scale.
It is hard to ride
the waves of life –
from the highest Joy
to deep despair,
honor all feelings,
stay engaged,
do not give up on
giving tender care.
Tender hearts are some
of the strongest,
Be-ing present for all
of life’s show,
choosing Love,
seeing All as precious,
can be done with the
Eyes of your Soul.
Stay open to this
life chaotic,
tune into Love’s
constant frequency,
ride life’s tumultuous
waves with Courage,
finding respite in soul’s
forever Peace!

Pause when you need
to,
is this not part of
ebb and flow,
sense the resonance
of any moment,
is there a quickening
or need to slow.
In times of shifting
and of change,
when things are messy
and you wish to plan,
hold a wider Vision of Love
that lets you know when
to lend a hand.
Your open heart is
so very needed,
sense through resonance
what next to do,
Be you active or
in the quiet,
Love is constant and coursing
through All of You!

to realign,
draw from This Peace
to come back Home,
life can take much
of your energy,
re-center to what
soul knows.
Let This Love soothe
jangled nerves,
you need not fix
everything at once,
trust that your
next step will be
illuminated
much like the
rising sun.

this day,
draw Strength in with
each sacred breath,
take care of what is
in front of you –
may Love take care
of the rest!

well worth riding,
come aboard and
share your heart,
Be a part of compassionate

Winds of change may
be a constant,
unfurl your sail
and come along,
add your breath of
Peace and kindness,
in Love’s vast ocean

Lend your hand
to a world
rebuilding,

wish to see,
Be as new shoots

and Truth,
what do you wish
to Be?

see your sisters
and brothers,
lift your voices
and with Love
sing,
open hearts harmonize
together,
One Love with Peace –

deep within,

your Essence
is All of This,
you as human naturally
have doubts,
the world can feel so
hit or miss.
But Love is constant
and unchanged,
sense This Flow
you have access to,
you need not be a
perfect human,
but your soul’s knowing
courses through you.
Tap into This
Greater Truth,
may Peace and comfort
surround you dear,
your soul dances with
All the angels, guides
and loved ones –

As spring continues

allowing Love to
