you may feel hard-pressed
to finish this or that.

is experiential,
time stands still when

with any task or 
interaction,

show up in many
ways.

Make time,
make space for 
your creation,
the Whole of You 
wishes to express,
Be-ing your best self 
helps all around you,
your passion and purpose
flow out to the rest.

Aligning to your 
intuition,
brings clarity to what 
you see,
trust yourself,
believe in you,
no matter the hat
you wear – 
flow with Grace 
and ease!

your vibration,
it opens pathways 
to walk in Peace,
in This reverent 
State of Be-ing,
might you now navigate
with Grace and ease.

You need not know 
where you are going,
details will come as 
you need them,
forward momentum 
is energy –
Be a vessel clear 
as Love builds 
within.

Let the Light of Love
ignite sparks in you,
if you feel stagnant 
let Gratitude flow,
may you release 
what has built up – 
now fresh and clear 
what do you know?

Be You This moment,
your heart and soul 
are free to create,
to Be, to breathe,
oh so grateful may 
you walk with Love
on a path built with 
the Power of Peace!

Be Here,
angels and loved ones
are so near.

Be as still as 
a morning fresh,
let Love take care 
of all the rest.

Sense your fullness 
as now-lush trees
stand tall with branches
of shading leaves.

As spring continues
its expansive growth,
are you not like the
flowers opening to 
unfold.

Be You This 
in any moment 
now,
allowing Love to 
take care of the
how.

Here is your Peace
not far away,
Be present,
Be Here,
Be Love today!

When things go well
you may then wonder,
what is next that 
then may fail,
this is ego thinking that
what has worked before
may not go so well.

Sweet Peace is beyond 
this movement,
yes life has its 
ebbs and flows,
but aways humming,
aligned and steady 
is the vibration of 
your soul.

Spend time Here 
as it is timeless,
let go of worry 
and ego’s doubt,
Be in presence 
with your soul –
soaking up Love 
inside and out!

There is a frequency,
a note,
a steady hum of Love 
in you,
you can breathe it,
sense it,
feel it,
shifting focus 
to Be,
from do.

Does not nature help
you sense this – 
sky with clouds,
the trees so green,
waves in ocean 
beat a rhythm,
flowers blooming
bring you Peace.

May the song of bird
remind you 
of Love’s song within
your heart,
You Are the Light
of every sunrise,
You shine as bright 
as night’s twinkling
stars!

Trust and believe 
then know This Truth,
your loved ones are 
always with you,
as souls connected 
there is no other way,
your hearts as One
beat together always.

You love the signs,
but you also know This –
your vibrations harmonize 
with All That Is,
you do not experience
all by yourself,
together as One 
your souls know 
All Is Well.

This Truth soothes and
brings you Peace,
you miss their physical 
presence so tenderly,
believe and trust 
with your heart 
and soul,
Love is forever – 
This you know!

for Love to flow,
trust and believe
what you innately
know,
ego jumps in to always
fix and do,
You as soul knows 
there is a greater Truth.

Ask to see things 
in a different way,
what does intuition 
have to say,
what comes from fear
or old patterned doubt,
is this not a chance 
to turn things around?

Be Here in the presence 
of You as Love,
Here you are connected –
below as above,
you need not travel far
for This to see,
You Are This Truth,
One with Love
and free!

what life brings forward,
but where do you 
place this trust,
you have All you need
within you,
let timing Be –
there is no rush.

Patience is a worldly 
construct,
you may find waiting 
is a game,
but unfoldment has 
many layers,
your soul may not 
see things the same.

Listen to your inner
Voice,
but silence also provides
a clue,
Be as One in moments 
timeless,
Trust in This 
eternal You!

precious one,

some days are hard,

different ways,
you can always count
on Love,
flowing as your center,

believe as Love shares
with you This – 
Love flows deeply 
in you dear one,
Be You wholly

Peace,
Love, 
and Grace
are with you,

quiet the chatter,
