Like the sun beaming
light at daybreak,
like the moon gracing
the sky at night,
what fills you up
with Love beyond
all words –
does it not begin
with Gratitude.
To re-align or to
find Peace at
center,
to remember
Who You truly
Are,
to feel empowered
with energy rising –
is All not possible
with Gratitude.
Cherish This Moment
as you breathe in
Love,
may you send ripples
as you exhale,
may you feel connected
to All That Is –
Love blesses your journey
with Gratitude!

Let it Be.
When roads are rocky,
when skies grow dim,
when its hard to see
what to do then,
there may not be
an answer presently –
Be your breath and
let it Be.
In a world of action
a pause is hard,
you feel you must
do something
to keep you moving
on,
are there not times
when reflection calls –
listen carefully and
let it Be.
Remind yourself Here
is Peace and calm,
remember how This
feels,
singing your Love song,
reflect, remember
what comes naturally,
Be You as soul and
let it Be.

Some days are clear,
sometimes its stormy,
on foggy morns do you
not cocoon,
your human emotions
also vary greatly,
you may blame them
on the phases of Moon.
Life can be a rollercoaster,
you surprise yourself
when Peace does come,
but dear your Peace
is Everpresent,
walk your self back
the the Self of One.
This is not to push down
your human-ness –
you can watch as
life unfolds,
but This Return
is your respite,
when usual patterns
start to get old.
May This Peace that
courses through you
inject some new ways
to see things now,
might you see where
spirit leads you,
letting go of figuring
everything out.
As you release
perceived control,
may you embrace
This Peace that is You,
allowing spirit to
take the wheel
now frees you up to
let life flow through!

You as Awareness

on this stage that
life presents,
This Awareness
is your Truth –

fearlessness resides,
Strength and Courage
flow as you realize –
Here You Are.
Your human self
can be aware,
but This Awareness
is You as Love,
behold your connection
to Everything –

nature helps you to

the Earth has rhythms
you resonate with,
this Beat of Heart
is Everywhere.
Use your Voice,
be it chanting,
humming,
this vibration strikes
an innate chord,
the bees and crickets
join in this frequency,
This Sound of Life is
to be heard.
You Are This Life,
This Love that is
foundational,
from this platform
express yourself,
You Are uniquely
Love’s Expression,
a child of Love
and Mother Earth
as well!

though the body
may resist this,
the mind, beliefs
may be restrictive,
wanting everything
to perfectly fit.
Is not perfection
your Peace of Mind,
This Oneness that
flows throughout you,
when out of sorts
with balance off,

know what to do.
Be in This Flow
that sets you free,
giving expectation
a needed rest,
skip lightly upon
This Path of Peace,
invite the wonder
of what happens

Love says softly,

Love is nurturing

with its holy nest.

for Love to come
calling,
these Loving Arms
are yours as well,
nurture your inner voices

to help.
May your breath
create this sacred
space,
shift with intention
to your Higher Self,

Behold flowers that bloom
be it storms or drought,
they find a way to Be,
their innate perseverance
is a magnificent Strength,
may you Be
This Strength
of Love.
A new-born fawn
struggles mightily
to stand,
but once it finds
its feet,
it expresses Joy
as it runs and leaps,
may you Be
This Joy
of Love.
A caterpillar eats and
finds its home,
though it will not
stay for long,
with Humility it grows
its magical wings,
Be Humility
in your growth
with Love.
A lake serene,
an ecosystem alive,
does not swan glide
in graceful Peace,
no matter the tumult,
return to This –
You Are
the Peace
of Love.

used to feeling
worry, doubt
and fear,
these become companions,
shaping paths,
they work to constantly
be near.
As You Are Spirit,
trust, belief
and openness
are Here with
you,
this energy feels
so different,
so much lighter
and full of Truth.
You need not dispel
egoic emotion,
but might you balance
with Grace and ease,
You as Spirit are
centered, trusting
that always available
is knowing Peace!

In the human world
you live in,
experiencing a separateness
it seems,
is not relationship
the key,
to joining with Love

Everything?
Yes, your True Self
is One with All,
you wish to know
this inner Peace,
in Unity with
All That Is,
do you not glimpse
the You that is
free?
Yes, you love
your brothers and
sisters,
though you fight
with them at times,
is not this struggle
so you may learn,
how to Love you
with no strings
entwined.
Join in with
your True Nature,
unify with
Who You Are,
the fight you
may be fighting,
is one with you
both near and far.
Join in relationship
with Love,
there are endless
opportunities,
finding Love,
finding Peace,
is finding You
as One with Thee.
You Are Love Now
