Love is always Here,
it is not something
you need to find,
you may need to
remember,
you may need to
clear out your
cluttered mind.

Love is truly at
the heart of You,
so why not go to
the heart to see,
when you strip down
to your True Essence,
Love Is Here
through Eternity.

Does not this knowing
bring you to Peace,
as it really is no
surprise,
there is a part of you
that knows
there is something beyond
this experience of life.

But life is how you
play out
different scenarios so
you may know,
Love is always Here,
You Are Love and
You Are Home.

Do not think that
you have left,
a part of you
always resides,
your key to Home
is in your heart,
All That you seek
is already inside.

Love is always Here,
it is not something
you need to find,
Be Love,
feel Love,
know Love is You,
You Are Love,
You Are Divine.

A Flowing Perspective

You may ponder 
your perspective,
how quickly mind
goes to consequence,
there must be cause,
a right or wrong,
ego likes everything
to make sense.

Yes there are experiences
that go awry,
but is this not filled 
with judgment – yours,
defensiveness and 
justification are 
perspectives of a 
separate world.

You have another 
choice of mind,
what of the Mind 
where consciousness 
sits,
This Awareness observes 
your life,
but knows You Are rooted
in All of This.

This perspective is You
and accessible,
even as you live
this life,
make This Choice 
not from your ego,
but returning to where
You Are this Light.

Your path is building
this discernment,
life provides you 
with many chances 
here,
may the Peace that 
passes understanding
Be the gift that 
keeps you drawing
near.

Strengthen this muscle,
question your beliefs,
what perspective will you use
to interpret life,
Be Love’s experience,
Be free,
Be willing to let life flow
through your beautiful Light!

A Different View

Ask Us all of your
questions,
though we may have 
a different view,
but your perspective 
is the training ground
that You have picked 
for you.

Upon this stage,
yes there are many 
scenes that you 
would never choose,
this world can be so 
difficult as your 
humanness is, too.

But as new perspectives 
begin to seep into 
your brain,
does this awareness 
not change everything,
as you do not see things
the same.

So bring your questions,
share your processing 
as you sort through 
This Truth,
when you question any
belief system,
are you not discovering 
You?

Remember this experience 
does not need to 
make sense here,
your powerful soul 
rejoices fully,
each step of your journey – 
always Here.

For Peace

When chaos reigns
you are reminded,
Peace is elusive 
in this life,
be it up and down,
or right and left,
is the world’s spectrum
too big to light?

Dear ones,
to bring Light to 
the world 
is to Be One Light
within your heart,
your human emotions
may run rampant,
be gentle with you – 
a great place to start.

Be nourished by 
the trees,
marvel at a flower 
about to bloom,
allow all feelings 
to flow through you,
your human vessel 
sometimes needs 
more room.

When you are ready 
to take a breath,
Love’s steady presence 
invites you to Be,
you need not come up
with any answers,
simply Be One powerful
Presence of Peace.

These ripples flow 
even if so gently,
what does your heart 
have to say,
cut through the static 
of a noisy world,
Be a tuning fork 
for Peace today.

Naturally, Peace

Peace is not a 
natural state 
for the ego,
might you release
trying to find Peace
in your mind.

A mind at ease may
be a temporary 
blessing,
but Peace as You 
transcends what disrupts
space and time.

You as human 
will be swayed 
by life experience,
but You as Soul 
run deeper than 
the ocean vast.

Returning Home 
is where Peace is
your State of Be-ing,
the fears or worries 
of life Here cannot
attach.

Breathe This in,
it feels familiar,
this is not new,
your eternal nature 
always guides you
from above.

You Are All of This 
as Peace is at your
center,
You Are All that 
you seek here 
as You Are Love!

Free to Feel

Be free today,
let laughter out to
dance and play,
does this not raise 
your vibration,
bringing you to present
in every way.

This is not a directive 
to be happy,
in life happiness 
is up and down,
your innate Joy 
is You as Love
and laughter is one
of Joy’s sounds.

Be free to let soulful
music move you,
your tears speak from
deep within,
as Love’s presence 
touches tenderly,
Here is where your
connection is.

Tap into your emotions
dear one,
sense support and comfort 
from above,
even as the human world 
is chaotic,
your soul is anchored 
in Peace and Love!

Where Love Dwells

Believe to trust,
trust to believe,
it matters not 
the order here,
the human mind
wishes for both,
but your soul’s knowing
 is always Here.

When life is hard
it is hard to trust,
but put not the cart
before the horse,
meet Love beyond
all space and time,
Love dwells in You –
an eternal Force.

Life promotes so 
much doing,
breathe into soul’s 
timelessness,
Here You Are,
believe in This,
in This Knowing is
where Peace rests!

Be Here

Be Here this day,
this moment,
this now,
Be present with 
the Whole of You,
sometimes the soft Voice
of your soul
waits for perfect timing
to come through.

Meet your soul 
upon your breath,
carve out time 
for This to Be,
when you wish for 
a reset,
Love reminds you 
to return to thee.

All of This 
is in All 
of You,
yes human conditions 
apply to your life,
with awareness,
faith and your heart,
make the shift 
to your soul,
your Light.

Ask for help to see 
another way,
release your grip
on ego’s state 
of mind,
the human condition is 
fraught with angst,
but You as Soul 
are well and fine!

In This Moment
does not time 
stand still,
the linear world
can slip away,
as you focus on 
This present,
All of You 
comes into play.

Your breath connects 
to All of You,
indulge your senses,
your body talks,
your soul,
your essence says
All is Well,
even as your mind 
tries to connect 
all dots.

Return to present,
Here is your Home,
listen to the still,
small voice within,
the peace you seek 
in life can vary,
but within your soul
is where Peace begins!

Walking With Peace

what might inspire
you today,
what musings may 
you explore,
what may drop in
to show the way.

You need not solve
all of the world’s
problems,
but might you add 
Light to the dark,
what may bubble up 
from within
that only needs a 
loving spark.

Perceived control 
is a non-starter,
but you have tools 
for what you need,
Strength and Courage
wrapped with Love
join Gratitude 
walking you
with Peace!
