Breathe This in,
receive it dear.
All you Love
surround you now,
along with angels
forever near.
Sense This Peace,
calm your frayed
nerves,
Be aware of your
sacred breath.
In This Now,
Be Gratitude,
release past and future
not happening yet.
You Are This Love,
sacred and cherished,
breathe This in as
Source flows through.
In This Eternal,
Here is Love,
breathing alive
this precious You!

You Are wholly
of the angels,
You Are Love in
every breath,
You Are infinite
vibration –
and Here You Are.
Here may look like
you are separate,
life is a lens that
can distort,
in times of trouble
know the answer –
always, Here You Are.
Be This Strength
in times of turmoil
as innate Courage
fills your heart,
Be Peace beyond
your understanding,
grounded, eternal –
Here You Are!

Life is messy in
many ways,
you try to do the
best you can,
prepare for what
may happen next
and trust there is
a back-up for
every plan.
This back-up is You,
competent and strong,
though ego would like
you to feel small,
there may not be answers
for everything in life,
but Love will help you
through it all.
The linear world continues
to unfold,
but set ego’s victim mind
aside,
Be a vessel for Peace
and loving kindness,
may This Peace fortify
your Light.
Be patient,
but speak with a
strong Voice,
Be kind,
but lift up what
is Truth,
souls connect through
loving kindness,
share Love’s Light that
flows through You!

Follow the stillness
of your breath,
you need not project
your mind to try,
might you find Here
are your answers –
they flow in as if
on high.
Listen to your
inner body,
it is not made up
of separate cells,
yes you know All
are connected,
but listen to what
it wishes to tell.
You may find there
is resistance,
what can you comfort,
Love and soothe,
when you allow,
accept and listen,
might body tell you
what to do?
You need not struggle,
find your flow,
where there is friction,
let Love smooth,
move from Love
instead of fear,
Here is Peace –
in the still of You!

Return to earth,
return to nature,
when humanity is
a fitful ride,
when any one of
you realigns,
does this not help
to turn up All Lights.
You may not see the
cause and effect,
trust humanity’s connection –
it is All Here,
knowing your Self as
the Love you seek
is a powerful purpose
and needed everywhere.
Life heightens discord between
brothers and sisters,
does this not mirror what
is within at times,
one side of you knows
innate Peace,
another part of you
is ready for a fight.
You need not bully
either side darling,
Love and honor what
you feel inside,
practice loving you with
no strings attached,
sending Loving ripples
to All in this life!

You may not find Peace
where you’re looking,
it is not a location
that you seek,
you work to turn
your inside out,
when Peace feels close
you sneak a peek.
Peace is not an
answer coming,
it is not a destination
to draw near,
Peace hums softly
in your bones,
a call for you to
remember dear.
Peace is your natural
State of Be-ing,
it never has disappeared
from you,
you need not find it
in the world,
Peace is your soul’s
only point of view.
This is why we say –
Be Peace darling,
Be the entrainment
you wish to find,
hum the melody of
your soul,
Be the Presence of Peace –
remember and remind.

Breathe in to soothe
nerves that are frayed,
listen to drops of a
gentle rain,
the nature in You
knows how to re-align
with the harmony
of Love’s refrain.
Stroke the fur of a
beloved pet,
marvel at wildlife
that you see,
the nature in You
knows Here are bonds
that invite connection
with sky,
the trees.
May the calm of daybreak
bring you Peace,
may the Peace of twilight
comfort too,
may you breathe deep
into This knowing –
Peace wholly is
the nature of You!

one breath
at a time,
Be Here, Be Now
not future or
past,
your mind is so good
at projecting,
but Here is experience
that forever lasts.
Return to body and
look around,
Be present with You –
take in All This,
This present moment
is You as timeless,
your mindful presence
is truly Love’s gift.
Here is where you integrate
the experience of life
with the forever You,
savor and cherish
all senses that flow
as One –
This Presence is
simply Truth!

firm foundation,
find your footing
through winds of
change,
this stormy life brings
uncertainty,
the Peace of Love can
soothe and tame.
Return to roots,
anchor and breathe,
your steady Light
is needed dear,
you cannot control
the turbulent world,
but your Light dispels
the shadow of fear.
Use your tools that
help and guide,
but All you need
flows within You,
align to your innate
Strength and Courage,
shining Love’s Light
in All you do!

some may bring peace,
some may bring strife,
marking time is how
you capture
snippets of your
earthly life.
You may gather these
around you,
now with Gratitude,
set them free,
at any moment,
you are Here,
beyond all time,
as Eternity.
Yes, you as human
We do honor
each step you take
upon this earth –
We share in your
precious moments,
We comfort when
you may feel hurt.
Know you are never
far away
from This Home
where you reside,
you may reach out
to Us Here,
but we are always
by your side.
As an Eternal Soul,
may you see You
as We do,
pause to reflect
upon This Truth –
for Eternity,
This Love
is You!
