Give your self 
what you need,
listen when you 
get upset,
use this to find 
where you resist,
be it from the past 
or not here yet.

Resistance is the 
friction that you 
wish was more
smooth,
but now that it 
has your attention,
is This not a path 
to You?

Dig in deeper to 
your resistance,
listen closely to 
what it says,
here is more fuel
that frees you 
from egoic thoughts 
going through your
head.

With Gratitude,
welcome this clearing
of clouds that once
obscured your view,
as the sun is always
shining,
your Peace,
your Light,
always comes through.

Listen to your thoughts,
but then send them 
on their way,
with clearer Vision,
a smoother path,
as your True Self,
now seize the day!

A Flowing Perspective

You may ponder 
your perspective,
how quickly mind
goes to consequence,
there must be cause,
a right or wrong,
ego likes everything
to make sense.

Yes there are experiences
that go awry,
but is this not filled 
with judgment – yours,
defensiveness and 
justification are 
perspectives of a 
separate world.

You have another 
choice of mind,
what of the Mind 
where consciousness 
sits,
This Awareness observes 
your life,
but knows You Are rooted
in All of This.

This perspective is You
and accessible,
even as you live
this life,
make This Choice 
not from your ego,
but returning to where
You Are this Light.

Your path is building
this discernment,
life provides you 
with many chances 
here,
may the Peace that 
passes understanding
Be the gift that 
keeps you drawing
near.

Strengthen this muscle,
question your beliefs,
what perspective will you use
to interpret life,
Be Love’s experience,
Be free,
Be willing to let life flow
through your beautiful Light!

Hello You.

You know This You 
that watches all,
observing all the things
you do,
Here is your center,
peaceful awareness,
Home Eternal,
hello You.

Here is where 
awareness lives,
in this life,
through all of this,
you may need to 
shift so often,
but always Here,
hello You.

Here is your infinite
wellspring flowing,
Peace is Here
beyond understanding,
you need not jump
through hoops of mind,
you know This Truth –
hello You.

A sweet surrender
helps you to see,
you are part of 
the Whole,
fitting perfectly,
never are you lost,
but forever found,
Love knows you always,
hello You!

A Welcome Change

Give your self 
a break.

Reverse harsh judgments 
that can build up,
be aware of your 
critical eye,
your mind can be 
a whirlwind spinning,
give your self 
a break.

Reverse direction,
try this out,
when something 
comes up don’t 
push it down,
surround it all 
with Love and 
patience,
and give your self
a break.

Does This not create
your flow,
what you give 
you do receive,
your energy and 
clarity builds when
you give your self 
a break.

Hello to This Self 
that always is Here
when you step 
aside,
trust and believe 
This Love that flows,
experience the magic
you create!

Grounded

You need not ask and
wait for answer,
Love is You, eternally,
as You, Awareness,
You Are joined,
Love is You flowing 
infinitely.

The perceived space 
that feels so separate,
is your mind creating
what to think,
beyond the thoughts
that need to ask,
is You responding 
All of This is Me.

As This Awareness,
Here is Peace,
let This be your 
foundation, dear,
stand grounded in
This Truth of Love,
all Strength and 
Courage joins you
Here!

Yes, Breathe

Breathe any moment
to return,
awareness takes you 
to your breath,
in search of center,
in an instant,
Here You Are,
just breathe. 

You may resist 
as life ensnares 
you,
distraction, details 
take the stage,
You who sits 
and watches 
with Love,
may remind you – 
just breathe.

It sounds so simple,
ego thinks – how hard 
can this really be,
and in the stillness,
This Blessed Moment,
you return Home
as you breathe. 

To re-align,
tuning in to Peace,
as Love’s instrument
here is the key,
follow the breath 
that connects you
wholly
to All That Is,
yes, breathe.

Listen to your
intuition,
sometimes it is 
hard to hear,
noise from life may
be disruptive,
but your Voice is 
so very near.

With clarity in 
its message,
a word or two is
all you need,
it comes without strings
or attachments,
be it solution 
or planting seed.

Intuition flows always 
freely,
you need not find it,
it is close,
once you tune in 
past the chatter,
your Voice is what 
you’ll hear the most.

The Observer within you
speaks and hears 
through a heart that 
beats Love’s Truth,
allow distraction to 
fall to the wayside,
as you align with 
this Eternal You!

This Is You

Here is Peace,
This is You,
watching what goes 
on outside,
might you do 
and move from 
This Center,
Here is clarity,
bathed in Light.

There will be times 
when what you see
is not the preference 
you would like,
but You at Home 
supports you always,
sharing This Peace 
that dwells inside.

This waking State
of Love, of Light,
allows what approaches 
to move through,
no-thing can change 
the You who watches,
This is the heart 
and soul of You.

Be You Awareness
in any moment,
You Are Here 
through eternity,
You need not learn
This State of Be-ing,
This Is You,
forever Home 
and free!

A Lighter Path

We are All interconnected,
you do nothing on your
own,
in this soup of Love 
Eternal,
is not Everywhere 
your Home?

Relationships are 
intersections,
different paths that 
meet as One,
teacher, student,
All Are You,
learning and growing 
with Everyone.

Resist the urge to 
be in charge,
your steps are lighter 
when you let go,
may you travel your
path of life
with the Peace and Grace 
of your amazing soul!

The Heart of You

Believe in the 
Heart of You.

You are compassionate,
you are kind,
release other stories
in your mind,
as human it may 
be hard to do – 
but believe in the 
Heart of You.

Reactions rise,
defenses roar,
some things make sense,
others you ignore,
the external is hard 
to count on, yes – 
but believe in the 
Heart of You.

The You that watches 
life play out
is The Awareness
we are talking about,
from This Perspective
find your power Here,
rising up from the 
Heart of You.

Surrounded by Love 
you need not fight back,
your existence needs not
a counter-attack,
All That You Are,
All that you need –
is your True Knowing
of the Heart of You.

Hello Strength and Courage
always by your side,
you are a spiritual warrior
on life’s wild ride,
remember, reclaim
what is forever True –
Love’s Strength,
innate Peace,
beats in the 
Heart of You!
