Does ego not take 
your breath away,
goading you into 
what to say,
you may feel 
defenses rise,
these well-worn patterns
are no surprise.

This energy points at 
who to blame,
yes external experiences
set up this game,
you still can fix what 
needs tending to,
but are you not sucked in
to “them” against you?

You are Strength and
Courage Here,
breathe in and center,
clear the air,
as you look deeper at 
reactions felt,
does this not reflect 
your fear that 
all is not well.

Yes life is beauty 
and tumult too,
you worry that control 
is beyond you,
but might you control 
how to change your mind,
start with letting go 
of perceived timelines.

Return to breath,
return to flow,
This is You eternal,
yes this you know,
bring This Experience 
to your life and see,
All is Well in 
this State of Peace!

Your Eternal Trust

The world is hard to 
place your trust in,
here is not where 
trust occurs,
trust your soul as 
your safe harbor,
Here is your Peace
not of this world.

When worldly problems
get you rattled,
shift to restore 
clarity of mind,
give emotions space 
to express
deeper layers you 
wish to find.

And from your eternal 
soul perspective,
allow these layers 
to unfold,
give them tenderly 
to Love,
honor their stories that
once were told.

You need not analyze 
each detail,
Love knows always 
what to do,
this transmutation keeps
your heart open,
with Trust and Faith,
say hello to You!

A Little Release

What do you hold on
and cling to,
what beliefs no longer
serve,
these do not need 
to be big concerns,
what small things 
might you unlearn?

Begin with little annoyances,
preferences,
what comes up for you
so quick,
might you smile
when you see
there is no need for
much of this.

Begin to be aware 
of what can make 
the ego fall or trip,
as You Are more 
than this role on
earth,
might you be able 
to handle this?

Be fully human while
you are here,
but observe the hoops 
that you jump through,
as you release what you 
thought you so needed,
Here is Love and Peace 
as You!

A Simple Truth

You are known
by your Light.
As Love,
get to know
You.

As you let go 
of your self,
more of This Light 
flows freely through.

This is not something
you obtain,
it has been with you
all along.

You know it as
you sense it –
Here is Home
where you belong.

Release, reduce 
to This Truth,
less is more,
simplicity rules.

As you discard beliefs
once needed,
say hello to Love,
to You!

Here For You

for each other,
a comforting space,
a listening ear,
in This openness,
inviting,
healing Love flows
freely Here.

With no expectation 
present,
with no agenda 
to fulfill,
Be Here truly 
for each other,
and as This Love 
it is you that
is healed.

Love is comfort,
always compassion,
see your Self 
in All you see,
Love is Here,
forever with you,
inviting you 
to blessed Be!

believe This always,
Love is forever 
by your side.

When you shift,
change your perspective,
Here is Peace,
not wrong or right.

This world may be 
a cacophony
of humanity that 
does not make sense.

See beyond the noise,
the pain,
the struggle,
in your allowance
release again.

Find Truth in your 
return to Here –
it has been with you
all along.

Be Peace, 
Be Strength,
Be fearless –
Here You Are,
forever Home!

A Shining Presence

Lessen your load
weary traveler,
you need not carry 
what is not yours,
as human you collect 
many concepts and shoulds
that no longer serve as 
you have thought before.

Step back to You,
the One that notices thoughts,
you can question them
or let them go,
ego is seductive,
tempting you to join 
in following thoughts 
down every rabbit hole. 

From your soul awareness
look with fresh new eyes,
you need not wrestle ego
to do this,
return to wonder 
dipped in Gratitude,
as Humility,
your soul knows 
All of This.

From this State of Be-ing,
the world is wholly new,
accept, allow what may
show up in life,
with your soul’s awareness
grounding you in Truth,
Be Peace,
Be Here,
Be Love’s Presence of Light!

A Bigger Picture

What do you attach 
to a bigger meaning,
lining up ideas this way
or that,
in life you draw many
lines in the sand,
does this not often create
a tit for tat.

Keep your heart open
and create space
for the myriad expressions
of life on earth,
this does not mean
you need to agree,
and where boundaries 
are needed, 
do what you need first.

Shift always to the bigger 
picture,
does not separation create
more unease,
when there is an 
us against them
construct,
is this not a fracture
in your State of Peace?

Be mindful of exchanges
experienced,
let your critical eye
relax,
with Eyes of Love 
see beyond the body,
soul to soul –
your Peace comes
flowing back!

No Problem

Your human mind
loves to solve problems,
there is nothing wrong
with this,
but does it not work
overtime,
trying to solve the past
or what may come next.

Be aware of what you
dwell on,
what takes you out of 
your present mode,
if you must solve something 
to be okay,
go even deeper to 
let this go.

Use your brain for its
amazing functions,
go to your soul to know
what is Real,
how much space is 
ego taking up
within your mind,
making all a big deal.

Yes, figure out what 
may need fixing,
but there is no need
for drama here,
be efficient with 
problem-solving,
and be amazed at 
your soul’s energy –
clear!
